Your job will be to design the demos – these are small, single page web sites (you can browse the tutorial section for examples). The blog is often praised for its beautiful demos, so a good design sense is what I would value the most. A few notes:

You will only be expected to create the PSDs;
You will get one or two such jobs per week;
Bonus points if you are able to turn the design into semantic HTML5 and CSS3;

Established website needs a designer to create layout changes that make room for new features. We have developers but no designer.

We would like to maintain an ongoing relationship with the right designer. We’re pretty flexible, but you should be available enough to not wait days to respond to email, produce respectable work, and take direction when necessary. We regularly have need of ads, tshirt designs, etc. so there are future projects for a designer with good graphics and print skills to go with their friendly, easy-to-work-with demeanor.

This project is only a few pages of layouts. We need someone with an eye for spatial organization as we need to fit more content into limited space.
