which are four, are FOUR KINGS, which shall arise out of the earth.” Daniel 7:17 (KJV). From Babylon I am going illustrate the change through the bible from the book of Daniel chapter two and seven because they point out the same thing and event.

You can hardly explain one without the other. Let us look closely at king Nebuchadnezzar’s dream and the interpretation thereof. In Daniel 7:1-49 (KJV) We read that king Nebuchadnezzar in his dream saw a great image in verse 32, whose “head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass, verse 33 his legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.”

In Daniel 7:2-7 we read “Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. Now, notice verse 4 The first was like a lion,” Verse 5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, verse 6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, verse 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had TEN HORNS. verse 17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. (KJV).From the island of Patmos, let us take the illustration from the bible book of revelation 13:1-3.

“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.” (KJV).

Let us chronologically check how these great kings came into fulfillment of the bible prophecy. (A) In Daniel 2:32 the image HEAD of GOLD. In Daniel 7:4, the FIRST BEAST was like Lion and had TWO WINGS. This represented the empire of BABYLON from 606 B.C. to 538 B.C. Daniel 2 37, 38” … Thou art this head of Gold. (B) In Daniel 2:32 the image had BREAST and ARMS of SILVER. In Daniel 7:5, the SECONED BEAST was like a BEAR and had THREE RIBS. This represented MEDO PERSIA from536 . B.C. to 331 B.C. Daniel 2:39; Daniel 5:28 “PER-RES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians. (KJV) Daniel 8:28. (C) In Daniel 2:32 the image had BELLY and THIGH of BRASS.

In Daniel 7:6 the Beast was like a LEOPARD. It had FOUR HEAD and FOUR WINGS. This represented the empire of GREECE from 331 B.C. to 168B.C. Daniel 2:39 “… Another kingdom of brass which shall rule over the earth.” Daniel 8:21-23. From history we recall that when Alexander the great died at the age of 31 his kingdom was divided amongst his four generals (four heads), who not as powerful as he was;”…Whereas four stood for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.” Daniel 8:22 (KJV).

The four generals were (1) PTOLEMY, who took over Egypt (2) CASSEANDER, who took over Macedonia (3) SECLEUCUS, who took over Persia and Syria and (4) LYSIMACHUS, who took over Thrace. (D) In Daniel 2:33 the image had LEGS of IRON. It had TEN TOES. The FEET where partly IRON and partly CLAY. In Daniel 7:7 the FOURTH BEAST was indescribable and had TEN HORNS. This represented the Pagan Roman Empire from 168 B.C. to 476 A.D. Daniel 2:40-43; Daniel 8:23-25. faith-word

(faith in god)The law had to be in existence before sin or there would have been no sin. “What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.” Rom. 7:7 (KJV).

Sin is define by law. The formal giving of the law at Sinai was a reiteration of the great principles established from eternity. Two great spiritual truth are involved in the keeping of the law: 1. We are not saved by law keeping, but by God’s grace, and 2. Those who have been saved are those who receive the law and by God’s grace, obey it. “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” John 14:15 (KJV).

“ I will work cross purpose with God. I will empower my followers to set aside God’s memorial the seventh day Sabbath. Thus I will show the world that the day sanctified and blessed by God has been changed. That day shall not live in the minds of the people. I will obliterate the memory of it. I will place in its stead a day that does not ear the credentials of God, a day that cannot be sign between God and His people. I will lead those who accept this day to place upon it the sanctity that God placed on the seventh day…

Human laws will e made so stringent that men and women will not dare to observe the seventh day Sabbath. For fear of wanting food and clothing, they will join with the world in transgressing God’s law. The earth will be wholly under my (Satan’s) dominion. “prophets and kings 1917, pages 183, 184. To secure popularity and patronage, legislators will yield to the demand for a Sunday law, 5T451 And on May 29 1961, the supreme court of the United States, by a majority vote handed down a decision of historic importance, particularly from the prophetic point of view. It declared that Sunday laws are civil, not religious, in nature, and therefore are constitutional.

Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine, 1977, page 50 “QUESTION: Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? ANSWER: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the catholic church in the council of Laodicia , A.D.336, transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.

The Bible contains some of figurative language.
A lot of confusion is caused when literal passages of scripture are mistakenly understood figuratively, and the same holds of true for Scripture that is interpreted as literal, when it is obviously figurative in nature. So what is figurative language in the bible? FAITH-WORD

How can we recognize it when we find it? Simply put, figurative language, or a “figure of speech” occurs when we use words in a different sense from that which is ordinarily given them. Figures of speech are used to give emphasis and to add attraction and Variety to human expression.

It is important to note that they are never used for the purpose of doing away with literal truth. Instead, figure of speech set forth literal truth in another form than that in which it could be literally expressed. What we’re looking for is the literal truth found in the figurative language. Above all, we must permit figure of speech to do away with the intended truth.

If we fail to understand the literal truth expressed by the figure of speech, then it has failed in it purpose. Now that we understand figure of speech, how can we tell whether a particular statement is intended to be understood literally or figuratively? It’s easy!

There is a fundamental rule to keep in mind when determining whether the language is literal or figurative: Every statement in the bible is to e understood literally, when at all possible, and where it is clear that it is literal; otherwise, it is figurative. In other words, what cannot be literal must be figurative.
The subject matter itself will always make this clear. There are two kinds of figures of speech we find in the bible: first, there are those involving only a word, as in Gal. 2:9 where Peter, James, and John are called “pillars” of the church; second, there are those involving a thought expressed in several words or sentences, such as the parable, allegory, symbol, type, riddle, fable, and enigma. Faith-word

What is God’s pattern for marriage?

A man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

Genesis 2:24-25

These two verses in Genesis establish the four elements in God’s perfect order for marriage.

       Separation

       — “A man will leave his father and mother.”
Both the husband and wife leave the authority of their parents and become a separate family unit. In marriage, the loyalty to your parents should never be stronger than the loyalty to your spouse.

       Bonding

       — “And be united to his wife.”
By an act of your will, bonding is a mental commitment to have a faithful, permanent relationship with your spouse regardless of difficulties.

       Oneness

       — “They will become one flesh.”
Physical oneness is the consummation of sexual closeness. However, to achieve a lasting oneness, both of you should look for ways to bring pleasure to the other. Openly ask what is pleasurable and take the time to enjoy one another.

Intimacy

       — “They felt no shame.”
Emotional intimacy is encouraged when you seek to be vulnerable and transparent, honestly sharing with one another your feelings of frustration, failure, deepest disappointments and desires. Spiritual intimacy is achieved when you continue to reveal to one another your unmet needs, praying together, praying for each other and sharing what God is personally doing in your lives.

What Does the Bible Say About Sex Before Marriage?

What Are God’s Purposes for Marriage?

God has a unique purpose for the marriage covenant. The marital relationship affords you the awesome opportunity to showcase Christ’s relationship to His bride (the church). In the same way that Christ sacrificially gave Himself to the church, you and your mate should be willing to sacrifice your individual desires for the sake of your marriage covenant.

“He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.”

      (

     )

       Partnership

       –

““Do two walk together, unless they have agreed to meet?

       (

        Amos 3:3

      )
God has given you and your mate to one another as partners for life. True companionship grows within the marriage relationship when there is emotional, spiritual and physical unity.

       Pleasure

       –

“Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice in the wife of your youth”

       (

Does the Bible teach that sex before marriage is a sin?

“Let marriage be held in honor among all…”

   Hebrews 13:4

Does the Bible even call sex before marriage a sin?
A lot of people in today’s world aren’t sure. Our culture has told us that we should do whatever makes us feel good in the moment and that we shouldn’t even consider what the moral thing to do is.
Here are several verses to consider when thinking about sex before marriage:

  1. 1 Corinthians 7:2

“But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.”

In this verse, the apostle Paul describes any activity outside of marriage as “sexual immorality.” That means when we read of sexual immorality, it includes sex before marriage as one of many examples of sin.

  2. Hebrews 13:4

“Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.”

What does an undefiled marriage bed look like? It looks likes a bed that a husband and a wife share exclusively together. Any kind of sex that is before, outside or in addition to a married relationship of husband and wife is sinful according to the Bible.

  3. Galatians 5:19-21

“Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

In this long list of sins, the sexual sins that Paul includes are sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, and orgies. It would be impossible to argue that the Bible approves of sex outside of marriage. Elsewhere, (

    1 Corinthians 7:2-5

), Paul gives permission for sex between a married man and woman, thus all other forms of sex are sinful.

  4. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5

“For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles, who do not know God…”

Here, Paul contrasts a believer’s self-control over his body with living out of control, burning in passionate lust. The first is living a life that is pleasing to God and is holy, while the second is living a life that does not honor God. In which group do you belong? Does sleeping with someone you meet at a club or are not married to demonstrate control over one’s body, or is it done in the passion of lust?

  5. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20

“Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”

These verses speak to the basis of God’s claim on our body. A Christian is to refrain from sexual intercourse with anyone to whom they are not married because Christians belong to God. We have been given the great gift of God indwelling us — the Holy Spirit lives within us — so when we join ourselves to others through one-night stands or anyone we are not married to, we are violating our own body, the other person’s body and the Lord, who has purchased us by pouring out his own body and blood.

If you’ve had sex before marriage, don’t worry! Hope is not lost. God is more than able to forgive you of all of your sins — even the sin of having sex before or outside of marriage.

    1 John 1:9

   promises us:

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Turn away from all sexual immorality and seek to live under God’s forgiving love.

For those of us who do struggle with burning passion, just know that it is worth it to wait for the right time to enjoy the gift of sex. Pray that the Lord will bring you a faithful and God-fearing spouse. Sex is a wonderful privilege that comes with great responsibility. You will not regret living your life God’s way!

Three ways you can share Jesus

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...

Matthew 28:19

Final instructions are important. In the military, soldiers are supposed to act based on the last orders they receive. People speaking from their deathbed speak of matters that are truly important. Jesus also emphasized some of His teachings by putting them last. After God raised him from the dead, He spent forty days with his disciples. As that period drew to a close, He gave final instructions.

Who are these instructions for?

William Carey is considered by many to be the father of the modern missionary movement. He said of this passage (

     Matthew 28:19-20

   ) that

“the promise is coextensive with the command.”

By that he meant that if we believe Jesus’ promise

“I am with you always, to the end of the age”

    (

     Matthew 28:20b

) is applicable to every follower of Christ, that Jesus’ command to

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations”

   (

     Matthew 28:19a

) was also applicable to every follower of Christ.

What does it mean to make disciples?

The main command in this passage is to make disciples. There are many ways to describe how this is to be done:
First, we are to go do this under and by Jesus’ authority.

“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore…”

    (

     Matthew 28:18-19a

) He also told them how to do it:

“baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”

   (

     Matthew 28:19b-20a

   )
The baptism can happen immediately, but note that “teaching them to observe” (or obey) all that Jesus commanded requires an ongoing process. It does not merely require head knowledge, but heart-obedience to Jesus. That means there needs to be an ongoing pattern of accountability for living out what we are learning and for passing it on to others. If we do not establish such patterns for ourselves and those we are discipling then we are failing to follow this central instruction of Jesus.

Note too, that collectively, we are to make sure that this happens in every “nation” (or people group) in the world. That means we have a responsibility not only among our own acquaintances where we live, but in every place and people group on earth. In other words, Jesus is calling us to be engaged with His Kingdom around the world.

How can I grow in my ability to make disciples?

When we think of this global enterprise, many people think of the Apostle Paul, considered by many to be the first Christian missionary. We can see his approach described in his first letter to Timothy, one of the disciples Paul made:

“What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.”

    (

     2 Timothy 2:2

) In other words, we need to be concerned with growth in knowing and living out God’s instructions for ourselves, for disciples we are making, for the disciples they are making, and even for the generations that will follow.

This may seem to be a difficult challenge, which is why Jesus’ authority (

     Matthew 28:18

) and presence with us (

     Matthew 28:20

) are so important. Besides having the Holy Spirit, it is also God’s design for us to be learning from others and instructing others. We are all meant to be followers and leaders as we relate to one another in the body of Christ.
ANSWER: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the catholic church in the council of Laodicia , A.D.336, transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.

(faith-word) Now going back to Revelation 13:1, we read that the beast that john saw had seven head (we have established that the head is a governing power; Daniel 7:17, 24. And that waters or sea in bible prophecy represents “peoples and multitudes, and nation and tongues.” Rev. 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. (KJV).

Therefore, we find out that the first Head or governing power was Egypt and the following six heads or governing powers were Syria, Babylon, Medo-persia, Greece, Pagan Rome and Papal Rome. These are seven great powers or heads that did not obey God’s TEN COMMANDMENTS. They were destroyed because they did not obey the word of God.

We have now established that the seven of Rev.13:1 and Rev. 12:3 are Egypt, Syria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Pagan Rome (Revelation chapter 12), and Papal Rome (Revelation chapter 13). In Daniel 7:24, the bible says that the ten horns that shall rise are ten kings. From history we know that when the barbarians came in and divided the Roman Empire, where the two Caesars had ruled, ten separate great nations were set up right within the Roman boundaries.

These kings have crowned heads and crowned horns. These ten great nations that came in and set up their boundaries within the Roman Empire mainly came to set aside or do away with what God had set up. Every day in this world, regardless of your nationality, your forefathers or someone related to you is a descendant from these ten great nations. These nations are:

    (1) THE ALAMANIS

   (2) THE OSTROGOTHS

   (3) THE VISIGOTHS

   (4) THE FRANKS

   (5) THE VANDALS

   (6) THE SUAVI

   (7) THE BURGUNDIANS

   (8) THE HERULI

   (9) THE ANGLO-SAXONS

   (10) THE LAMBPARDS These were the ten divisions that Rome was divided into according to Bible prophecy in Daniel 7:24 “And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise…”

The Four Kings “These great beasts, which are four, are FOUR KINGS, which shall arise out of the earth.” Daniel 7:17 (KJV). From Babylon I am going illustrate the change through the bible from the book of Daniel chapter two and seven because they point out the same thing and event. (faith-word)

(faith-word) Let us look at Daniel 7:8 “I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up.” This little horn that came up after the ten division of Roman Empire was none other than the Papal power-Papal Rome. Papal Rome arose and demanded all these ten kingdoms worship and bow down to the authority of Papal Rome.

But there were three of these nations that would not adhere to the Papal command. Justinian sent his great general, Belisarius, to uproot the Ostrogoths (which was the l-st of these three nations) in A.D. 538. This brought the astonishing fulfillment of the bible prophecy in Daniel 7:2… “And another (head) shall rise after them (the fisrt ten kings); and he shall be diverse (religious head) from the first, and he shall subdue THREE KINGS.”

History confirms the bible prophecy by recording these facts. The Roman army literally wipeout these three nations.

    (A) The first nation was HERULI in northern Italy in A.D. 493.

   (B) The second nation was VANDALS in northern Africa in A.D. 534.

   (C) The third nation was OSTROGOTHS in northern Portugal in A.D. 538.

At this time, the Papal power gained supremacy. Now how we rightfully identify the little horn of Daniel 7:8 as Papal ROME? Let us see. Bear in mind that the seat of any government is its capitol or capital; history records the astounding fact that in A.D.330 Constantine, a great Roman Emperor, move his capitol from Rome on the Tigris River to the possession of the Bosporus.

He called his city the city of Constantinople or the city of Constantine. In A.D.323, seven years earlier, Constantine had professed to be a Christian convert. The bible says in Revelation 13:2 “And the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” (KJV). So, you see, the devil gave power to pagan Rome and pagan Rome set up the capitol of papal Rome.

Today that city is called Istanbul and it is now located in what we call Vatican city. Just as the bible revealed, pagan Rome gave papal Rome its seat, power and great authority and devil was the one who gave it to all of them initially. The Vatican city is still in operation today. (faith-word)

(Faith-Word) Now that we have established that the little horn of Daniel 7:8 is papal Rome, Let us survey the features of this little horn from the light of God’s word and bible prophecy.

“…And behold, in this horn (the little horn) were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.” Daniel 7:8 (KJV). The Pope is undoubtedly the head of the papal Rome and Popo Leo the 13th wrote: “We hold upon this earth, (speaking of the Pope) the place of God Almighty.”

The great Enclical Letters of Pope 3 Leo the 13th. When Christ was leaving He promised to send us a representative- the holy spirit: john 19:7-11. Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. (KJV).

  (1) That the Holy Spirit is the Vicar of Christ not the pope. Now this is the bible truth. “But the comforter which is the’ Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14:26 (KJV), (john 14:16). “But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:” john15:26 (KJV).

  (2) CATHOLIC NATIONAL, of July 1895 “The pope is not the only representative of Jesus Christ, But he is Jesus Christ Himself hidden under the veil of flesh.”

  (3) CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA, Volume 12, page 265, “This judicial authority (the authority of the pope) will even include the power to pardon sin.” This is Blasphemy (mark 2:7KJV).

My Brothers and sisters, regardless of your religion, nationally or color, you can believe the above statement are “great words” to e spoken by a mortal man. The bible says in the bible book of ROMANS chapter 3:10 that “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:” And the ROMAN CHURCH says that the pope is infallible and can pardon sin.

You see that our God is a very wise God as He directed Paul to the authority of the church of papal Rome “All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23 (KJV). Therefore, none is Christ but Christ Jesus. The bible says that Christ has on earth to forgive sins, (Matt.9:6) not the pope. “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven (not even the pope, bishop, or pastor) given among men, whereby we must be saved.”Acts 4:12 (KJV).

Only Jesus Christ can set you free from sin. (John 8:36). Again the bible’s in Daniel 7:8 is fulfilled as well as Revelation 13:5 “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies”…

(faith-word) “And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.” Revelation 13:3 (KJV).

All the other six head were wounded and never rose to world domination again- Egypt, Syria, Babylon, Medo Persia, Greece, and Pagan Rome. All of them went down and stay down, but, oh, when the seventh head was wounded God said he would come again.

Papal Rome came down but was healed consequently, it is operating today. I love the catholic very dearly for their good Christian virtues. But the Papal Rome is the beast that the whole world needs to know. This statement is not a personal idea neither is it a personal feeling. Rather it is a conclusive of the bible prophecy as we have seen will further see from this blog.

The fulfillment of the word of God concerning the deadly wounded took place when general Berthier took pope plus VI off his throne and cast him into prison in a French fortress. Pope Pius VI was sitting upon the throne, when on February the 20th, 1798, General Berthier took him captive, after the pope had killed so many millions of Christians that kept all God ten commandments. (Dan. 7:25).

DO WLING’S HISTORY OF ROMANISM, page 541; from the birth of popery to the present time, it is estimated by careful credible historians that more than 50,000,000 (fifty million) of humans family have been slaughtered for the crime of heresy. “See Matt. 5:21-24. The pope later died on August 29, 1799, at the age of 82. He had reigned for 24 years 6 months and 14 days upon being cast into prison; and he was the 257 pope. That was the wounding of the beast” Revelation 13:3. (KJV).

This period of time from 538 A.D. (destruction of the ostrogoths, at the command of Justinian through his great general, Belisarius) to 1798 A.D. (the year of captive of pope plus VI by Napoleon’s general Berthier) is known as the DARK AGES. It gets dark when God’s people are mistreated and God’s law trembled under the feet of men. “And his deadly wound was healed.” Rev. 13:3.

When Napoleon Bonaparte came to power, he permitted the cardinal to elect a brand new pope. “And the whole world wounded.” Rev.13:3. That was the healing of the wound.” “…Whose deadly wound was healed.” Rev 13:12 faith-word

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:
it shall not return unto me void, faith-word
but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 (KJV). We had previously established that the little horn (papal Rome) plucked up three horns (Heruli in 493 A.D.; Vandals in 534 A.D. and Ostrogoth in 538 A.D.) in fulfillment of the word God.…
And, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up. (Daniel 7:8 KJV). When Justinian’s general, Belisarius liberated Rome in A.D. 538, the Bishop of Rome was freed from the control of the Ostrogoths, whose Acianism had resulted in the restricting the development of the catholic church.

Now the Bishop could exercise the prerogative Justinian’s decree of A.D. 533 (Where the emperor, Justinian declare the bishop of Rome the head over all the churches, and recognize the pope influence in eliminating heretics) had granted him; he could increase the authority of the “Holy See.” This was the beginning of the 1260 years of persecution as bible prophecy foretold (Daniel 7:25; Rev.12:6, 14; 13:5-7). In the same year, A.D. 538 the year marked as the beginning of the 1260-years prophecy Revelation12:6, 14; Daniel 7:25 or 42 months prophecy (Revelation 13:5) the Roman catholic third council of Orleans issued a law even more severe than Constantine’s decree of March 7 321 A.D.

canon of that council says that on Sunday, even “agricultural labour ought to be lead aside, in other that people may not be prevented from attending church.” (Giovanni Domenico Mansi, Ed., Sacrorum conciliorm, Volume 9, Col 919). Let us check these text.’ …And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” Daniel 7:25.

We read again in revelation 12:6 “And the Woman (God’s commandment or truth keeping people or church, (like the waldenses) filed into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and three score days.” Verse 14 “ And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness into her place , where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half time, from face of the serpent (popish persecutors). In the Bible prophecy a day is a year.

“I have appointed thee each day for a year. “Ezekiel 4:6 (KJV)” each day for a year shall ye bear your iniquities.” Numbers 14:34 (KJV). One lunar month is equal to 30 days.
Therefore: Time = 1year = 360days Hence Times = 3years = 720days And dividing of Time = ½year = 180 days SO, TIME, TIMES, DIVIDING (HALF) OF TIME =1260 days. (1+2+½) years (Daniel 7:25; Revelation 12:14). Revelation 13:5 “…And power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.” (KJV).

Let us calculate again. God’s time table is never late and does not change. “I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall e forever. “ Eccl. 3:14 (KJV). 1 LUNAR MONTH =30DAYS 42 LUNAR MONTHS = (42×30)DAYS = 1260 DAYS And if 1 DAY = 1 YEAR in prophecy (Ezekiel 4:6; Num. 14:34.

Therefore 1260 DAYS =1260 YEARS If you add this 1260 years to A.D. 538 (the year of the beginning of papal supremacy) you will arrive at AD. 1798 (the year of the pope’s imprisonment). Thus A.D. 538 ADD 1260 years And get A.D. 1798

On February 20, 1798, at the command of Napoleon, his general, Berthier enter Rome and took pope plus VI prisoner and he remained a French prisoner until he died there on August 29, 1799 at the age of 82. This was the fulfillment of 1260 days or 42 months prophecy in its exactness. Thanks be to God of Heaven for His words are true and sure.faith-word

When pope Paul VI stepped in, this was the healing of the wound,
he was followed by St. John the XXIII and Pope Pius XI, and pope Barnabas but the name that the organization gives them is VICARIOUS FILII DEI, which means in Latin, Vicar of the son of God. faith-word

This means they have taken the place of God on earth. We have established earlier that the Holy Spirit is God’s Vicarious Filii dei not the Catholic Church and surly not the Pope. The question was asked; Question: Who is the visible head of the church?”
Answer: “The Holy Father, the Pope is the Vicar of Christ, the successor of St. peter and the visible head of the church.”
But the bible says, and rightfully by Jesus Himself in: Matthew 23:9 “And call no man your father upon the earth: for is your Father, which is in heaven.” (KJV)
And the apostle Peter himself whom the catholic church claims the pope succeeded rejected this honour from Cornelius as the bible says in Acts 10:25, 26 “and as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him and fell down at his feet, and worshiped him. But Peter took him up, saying, stand up; I myself also am a man.”
Have you seen that we should not bow down to worship anybody” (Exodus 20:5 Rev. 19:10, Matt.4:10,) even the pope of who claims to be the successor of St. Peter and the Vicar of Christ.
Another question was asked:
Question: “why was the Pope called the head of the church?”
Answer: “because he holds Christ’s place and represent Him on this earth.”
That is blasphemy against God (Rev, 13:5,6; Matt, 12:31,32) because only the holy spirit is the representative of Christ. (Matt, 15:26; John 16:7, 8, 16:26)
Now let us survey the prophetic meaning of the pope’s official title, “VICARIUS FILII DEI” or “SUBSTITUTE SON OF GOD.” Let us go to God and His word of Wisdom (James 1:5) KJV. Revelation 13:18 “ Here is wisdom. Let Him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and .his number is SIX HUNDRED THREESCORE AND SIX.”
A score is twenty which means by simple arithmetic that threescore is sixty. Therefore six hundred and threescore and six is equal to six hundred and sixty-six or 666. Let us again prove the accuracy of the bible prophecy. In ROMAN NUMERALS, VICARIUS FILII DEI is thus:
V = 5                 F = 0          D = 500         ADD:

And in great wisdom has ask Daniel to shut up the words, “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end” (Daniel 12:4 KJV) which is now.faith-word

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: “from such turn away”. 2 Timothy 3:1-5. Is this not actually the true condition of the world situation now?

It is sin to transgress the la of God. 1John 3:4. And “He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.” Prov. 28:9. Is there any doubt then why we have so many problems in the world today? Has man really attempted to change the order of creation as ordained by God the creator?
Let us receive the following passages for “ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” John 8:32. “For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.” Romans 2:13. “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”( James 2:10; 4:17).

When everything else has failed, the truth most stand. Regardless of your previous convictions which may be in error, “To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.” Hbrews 4:7 KJV. “Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding. Prov. 23:23” Do this one thing, “forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, … press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:13-14.

For “hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.” 1 john 2:3-5.

Because Christ has conclusively said, “If you love me keep my commandment.” John 14:15. “For this is the love of God that we keep his commandments: and His commandments are not grievous (hard)” for us to keep. 1 john 5:3. And “ the Lord made this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.” Deu. 5:3. So

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches,” Rev. 2:7. “Come out of her, my people.” Rev. 18:4. And I say unto you “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD” by obeying all His laws including the Seventh-day Sabbath , “choose you this day whom ye will serve”; whether the Pagan god of Rome or the law-breaking papacy, but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Joshua 24:15) by keeping His commandments including the Seventh-day, Sabbath of the fourth commandment. Exodus 20:8-11; 31:15-17; Isaiah 58:13-14; 66:23; Ezekiel 20:20.

Because “I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.” Phil.4:13 And if you absolutely depend on Him, “in Him are hid all treasures of wisdom and knowledge,” Col.2:3, you will be able to obey the laws of God through Christ for at that point “it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.”

Phil.2:13 only believe in Christ for “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” Said Jesus john 14:12. Therefore, by having faith in the word of Jesus we can please God and keep all His commandments-but “without faith it is impossible to please Him.” Heb. 11:16.faith-word

  God's promises are specially simple,

We’ve stated that many people think the bible is hard to understand.
In particular this belief is held by many concerning the prophecies, the proverbs, and some figures of speech.

However, these seemingly difficult parts of the bible are more difficult to understand than the section of the bible the deals with history, or those that many consider to be “Simple.” Prophecy is nothing more than history written beforehand and should be understood in this light.

All riddles allegories, types, symbols, and figures of speech are either explained in scripture, or are clear in themselves as to their true meaning. When it comes to the promises of God, there shouldn’t be any misunderstanding about what they say or mean.

Every promise of God is a simple statement of obligation to men that God will give them certain benefits when they meet certain conditions. All the promises of God are conditional, as an Ve seen in the scripture themselves. If you want receive the promised benefits, you must accept the promise for what it says and meet the condition required.

You then depend upon the fulfillment of God’s promise in this life. Since God cannot lie, man is assured that what God has promised He is abundantly able to perform. None of God’s promises need further interpretation. All that we must do is act upon what the bible says and believe that God’s promised will be fulfilled in our lives.

Do not attach any other conditions to God’s promises than what is plainly written. When the conditions are met the blessings will be realized. As the apostle Pual writes in 2cor. 1:20, “FOR ALL the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God to us.”

(faith-word) In the historic council of Trent back in the sixteenth century, the Protestants insisted on the use of Bible and Bible only. The Catholic Church rejected. They believe that the authority of the bible is influenced by tradition whereby it (the church) transferred the Sabbath to Sunday. Dr. H.J. Holtzmann, in his book –canon and tradition, he narrated the drama at the council of trent.

“Finally…on the eighteenth of January 1562, all hesitation was set aside: the Archbishop of Reggio made a speech in which he openly declare that tradition stood above scripture. The authority of the church could therefore not be bound to the authority of the scriptures, because the church had change… the Sabbath into Sunday, not by the command f Christ, but by its own authority.”

On may 2 1988, Archbishop Robert R.J.M. Zaborowiski, the prime bishop, Province of north America wrote “We Catholics believe the church was wise in making Sunday the Sabbath day…No matter how protesters mock or scorn Catholicism, they still retain elements of things they simply could not rid themselves of that are essentially catholic in origin and foundation. Sunday is but one of these things…”

   On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther said, “the true Christian in not the Rome, but to the prophets, the psalms and the gospels.” As Mrs. E.G. white wrote “As men then reject the institution which God has declare to be the sign of His authority, and honour in its stead that which Rome has chosen as the token of her supremacy, they will thereby accept the sign of allegiance to Rome- the mark of the beast.” G.C.P. 449 (1888, 1911). She continued;

The Sabbath will be the great test of loyalty, for it is the point of truth especially controverted. When the final test shall be brought to bear upon men, then the line of distinction will be drawn between those who serve God and those who serve Him not. While observance the of false Sabbath, in compliance with the law of the state, contrary to the fourth commandment, will be an avowal of allegiance to the power that is in opposition to God, the keeping of the true Sabbath, in obedience to God’s law, is an evidence of loyalty to the creator. While one class, by accepting the sign of submission to the earthly powers, receive the mark of the beast, the other choosing the token of allegiance to divine authority, receive the seal of God.” G.C., page 605 (1888, 1911).

And the Lord Jesus Christ said “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” Matt. 5:17-19(KJV). In support, James the apostle wrote: “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.” James 2:10 (KJV).

And now, what do we do? John the revelator in island of Patmos in his vision said “And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities Rev. 18:2-5 (KJV). “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:” Rev.14:9-10 (KJV).

Then who shall escape? “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Rev 14:12. (KJV). May God bestow upon you the fullness of His divine spirit as new lights unfold in the subsequence pages of this blog, that this blog may help you walk the path of the just which “ is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.” Prov. 4:18. (KJV). “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”. John 8:32 (KJV).

For the willful ignorance of the law will not be termed by God as an exoneration thereof because He said “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6 (KJV). May the holy spirit lead us to all the truth as we continue to read through this blog. Amen.

QUESTION: Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? ANSWER: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the catholic church in the council of Laodicia , A.D.336, transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday. Catholic mirror, September 23, 1893. “The catholic by virtue of her divine mission, changed the day from Saturday to Sunday.” (faith-word)

(faith-word) The year was about 1491 B.C. The slaves of Egypt are now free citizens in the desert on their way to the Promised Land. They had not drawn up constitution and no Bill of Rights. Moses was leading as Christ was guiding. Many unanswered questions must have been going through their minds concerning their God.

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes, And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.” Exd.19:10-11 (KJV).

As that remarkable morning drew on, they were curious. Can anyone see God and live? Is God a giant? Is He black or white? Will He speak Latin or Greek? Most of them wondered. But those that have know God closely were not terrified. “And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount. And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up”. Exd. 19:16-20 (KJV). “And God spake all these words, saying,” Exd. 20:1 (KJV).

This was the first anniversary of the most discussed law-the THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. The ten commandments is very uniquely distinctive. It is the only audible words that God spoke to a whole nation. “These words the LORD spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.” Deut. 5:22 (KJV).

God did not trust the forgetful human mind. So in His divine wisdom He engraved the la on two tablets of stone. “And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God. Exd.31:18 (KJV).

The preservation of this law was very important to God. “And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark. Deut. 10:2 (KJV). God also gave the Israelites ceremonial law, which was shadows of things to come, and they were placed beside the ark. “Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.” Deut. 31:26(KJV). The Ten Commandments was preserved inside the ark. Deut. 10:2. The ten-commandment law is divided into two sections. The first four deal with our relationship and obedience to the creator God.

The last six day deal with our relationship to each other and to the respect to the property of others. “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Matt. 22:37-40(KJV).

In the middle of this Decalogue is only disputed law amongst the Christians of this last hour. It the fourth of the Ten bCommandments. It looks like the wise God knew it was going to e changed, forgotten or cause great controversy in the later days, hence in His address to the nation of Israel on Mount Sinai that morning He started this fourth commandment with “Remember the Sabath day, to keep it holy.

Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exd.20:8-11 (KJV).

Has this law been repealed y God? Was it changed? Who change it? What does the prophecy, the psalms and the gospel say about the change? How does it affect us now and our eternity? What can we or should we do about it? Where should we go from here? These are few of the many lights unfolded on this blog. (faith-word)

It must have been a glorious sundown in heaven that, Friday evening or the evening of the sixth day of creation. “All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. John 3:1 (KJV).

The angels were singing melodies. The sky was beamed with light from the throne of God. The air was perfumed with adoring scent of fresh roses just being created by Christ. Man was at his best without sin and decay, an express image of his creator. All heaven was pleased. From the trumpet of the angels, praises were coming like never before to Him that sat on the throne.

“And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day”. Gen. 1:31 (KJV) “Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.”Gen.2:1-2 (KJV).

And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. Gen.2:3 (KJV). Due to pride, jealousy and ambition, the covering cherub was not pleased. He that had covered the throne of God with his wings desired to be worshiped by his creator. His (Satan’s) beauty was in his mind. He adored self more than loyalty to the one that made him. This was the beginning of the end.

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.” Isaiah 14:12-15 (KJV). “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. faith-word

It was seventeenth century A.D. in Holland. The ship SPEEDWAY was ready for voyage across the sea, bound for the MAYFLOWER in America where a group of pilgrims has decided to start a colony. The boarding announcement was made. For the pilgrims it was exciting and foreboding.

The Atlantic was cold and unfamiliar to them. Their loved ones will e left behind. “It was a time to rejoice ;a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get and a time to lose; a time to keep and a time to cast away; a time to rend and a time to sew; a time to keep silence and a time to speak.” In this farewell hour, Pastor John Robinson, their beloved pastor recognized it was a time speak, and he said:

“Brethren , we are soon to part asunder, and only the Lord knows whether I will live to see your faces again – I charge you before God to follow me no further than I have followed Christ. If God should reveal anything to you by any other instrument of His, be as ready to receive it as you have been ready to receive any truth from my ministry – for I am very confident the Lord has more truth and light yet to break forth from His Holy word..

For my part , I cannot tell you how sad I am bout the reformed churches. They will go no further than the instrument of their reformation. The Lutherans cannot be drawn to go beyond what Luther saw… And the Calvinists you see, stick fast where they were left by that great man of God. Even though these reformers were burning and shining light in their time, yet they did not understand all the counsel of God. But if they were living today, they would be as willing to accept further light as the light which they first received.” This was the burning spirit of reformation and the true spirit of its pioneers. Like Martin Luther at Wittenberg ; Conrad Grebrel in Zurich ; Roger Williams at Providence; and the Methodist John Wesley in England.

They were willing to learn and grow in the new-light as was revealed to them by God. They recognized that “ the part of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.” Prov.4:18 (KJV). Hence on October 31, 1517 Martin Luther said “the true christen pilgrimage is not to’ Rome, but to the Prophets, the Psalms and the Gospels.

“And Christ warned, Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my father which is in heaven.” Matt.7:21( KJV). While Solomon in his divine wisdom wrote, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man”. Eccl. 12:13 (KVJ). faith-word

Consider God’s Calling

Does God have a plan for you? Yes. The bigger question is, "What is God’s

   plan

?" We all have dreams for our life, but God’s plan is first. He does not want to just be a

of the plans I make for my life. God’s plan involves His “Kingdom” because He is the King, and we owe loyalty to Him.

   Sin

   is

   disloyalty

   to Him, and

“The Lord will not hear me if I hold on to sin in my heart.” (

    Psalm 66:18

   )

But there’s more to think about as you wait for an answer to your prayer for a job.

Consider How God Created You

    Ephesians 2:1-10

shows that it’s God’s work, not ours, that is most important.

“We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (

    Ephesians 2:10

   )

You are unique for God's purposes. Sometimes it's hard for you to see your uniquenesses. Ask a trusted Christian friend to pray with you. Together, you can think through the things that make you different from others. This may open some doors you hadn’t thought about before.

Consider the Importance of Patience

Sometimes you might pray and submit yourself humbly to God, but still have to wait a while. Waiting for fulfillment makes the eventual answer unforgettable. The Bible says,

"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life." (

    Proverbs 13:12

   )

God’s calling for you is a holy calling, no matter what your job is. If you are certain you are where He wants you to be, you can be a grocery clerk, a truck driver or a dog catcher to the glory of God just as much as the preacher or full-time Christian worker can!

“Whatever you do, do it from the heart for the Lord and not for people.” (

    Colossians 3:23

   )
