The screams filled the night, . There were no alarms, no warnings for what befell us. The still night had erupted in terror, and there was nothing and no one that could save us.

I had been wounded in the initial strike, the burning toxins ravaging my body. As I lay there in the darkness being consumed from the inside, only the screams were able to break through my delirium.

Soon my body had broken, the screams that were my own subsided. I felt warm, the cool breeze of the open air on my face. At last I had found the respite of my own death, and I deftly welcomed it.

Intent and welcoming, I open my eyes to see the lithe armored warrior that had claimed my life. I am without feeling, and he can sense my relief.

While his face is covered by a helm that hides his features, I see the gleam in his eyes, the hunger. The pistol is already in his hand as he lowers his face to mine. The world erupts with ear piercing screams, new toxins anchoring me to this world, to begin my torment anew. The screams fill the night, and they are mine.

I am in route to Valhalla, so thought a little themed story was in order. I believe I wrote this last August when I needed a sick day.

This is part of two of my obsessiveness about dice. Yes, I have bought dice by the pound, and am not ashamed to admit it. In fact, I have Mcmenamin's Beer Jars full of dice. I know most of you do not know what that is, but picture a very large Jar that is meant for holding beer.. This is about more research I have put into dice.

Eldar and Necrons Are Hitting the Table

Both Eldar and Necrons are missing from the large display cabinets at GW HQ as of Friday. This likely means that in the upcoming battle report for the June's White Dwarf will include Eldar vs Necrons, or at least some pics. With an Eldar codex release expected for June, its all starting to line up.

Will Eldar Become Fast Again?

Speed and more speed, of course with finesse used to be the way of the Eldar. In some regards you can still say that they are indeed fast across the table when referring to fast skimmers, or jetbikes, but in reality, Eldar have lost a lot in regards to the speed advantage over other armies.

What I am Taking To Valhalla

Talk about a large wraithguard type of construct or monstrous creature for Eldar is still going on. Hastings and others have said one exists, so all we can do is assume that is correct. So where can we find inspiration, or look for sources to give us hints on what this riptide sized model might be?
