January has went by so fast! I can imagine that 2012 will be going by so fast this year! I know that February is going to go by super fast for sure! Here are my favorites for the month of January:

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette: Ever since I got this palette, I have been loving it!!! All the colors are so versatile and I love how they work together! I have done three looks using this palette and I will be doing a couple of FOTDs using this palette soon as well as doing the Naked VS Naked 2 Palette post.

Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Cotton Candy: Love this shade! I always wear this with Cupcake to tone it down so it will look flattering with my skintone and I will apply either Jingle Jangle d/g or Japanese Spring c/g over it.

Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake: Ever since I recieved this I couldn't stop using this! It is pretty and I thank May407 for it very much! I use this with Sweet Tart and both are gorgeous together!

MAC Check This Out Lipglass: I have found myself reaching for this lipglass for some reason! It is gorgeous and I do recommend this to everyone!

Passing Fancy Dazzleglass Creme: This is my backup of the lipglass that I have purchased at my CCO a few months ago. I love this color so much! Corals are now starting to be reached for since Spring is near.

MAC Flamingo Lipstick: I have finally experimented with this lipstick! I have used this with Passing Fancy Dazzleglass Creme and both are gorgeous together! I even used this with Cultureclash Lipglass and it's super pretty together!

Today I came up with a look using Parfait Amour, Noir Plum Mega Metal Eyeshadow, Blue Calm and Electric Eel eyeshadows. I really love how they turned out and here are the following products that I used below. Most of the proudcts that I used are MAC unless stated:

MAC Shop/Cook Collection Preview Event/Haul/Swatches/Review!

Hey guys! Just got back from the MAC Shop/Cook Collection Unveiling event and everything in that collection is so gorgeous!!! I even saw the Vera Collection display as well and didn't get to swatch anything from that collection but I plan to get a couple of items from that collection once I read reviews about that collection later. Here are my thoughts so far from Shop/Cook Collection:

Lipsticks: I can see Quick Sizzle, Watch Me Simmer, Naughty Saute, and Runaway Red being sold out fast! If you missed out on Runaway Red l/s like I did and have been wanting to get it, do it when it launches online! Quick Sizzle is like a matte version of Girl About Town and that color is pretty! It does not dupe Pink Pigeon at all since PP is brighter. Watch Me Simmer is really pretty! It's been awhile since I've got a Amplified Creme lipstick! I cannot think of a dupe for this lipstick at all. Naughty Saute is another pretty one! I had to get it since I don't think I own a lipstick that color and I was trying to think of dupes of that lipstick but cannot. Dish It Up is pretty! Even though I was thinking of getting it but decided not to. I have swatched Innocence, Beware when Venomous Villains came out and will still pass on that lipstick.

Quads: All three eyeshadows in each quad were pigmented except one! Call Be Bubbles was the only one that stood out to me since Brash e/s is gorgeous!! I will order both Added Colour and Shop Drop Quads to do a review on them soon. I'm glad that I skipped the quads from Fall Colour and Daphne Guinness collections!

Tendertones: I saw Hot N' Saucy and Purring and I have meant to get Hot N' Saucy in store and Tread Gently online but that's okay. Even though I thought that Purring would be the red one and Hot N' Saucy would be the orange one and it's vise versa. I have not seen them in person before and will order them online soon.

I got to see the Cremeblend blushes, Kissable Lip Colours and Fluidlines but did not get to see them up close due to the crowd. Scandelicous is now making it's way to my list to order online. This collection is what I really like!! This is far better than Wonder Woman Collection from last year IMO. Here are pics of the event below:

Here is the haulage:

Call Me Bubbles: This eyeshadow is surprisingly pigmented!! I sometimes find some Satin finished eyeshadows chalky and dry but this one made an exception! This light tan color reminds me somewhat of UD Foxy e/s but will do swatch comparisons of them soon.

Fresh Daily: This one reminded me of Off The Page e/s except that OTP is brighter. It has a decent color payoff and I can see this eyeshadow being used with some pinks, golds and browns. I too will do a swatch comparions with Off The Page to see if they are similar.

Brash: This eyeshadow is what I have been wanting for so long since I have missed out on the famous Spiced Chocolate Quad. This eyeshaows pigmentationis amazing!!! This is why Veluxe Pearls are the ones that I always go for no matter what.

Full Of Flavour: This eyeshadow disappointed me. This eyeshadow has poor pigmentation and when swatches, I hardly got the color to show on me when I used my finger to swatch. I used my 226 brush to swatch it with and it came out decent. I will have to give this one some work and this eyeshadow kinda does remind me of Free To Be e/s and will do a swatch comparison with it as well as Dear Cupcake e/s.

Hush Hush: This tendertone is what I have been wanting to get! It is so gorgeous!!! It's a sheer gold with yellow gold pearl. This will be backed up for sure.

Tread Gently: I had this Tendertone on my list to get online and this was purchased by accident. I thought I marked Hot N' Saucy on the list but I didn't but that's okay. It is a pretty color! This lime green tendertone is unique!

So Vain: I have missed out on So Vain when Peacocky was out and so glad to get it this time. It's a pretty dirty coral color and the color pay off is amazing!

Swatches: Call Me Bubbles Quad, Quick Sizzle l/s, Runaway Red l/s, Watch Me Simmer l/s, Naughty Saute l/s, So Vain KLC, Hush Hush t/t, and Tread Gently t/t

Haul: Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette, OPI Fly Nail Polish and Ardelle Self Adhesive 105 False Lashes!

Yesterday I went to Ulta and the first thing that I saw when I went in the store was the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette! I have heard so any raves about the sequel of this palette and I had to snag one since they were going to have limited quantities of the palette and they limit two per customer. So what I think of this palette is that all of the colors are so gorgeous! I would recommend getting this palette!

Foxy: I don't own any eyeshadows like this. This one is very pigmented! This one is described as a creamy bisque matte finish. I would have to use a light hand as a highlight.

Half-Baked: I already own this eyeshadow in the first Naked palette and it's a gorgeous golden bronze color!

Bootycall: Gorgeous color! This shimmering cork eyeshadow is what I used as a highlight on the outer corner of my brow bone and it's really pretty!

Chopper: Another pretty shade! I will have to use this eyeshadow with Half-Baked one day! This one is very shimmery and it has the microglitter so you have to pat this eyeshadow on your lid so that way the fallout doesn't get too messy.

Tease: This color looks like it would have to be used as a transition color and the pigmentation is somewhat chalky and dry. I will try this out with a look that I will come up with soon.

Snakebite: This color somewhat reminds me of Darkhorse in my first palette but darker and it doesn't have the plum shimmer. It's a pretty shade for the crease or for the outer lid color. I do like that shade and will use it one of these days.

Suspect: I own this shade in my Book Of Shadows Vol. III palette and it's really pretty!

Pistol: This color is almost like the infamous MAC Smoke & Diamonds e/s except that it's lighter. The pigmentation is amazing!!! I think that this one, Verve and Blackout would make a gorgeous combination!

Verve: Gorgeous color!! This one is going to be a new favorite of mine. A gorgeous oyster color is something that I don't own in my stash at all.

YDK: This cool bronze shade is very pretty! Chopper would make a gorgeous combination with this color! I'm hoping to do bronze looks soon since I have never done one yet.

Busted: This color is a great outer V shade! I have been wanting a dark brown shimmery eyeshadow to use for an outer V and this one is it! I use Dark Edge e/s from MAC and it's my HG outer V color and this one will be used sparingly.

Blackout: This eyeshadow is amazing!!! This matte black is more pigmented than Perversion and I would have to say this one is a little more pigmented that MAC Carbon. I don't have any other matte black eyeshadows to compare like Sugarpill's Bulletproof and MUFE #4.

Naked Plumping Lipgloss: This lipgloss is a pretty shade and when I applied it, I felt the cooling sensation of it and it has a minty scent. I usually don't do plumping lipglosses since I have full lips and I'm considering to try MAC's Plushglasses one day.

Overall this palette is amazing!!! I'm so glad to get one since I have been debating to get it online for awhile and glad I got it in store. Here re pics and swatches below:

I also checked out the OPI Nicki Minaj collection and I do love Nicki Minaj and her style/music. Even though the only one that stood out to me was Fly. I have been into teals lately and I had to get this one! It's a pretty color! This one is what I cannot think of a dupe of as of now. This one only needed two coats to make it opaque. I also got a pair of the Ardelle's Self Adhesive 105 Lashes to try out to practice false lash application and what I like about the slef adhesive is that it's easier for me to apply instead of applying glue in sometimes I don't like doing. I will have to keep on practicing false lash application until I master it.

Haul: Revlon ColorBust Lip Butter in Candy Apple and Spoiled By Wet N' Wild Nail Polishes!

I have been going back and forth on Candy Apple for a while since I feel that reds intimidate me for some reason and refuse to wear it outside of my house. Since I have Scarlet Ibis l/s from Iris Aphel, I will have to wear that lipstick one day. I also went to CVS and I haven't been there forever and I spotted the Spoiled By Wet N' Wild nail polishes and the shades that I picked out are so pretty!!

Candy Apple is such a pretty red! I love that it's wearable and I have to say that I like it! I wore it with Tutti Frutti to create a red orange lip. Lately I have been into bold and bright lips since Revlon Lip Butters have some pretty brights and MAC has been coming out with bright lipsticks especially the Iris Aphel ones that were the most anticipated item ever. I will be experimenting with Candy Apple more and will try it with my MAC Viva Glam Cyndi Lipglass or Sonoran Rain Lipglass. Here is a swatche below:

These nail polishes are gorgeous!! I have not bought a Wet N' Wild product in ages! I bought these because of my sister that is a nail polish finatic. I chose these colors because I want to compare them to my China Glaze nail polishes but only two that I can dupe and the other two I cannot think of a possible dupe for them.

Distant Memory: This one is a gorgeous teal! I compared this with China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise in the sunlight and they look exactly the same except that Distant Memory has a bit more shimmer than Turned Up Turquoise. It's a gorgeous color and this only needed two coats since it's opaque.

Pretty in Punk: Gorgeous hot pink color! This one is a cream finish and sometimes I like to put a glitter nail polish over a cream nail polish to make it shimmery. I will have to paint this color on my toes one day since I haven't painted my nails in forever. This only needed two coats to make it opaque.

I'm So Jaded: This is a very pretty neon green color! No nail polish color that I can think of can dupe this but if any of you know any nail polish brnad that is similar to this, let me know. It has some gold flecks that I really love! This only needed two coats to make it opaque.

Shaken Snow Globe: This nail polish is somewhat similar to China Glaze Snow Globe and MAC Unconditionally Fabulous except that both of the glitter particles in both of these nail polishes are bigger than Shaken Snow Globe. This one was the hardest to capture in the photos and should have painted a nail polish color to show you all what it looks like so I apologize for that. This only needed one coat.

MAC Check This Out Lipglass And Lasting Sensation Lip Pencil Review and Swatches!

Hey everyone! Yesterday I got my MAC package and I was so excited to get Lasting Sensation l/l and Check This Out l/g! Tour de Fabulous collection is getting me to give my lipglasses more love since I have loads of them in my drawer and will soon will do a Lipglass Collection post.

Lasting Senastion l/l: This lipliner is my very first coral lip liner. I bought this to try out with my coral lipsticks and to try it with Flamingo l/s. It glides on so smooth and I'm now hooked on MAC's lipliners! This lipliner is part of the permanent line.

Check This Out l/g: This lipglass is very pretty! It's a coral with transforming pearl and it's really pretty! I'm now obsessed with this lipglass! I will have to back this one up if I keep using this one. I plan to pair this with either Plink! or High Tea lipsticks one day. Here are pics and swatches below:

When wearing Tinted Lipglass, I always have to pair it with a dazzleglass, cremesheen glass or a dazzleglass creme so that way it can prevent from feeling the stickiness of your lips. I always wear lip balm before applying lipglass as well. I do recommend getting Check This Out! Yesterday I wasn't able to do a blog post for this because the Internet was not working and I was really sad that day and I know it was only for a day but I really wanted to put this post up so I can show you what I got from May407! She was so sweet to send me the Revlon Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake and some sheet masks. I have tried one of them from ang_ism and it's amazing! I will have to do a further up review on them soon.

Strawberry Shortcake is a gorgeous pink color and it's my new favorite next to Sweet Tart. I have been wearing this since I recieved it! I will have to haul on more soon! Here are pics and a swatch below:

OPI Muppets Mini Nail Lacquers Review and Swatches!

I received the OPI Muppets Mini Nail Lacquers from @OPI_PRODUCTS on Twitter when I won a contest to answer a question (I cannot remember what it was so sorry!) and the colors are gorgeous!!! I have missed out on this collection when they were available at Ulta but I'm going to order some off of aveyou.com soon. The colors that you see are Woka Woka!, Excuse Moi, Designer...de Better! and Warm & Fozzie.

Woka Woka!: The color is described as deep berry and usually I don't go for deep berries for nail polishes but this one is gorgeous! This only took 2 coats to make it opaque.

Excuse Moi: I love this pink glitter color! Glitter nail polishes is what I have been obsessed with lately and really, it's gorgeous! I applied two coats of it alone and it appears semi-opaque.

Designer...de Better!: A gorgeous light metallic bronze shade! In the sunlight, it is so pretty!!! This one is the one that I like best! I applied two coats of it to make it opaque and will get this one when I order it online.

Warm & Fozzie: A metallic copper that has sparkles. It's a pretty color and this would wear well with China Glaze Cracked Medallion! This took about almost 3 coats to make it opaque.

MAC Redhead MSF Review/Swatches!

Today I recieved Redhead MSF from Nordstrom since the MAC website was sold out of that MSF so I opt to get it off of Nordstrom since it's Free Shipping all the time. Redhead describes as Gold to Salmon Pink Degrade. This MSF is a repromote from Brunette, Blonde and Redhead Collection. This was the MSF that I was hunting down ever since it was gone off the website. I already own Blonde MSF in which I found at the CCO thankfully. I now have all three MSFs from Brunette, Blonde and Redhead Collection and it makes me so happy!!! This MSF is the most gorgeous ever and the pigmentation is so smooth and it has a sheen to it in which I like. I cannot wait to use this as a highlight! This was the only thing that I had my eyes on from Naturally Collection since I didn't get anything else from that collection. Here are pics and swatches below:

I am finally reviewing this product that I was sent a couple months ago. What I can say about this flat iron is that it's amazing!!! So beyond amazing that it actually does the job on your hair if you want to straighten it or curl it. My mom used it on my hair after she washed my hair and she did curls in it and it's amazing. Wish I had some pics of my hair being straight and curled to show you but sadly I did not take any photos at that time so I will next time. The Shine Shield is love! Usually I don't put anything in my hair and I only do it once a week. I love how it makes your hair shiny and makes it feel soft! One of these days I will have to purchase a full size bottle of it after I run out the small bottle of it. The temperature that I use it is between 350 and 450 degrees. The only time that heat will be used is once every two weeks. So hopefully that this review helped and if you are wanting a flat iron like this one, do purchase one and the price for this is at $119.99 plus Free Shipping on Misikko and they also have other flat irons and curling irons to choose from.

Today I went to Target to not get any makeup but what did I spy? The Maybelline 24HR Color Tattoo EyeStudio! I have been hearing a lot about them and want to try out a couple of them. I got Tenacious Teal and Bold Gold. I also went to Dots to get two pairs of earrings since they had the Buy One Get One 50% Off for jewelry so I had to get them since I haven't been to Dots in a long time.

Tenacious Teal: That one reminded me of MAC Pure Creation Paint Pot but a bit lighter. The color is really gorgeous and will have to try that out as a base soon with either Sugarpill Stella Chromalust Loose Eyeshadow, MAC Freshwater Eyeshadow or MAC Blue Calm Eyeshadow.

Bold Gold: This one is a gorgeous gold! This would compliment with UD Half Baked eyeshadow since I have been wanting to buy a gold base for gold eyeshadows. This one took about three layers for me to swatch it to appear more opaque.

I will test them out alone, with primer and eyeshadows tomorrow to see how well they wear. Here are pics and swatches below:

Both of the earrings are really pretty! It's been awhile since I've bought Dot's earrings since they are affordable! The pink feather earrings is really cute! I have not bought any feather earrings in such a long time and I'm glad that the feather style is back. As for the earrings on the left, my sister has a pair of them and she told me to get them. I cannot wait to wear them soon!
