      The Transition Planner/Scheduler should have the following qualifications:

      <li>
        Possess strong clinical background having experience in Military or Civilian clinical facilities with an understanding of how to interface with varying clinical departments; 
      </li>
      <li>
        Possess a working knowledge of the processes associated with the planning, design, and execution of health care facility construction;andnbsp; 
      </li>
      <li>
        Familiar with the myriad of transition activities associated with construction and renovation type projects; and 
      </li>
      <li>
        3-years experience on relevant (governmental or non-governmental) medical projects.
      </li>
    </ul>

    The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician II will maintain, repair, rebuild, and install mechanical and electrical systems in specialized production and test equipment.     This position requires a high level of complexity in maintaining and repairing specialized production, test, and facilities equipment. Must be able to accept a variety of job assignments and balance priorities. High level of skill required in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment. The candidate should be a strong problem solver and should be skilled in troubleshooting. Candidate will be required to work successfully with little supervision. Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects at a time and take direction from a Work Director. Customer interaction will vary depending on the job; however, excellent customer service is essential to the job. This position may require overtime work, on call status, or work on second or third shifts to accommodate production schedules.
