The Instrumentation and Control Systems Supervisor is a critical role in the maintenance organization at South Bend.andnbsp; This Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the Instrumentation and Control Systems shop.andnbsp; The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the direct supervision of the hourly skilled tradespersons within this area of maintenance so as to achieve the plant business goals

This is a temporary, part-time and on-call position with no benefits associated.

1. Establish and maintain contract property files.
2. Upon receipt of new contracts, review contract language related to property requirements.
3. During contract performance, review contract Purchase Order (PO) placements to ensure only contractually authorized requirements are acquired. Also, work with site personnel to resolve any PO placement issues.
4. Support material record process working with requesters, support personnel, and management.
5. Input and maintain property accountability records in PEMS.
6. Work with requestors and Program Management to identify Government/ Customer material and equipment located at suppliers.
7. Support inventory verification as needed.
8. Support inventory reporting.
9. Create inventory schedules in PCARSS.
10. Support disposition of property in accordance with all applicable regulations and policies.
11. Conduct contract property closeout in accordance with regulations.
12. Coordinate a retention review of final physical inventory results with using departments
13. Analyze data in SAP.
14. Work with site personnel to gather data to assist in writing procedures.
15. Perform all other duties as assigned.
