Unlimited Potential

2018-04-29T18:07:00.000-07:00

Hello Dear Readers,

I recently joined, The Oneness Community where I'm connected with like minded souls to assist one another in achieving our Highest Destiny, or Highest Potential. We are a global group, and have joined through Humanity's Team and Barbara Marx Hubbard.

My specific purpose for joining, is to create the movie for Faithful Devotion; a dream I have held dear since I was 18 years old. I feel that creating a film for this book (as well as others) is my true purpose for being here.

I already have the screen play complete for Part-One of my Faithful Devotion book. However, the focal part of the story, is The Green Beret Murder Trial, Vietnam 1969.

I am currently seeking a screen play writer, interested in working with me on this next part of the book.

An indication that I'm on the right path, is I've already connected with a potential character for one of the opening scenes in this Vietnam section. I'm (in the process of:) recruiting a perfect actor to play the part of SPECIALIST JOHNSON, a surfer from California.

As promised, I will post his part below.

*****

PETE is describing his experience as he arrives in Vietnam in October 1968

PETE - Shortly after I arrived, I met the Colonel, Wesley R. Herlein. He is a battle-hardened combat expert with the eyes of a poker player. Once he got to know me, he asked me to inspect the defenses of one of the key bunkers in the camp's defensive perimeter. When I recommended that the bunker be improved, he asked how long it would take me to do the job. With the assistance of several other Green Beret personnel, four people from the MACV group, three captains, and an enlisted conscientious objector, Specialist Johnson, we had the bunker rebuilt in my sector of the camp.

Johnson was assigned to the airstrip as a control tower operator. He is an intelligent young man, who had been a student and a surfer on the beaches of his native California. With his All-American Boy

appearance and likable personality, he proved to be a dependable asset in the hard manual labor required to rebuild the bunker. I made him the commo man for the bunker, and when the camp was attacked, by the time I got to the bunker, he would already be checking into the commo net.

What's in a poem?

Hello Dear Readers,

What's in a poem, but imagination; words expressed from the level of soul. Poems are often based on true life experiences. However the poem I share with you here, suggests a memory of the past ... Although it could be pure imagination.

Book: Faithful Devotion by Lisa M. Smith

Poems by my Beloved, A. Louis (Pete) Smith, Jr.

FEMME DES FLEURS

If I were a king,
And you my slave,
I'd give up my palace
For a dismal cave.

I would adore you,
And you'd love me,
If you weren't a lady - san merci .

Tho' who am I to ask for your love,
A knight on a charger,
A demi-God from above?

Tho' you couldn't love me
If I were King.
Your mind's too selfish to hear
Your heart sing.

You incarcerate devotion
With your lovely smile,
So pure when born - and now so vile.
You are like a flower
In a quaint summer garden.

Tho' is smiles at everyone,
It's smile will soon harden.
Tho' it refuses to relinquish its smile,
In vain,
Its petals soon fall and, are drowned
In rain.

It fertilizes the earth
To bear a new beauty,
And is soon forgotten
As it fulfills its duty.
For faithful devotion can only endure,

And you'll never possess it, Femme des fleurs.

Thai Khac Chuyen's story is very much alive today!

Mr. Chuyen discussed with me his desire to have a movie made about his dad's story. He desires to have healing and closure from this long held wound, an he wishes to keep his farther's memory alive as well.

We are currently seeking a movie producer.

The fact that Mr. Chuyen reached out to find someone connected with his dad's case, shows me he still has a wound that needs healing.

It is not only my heart's desire to have a movie made of this story to heal Veterans of War, but it has also been my life's dream.

I firmly believe, that showing a hero in war times, is Healing to those who suffer a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

In Faithful Devotion, the healing will go back to the Korean Conflict. Although most of the Veterans of that war are gone, their children may not be. As we can see by Thai Khac's son, these wounds go deep, and still need healing.

It is Now time for Healing! If you agree, please spread this post around.

Thank You on behalf of All War Veteran's. They need to know they were appreciated and respected; and seen as the Hero they are.

Ever Faithful,

Lisa

Happy Veteran Day to All my many Heroes!

Faithful Devotion was written in honor of my own hero, as serving and defending his country, was truly his life's mission. His journey even began in Washington, DC, and entwined him in espionage for most of his life.

Faithful Devotion is comprised of many of Pete's experiences, and includes many of his own writings. It makes for a great Hollywood, Real James Bond type movie, and will depict Vietnam Veterans, as well as All Veterans as the true Heroes they are!

It is both my belief and my intention that this story will boost American Patriotism, and help Veterans who are dealing with PTSD.

Music by Gabriel Patricci

I look at you

But you are not there.

Deep in my soul

All is so clear.

I see your heart

And all that you are.

I look at you

But you are not there.

No, you are not there.

Don't know where you are

Or where you may go.

But you are not there

No you are not there.

I know all that you are

And the time will come

One day we'll be one.

One day you will look at me

And you will see

All that you are

All that you are.

Hello Friends,

I've got some Friday 13th "Fun Stuff" to share that is true! It was in fact June, Friday the 13th 1969 when Green Beret, Peter Smith had to move a Vietnamese National, Chuyen Thai Khac. Chuyen was under investigation of double-agent espionage.

"I got six Special Forces trooper volunteers as guards. After they volunteered to escort us to the airport, I told them that I had to move a Vietnamese National from the detachment, and North Vietnamese Intelligence may try to rescue or kill my prisoner. A doctor put Chuyen to sleep. They were instructed to shoot down any Vietnamese who got close to the ambulance. At the detachment, as the guards and I were checking out weapons just before leaving, one of them asked if I was superstitious. The reason for the question, I then realized, was that it was Friday the 13th." Peter Smith - Faithful Devotion.

Chuyen was killed a week later, June 20, 1969.

Faithful Devotion is available in Hard Copy and paperback, as well as ebook.

How do I love thee?

2014-02-12T20:03:00.000-08:00

Let me count the ways... I love thee to the depth and breathed and height my soul can reach. - Elizabeth Barrett Browning.

These words, dear readers, are to be reserved for one's soul mate. And if you do not have a soul mate, the quickest way to draw one in, is to count the ways you love your self.

If you can look in the mirror, and say the above words to this beautiful poem, and actually feel them as true for yourself, then, you are ready to love your soul mate the same way.

For many of us, this is a very big IF.

One thing that seems to be helping a lot of people is Knowing Who You Really Are.

Knowing who you really are is a key step to loving oneself. It allows us to look into our own mirror of our soul. And in doing so, we learn what reflection we'd like to "call in" for a soul mate.

Thirty-six years ago today, I met the new, real James Bond

2013-11-30T16:49:00.001-08:00

Hello Dear Readers,

On November 30, 1977, I met Peter L. Smith, and my life was forever changed. I'm sure this is true for many who fall in love. For me, however, it was also the beginning of my life's dream.

I'm happy to announce that I will be interviewed regarding Faithful Devotion, Monday, December 2, 2013 at 10 AM Eastern time, on BlogTalkRadio.

Here is the link for those who wish to join: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/gloriasworld.

Gloria has cast me as, the new, real Mrs. James Bond.

Until then, I will leave you with a little blurb of how my dream began 36 years ago:

"A little late for my appointment, I saw Pete standing in front of the sliding glass doors of his second story apartment looking for me. He smiled, and gave me the 'thumbs up' signal, as I slowly came around the bend to the corner apartment, looking up at him. I smiled and said to myself, so there's Peter Smith. He was a tall dark and handsome fellow, and I was immediately attracted to him."

Faithful Devotion, now on Kindle Select and on CreateSpace in paperback.

Be sure to catch Gloria's World Monday morning at 10!

Thanks for letting me share!

Spread the Love!

Spiritual Prayer of Forgiveness

2013-10-25T09:15:00.000-07:00

This is from Lisa Barnett. She is an Akashic Record reader/healer. Here is her website:

http://akashicknowing.com/

I NOW ASK DIVINE SPIRIT, SOURCE, GOD TO PLEASE BE MY FORGIVENESS TO ANYONE OR ANYTHING THAT HAS HURT ME FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE END OF TIME, WHETHER THEY REALIZED THEY HURT ME OR NOT, I NOW FORGIVE THEM AND I RELEASE THEM FROM ANY OBLIGATIONS THEY HAVE HAD WITH ME.

DIVINE SPIRIT SOURCE, PLEASE BE MY FORGIVENESS FOR MYSELF FOR ANY HURT THAT I HAVE CAUSED OTHERS FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE END OF TIME, WHETHER I REALIZED I HURT THEM OR NOT, I NOW FORGIVE MYSELF AND I RELEASE MYSELF OF ANY OBLIGATION I HAVE HAD WITH THEM.

MOTHER, FATHER, SPIRIT, SOURCE, PLEASE BE MY FORGIVENESS FOR MYSELF FOR ANY HURT THAT I HAVE CAUSED MYSELF FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE END OF TIME, WHETHER I REALIZED I HURT MYSELF OR NOT, I NOW FORGIVE AND RELEASE MYSELF FROM ANY NEGATIVE OBLIGATION I HAVE HAD WITH MYSELF.

As Lisa says, this prayer should be said at least 33 days in a row. At that point you should start noticing events improving in your life in all areas.

Enjoy!

Green Beret Movie Coming Soon!

2013-09-19T12:33:00.001-07:00

Double Agent Down - The Green Beret Affair, a documentary movie is soon going to be released. This story is the focal point of my book, Faithful Devotion, in which my husband, Alvin "Peter" Smith and seven other Green Berets were arrested and placed in solitary confinement for the murder of a double agent.

The documentary is the creation of a former Green Beret, Terry McIntosh, who played a part in the Vietnam affair.

Terry's drive to produce the documentary is multi-faceted as he explains here:

"The documentary has more than one purpose that includes setting the record straight about some controversial issues, such as Chuyen's guilt or innocence, the CIA role as understood by Project Gamma operatives, and also for the sake of posterity. Some of us got to tell our personal story and perspective, and if those stories aren't told, they are lost to future generations. The documentary poses questions that are still relevant today, and further addresses the context of the Vietnam War from the soldiers point of view."

I have seen the final version of this documentary, and it is very well done. Many of the members who were actually involved with double agent in Vietnam are featured in the documentary. I am also featured, representing my late husband, "Peter" Smith, who was the double agent's handler.

I look forward to sharing this documentary debut with you soon. It will shed a lot of light on this controversial Green Beret murder case.
