&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;A resident in the small Texas town, Derrick Hurtt, had parked his car to observe the fire at the plant earlier in the night and was filming the structure as it was engulfed in flames.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Suddenly, something sparked a massive blast, causing flames to shoot into the sky, rocking the family's car as the terrified father and his 12-year-old daughter Khloey tried to scramble to safety.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;He sounds relatively calm as he observes the direction of the wind and its strength. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;For about 30 seconds, he captures the burning structure but is totally unaware for the danger that awaits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Suddenly a massive blast occurs and footage shows flames exploding into the sky and toward the direction of the family's car.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Shaken by the explosion, the father scrambles to turn his car around and drive in the opposite direction.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Khloey is heard pleading with the father to leave and get to safety.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Speaking to the Today show this morning, Mr Hurtt described the scene of the explosion as 'horrific.'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;He told host Matt Lauer: 'There was probably double-digit people standing in front of me videoing that were closer than I was, and after the blast, they were nowhere to be seen.'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In most root vegetables, the largest amount of mineral is directly under the skin and these are lost if vegetables are peeled. Put in about 2 ounces of rubbing alcohol and shake vigorously 3 times a day for about 3 days. Let settle then, and use the supernatant from the top.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Put 2 drops into an ounce of normal saline (make it by putting a level tsp of salt into a pint of distilled water), and shake well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;VERY CAREFULLY put several drops of this mixture into the nostril that is involved, holding the head back. If you have a nasal sprayer, one spray is sufficient. IT WILL BURN! but it wears off within a few minutes. It will NOT cause any harm! Do this 6 times a day for 6 days. Often the cluster headaches are gone by then; if not, cut to 3 times a day until they are gone. If the solution is too hot to tolerate, dilute it in half with the normal saline and try again. They play a vital role and work more efficiently than any reagent concocted by chemists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This means that a particular enzyme can cause reactions involving only a particular type of substance or a group of closely related substances. The substance on which the enzyme acts is known as "substrate." The specificity of an enzyme is, however, related to the formation of the enzyme-substrate complex which requires that the appropriate groupings of both substrate and enzyme should be in correct relative position. The substrate must fit the enzyme like a key fits its lock.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The body can use 100 per cent of this protein if all ten amino acids are in ideal proportions. If, however, one or more of the essential amino acids are present in less than the ideal amount, the value of the entire protein is reduced in the same proportions. On a quality rating scale of 1 to 100, egg protein is 95, milk is 82, meat and poultry are 67, fish 80, grains are between 50 to 70 and legumes, nuts and seeds are between 40 and 60.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The so-called protein deficiency in a vegetarian diet is in fact more imaginary than real as the contribution of the protein value of the green vegetables has been ignored and the true protein requirement is less than that assumed. Green vegetable protein is as high in quality as milk protein and thus makes a very valuable contribution to the vegetarian's protein nutrition. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The high quality of protein balances the lower quality of other vegetarian proteins such as nuts and beans. The recommended daily allowance of 70 value proteins is 44 grams per day for women and 56 for men. Researchers have now discovered that the actual protein requirement is much less, being 15 grams per day of 100 value protein or 21.5 grams of 70 value protein or 30 grams of 50 value protein. A wholesome vegetarian diet can, therefore, easily meet the body's protein needs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fruits and grains (gluten-free, of course). &lt;/strong&gt;Like vegetables, fruits are an important part of a healthy diet, though those on a gluten-free diet should err on the side of more vegetables and fewer fruits. Buckwheat, quinoa, and brown rice are great gluten-free grains, and when eaten in moderation provide lots of nutrients you need without going overboard on calories. As a bonus, quinoa makes some delicious cookies if you have the right recipe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Case in point: gluten-free brownies and cookies are just as bad as (and sometimes worse than!) their gluten-filled counterparts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Overall, the way to lose when if you are eating a gluten-free diet isn't all that much different than what you should do with any other diet - lower the number of calories you eat and try to exercise more. The only difference with a gluten-free diet is that your choices are limited - obviously - to things that you can make without gluten. If you cut your calories and still find yourself unable to lose weight, the best advice is to talk to your doctor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
