        <p><span style="font-size: 12px"><strong>Exciting news from FCA&nbsp;Girls Teams Director Katie Hultin:</strong>&nbsp; &quot;O<span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: ">n May 22nd, FC Alliance teams will have a chance to watch&nbsp;the semi-pro team <strong>ECFC</strong> train at Pop Keeney.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>ECFC </strong>is a new team that is in the <strong>Women&rsquo;s Premier Soccer League.</strong>&nbsp; The WPSL is the biggest and strongest women&rsquo;s league in the country (70+ teams).&nbsp;The ECFC team consists of many players from UW and other local schools, along with several international players.<font color="#000000"><font face="Verdana">&nbsp;</font></font>&nbsp;Now you may wonder, what league are the <em>Women&rsquo;s Sounders</em> in then? For these players, a scholarship award can make a profound difference in their soccer and academic success. Scholarships may take the form of partial payments or delayed payments as determined by the Scholarship Committee. Scholarships are not automatic and must be renewed each playing year. &nbsp;</span>This year we saw a nearly doubling of scholarship requests to pay for the club fees. To help meet our mission to provide this important program, we are asking for your help.</span></p>            <p>&nbsp;</p>            <h2>How Can I Support the Program?</h2>            <p>&nbsp;</p>            <p><span style="" class="Apple-style-span">Please consider a donation of any amount to FC Alliance to help in funding the scholarship program.       <title>Field Use Guidelines</title>

        <div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><b><i><span style="font-size: 11pt">The following Field Use rules apply to all FCA teams at practices and games.</span></i></b></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">&nbsp;</div><div><span style="font-size: 11pt">These guidelines supersede posted rules at any parks or fields (i.e. pets are prohibited regardless of whether the park or field allows them).</span></div><ul type="disc">    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">The <strong>COACH</strong> is responsible for the behavior and conduct of the players, parents, siblings, and spectators.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Adult supervision of field activities is mandatory. Players may not take the field without a coach present.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Only FCA participants are allowed on the field during our scheduled use time.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">You may not enter the site prior to your scheduled time. You must leave on or before your scheduled ending time. PICK UP the GARBAGE, whether it belongs to you or someone else. If maintenance personnel must pick up behind us, our USE WILL BE SUSPENDED.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">NO Use of Alcohol, Drugs, or Tobacco. No profane language, boisterous behavior, or other objectionable demeanor.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">NYSA and FCA are financially responsible for damage or vandalism during our sponsored activities.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">No PETS. No ANIMALS.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Picnicking and Parking in marked areas only.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">No Fireworks, No Firearms, No Weapons</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Non soccer related equipment is not to be used by NYSA. E.G. football-blocking sleds, long-jump pit, the track surface, the pole-vault pads, hurdles, etc.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Permission for use of loudspeakers or concession/merchandise stands must be obtained in advance.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Spectators must be on the outside of the track and where there is one in the stands. No spectator is allowed to stand on any portion of the track or on the sidelines next to the field. No tents or heaters on TURF or TRACK.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">No gum, seeds, food or BEVERAGES on the TURF or TRACK surfaces. Water is permissible.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">ALL HIGH SCHOOL GRASS FIELDS - CLEAN YOUR CLEATS! Player cleats, clothing and equipment must be swept free of grass before leaving the surface.</span></li>    <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt">NEVER attempt to clear snow from any school district field under ANY circumstances!</span></li></ul><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in"><span style="font-size: 11pt">It is the responsibility of the <strong>Team Representative</strong> to make sure all team families are familiar with the guidelines. <br /><br />It is the responsibility of the <strong>Team Manager</strong> to make sure visiting teams are given the guidelines in advance of all FCA home games.</span></div>
