On January 25, 2012, Chamberlain International School is Sponsoring a “FREE” Parent Workshop at The Cape Codder Resort in Hyannis, MA for parents of children with learning and/or emotional challenges. “Communicating with your Teen 101″ will be Presented by Melissa S. Connors, Director of Administration at The Chamberlain International School. Melissa has spent over 25 years working with children and families in various roles. She has focused her work on special education and adolescence throughout her career as an educator, progam manager, administrator, and attorney. She has designed, developed and operated many programs for youth and families in Southeastern Massachusetts. She is a Massachusetts certified teacher in Special Education, English and Mathematics. She is also, a licensed attorney with certification in Child and Family Law. Melissa holds an Ed. D. in Special Education and Educational Leadership, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and English, a Master of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate.
