The 1996 'graduate' received a correspondence degree under the name of Sally Guber, from LaSalle University in Mandeville, Louisiana, the most infamous diploma mill of the 1990s. LaSalle University (Mandeville, LA) appears on lists of unaccredited colleges nationwide, including the State of Oregon list of unaccredited colleges.

Further, St. John has gone to the extent of intentionally misrepresenting her credentials by stating she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a doctrate in psychological counseling.

St. John's bio intentionally misleads the public on the following website:
www.tjohne.com/content/stjohn.asp?section=2.

She admits to going to LaSalle University (Mandeville, LA), dismissing any responsibility for attending the bogus school in an article written about diploma mills in a Las Vegas publication:
www.lasvegasmercury.com/2004/ MERC-Jan-01-Thu-2004/22879236.html

Sally St. John (who changed her name from Sally Guber in 1996) takes advantage of vulnerable people looking for 'instant answers' by exploiting a technique called applied kenisiology, and charging exhorbitant amounts of money for services and seminars.

Sally St. John is licensed by the Nevada Board of Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Gambling Counselors. The two people I talked with kept telling me the cost would depend on what previous schooling I had had and other mysterious factors.

After reviewing the classes I had already taken, they told me I could get a Bachelor's equivalency and take half the usual classes, for half the cost of the regular degree. I told them I couldn't afford it if it was much more than $15,000.

After reviewing my records and whatever else it was they had to review (again, I could never really get straight answers out of them), they told me the entire degree would cost $16,800 After getting assurances that yes, that was the ENTIRE degree, and no, there would be nothing else and yes, they would send me this information in writing (which they never actually did), I agreed to sign on.

My classes started two weeks after I talked to the advisors with financial aid all neatly taken care of for the cost of schooling and spaced out so they would receive payments every few months, with the last payment in February (I'd complete my degree in June).

January 5th, I received a note asking how I was going to finish paying for my classes. They informed me that if I did not pay them approximately $12,000 more, I could not complete my degree with them.

I got the run around from multiple people after this. They wouldn't call back. They would only let me talk to financial aid people and signed me up for the additional financial aid through Sallie Mae and Federal loans, without my consent. Then, when I finally got through and cancelled classes, since I could not afford to continue, they refused my last financial aid disbursement for the classes I had already attended and sent me a bill for an additional $3300+, due on receipt of the 'bill' or they send me to collections.

Needless to say, I suggest if you are thinking of going to AIU, DON'T!!! While the classes were great and I had a wonderful educational experience (I had a 4.0 when I was forced to quit), they are extremely dishonest.

Erin
Ashland, Oregon
U.S.A.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/131/RipOff0131361.htm

INDC ripoff on College Diploma; wrong name; wrong info; no reply to inquiry Internet

I ordered a college diploma as a 'joke' gift for a friend. I paid $80.00 plus $10.00 shipping. The item came within a few days as promised, but everything on it was incorrect. The invoice that accompanied the item did not have any contact information for the company. I paid by debit card so my statement showed INDC as the business name and a toll free number; 888-213-3543. There was no other contact information available.

I called the number, which is a voice mail number, and have left several messages. No one returns my call. The invoice has a statement that if anything is wrong to mark the corrections and mail it back and they will send a corrected document. PhonyDiploma.com and its many fake diploma sister sites (PhoneyDiploma.com, DiplomaCompany.com, NextDayDiplomas.com, RealisticDiploma.com, and RealisticDiplomas.com) are part of an FBI sting operation!

DO NOT purchase from or contact this site under ANY circumstances! If you do, you can expect the FBI to pay a visit to you and your employer very shortly.

THIS IS MY STORY:

A couple months ago I had a great job with great pay and great benefits. I ended up purchasing my first home a few months ago and shortly after moving in, I came across my college diploma in a file cabinet I had just moved into my new home office. I thought it might be nice to finally have a place to hang my diploma on the wall, but after a few years of being tossed around in the file cabinet, mine had become a little torn and tattered, so I set out to get a replacement. After speaking with the university that I graduated from and hearing that it would cost $400+ dollars to get a replacement, I started searching around on the internet. After doing a quick search for 'replacement diplomas', I came across a handful of sites - one of which was PhonyDiploma.com.

PhonyDiploma.com offered exact replicas of my degree and the best part was it only cost $185 instead of the $400+ the university wanted to charge me. After speaking to them on the phone and having them absolutely assure me it would indeed be an exact replica, I went for it. They even accepted credit cards and told me I would have it delivered within 3 days. 'Done deal!... That sure was easy...' I thought.

Sure enough, 3 or 4 days later I got my package from PhonyDiploma.com.

My first disappointment came when I opened the box to find that the diploma didn't exact match my old diploma. As a matter of fact, this new one looked nothing like my old one. The layout was completely different. It looked like something that had been laser printed with a gold state seal on it instead of the embossed and multi-colored university seal like my original diploma has.

The real shock didn't come until about 3 weeks later however when I was abruptly fire from my job without reason, recourse, or severance pay.

I was absolutely infuriated. I had now worked for this company (which I won't name) for a few years and had received 1 promotion already as well as a handful of pay raises and out of the blue I am fired. Not only am I fired though, they also refuse to tell me exactly why I am being fired and even go as far as to have me quickly escorted off the property by a security guard.

To make a long story short, after about a week and talking to a few lawyers, I decided to sue for wrongful termination.

Almost a month had passed before my lawyer finally received a letter from human resources stating that I was fired for 'conspiring to commit employment fraud'.

It is important to note at this point that at NO POINT had I told ANYONE at my company that I had purchased a replacement for my diploma. I hadn't even told my lawyer, because at the time it hadn't even crossed my mind that would be somehow related to my termination. This was simply something that I had purchased to hang in my home office, which I never even ended up doing when all was said and done.

Within about 48 hours of my lawyer receiving the letter from the human resources department where I used to work, he also received an envelope via certified mail from the FBI in Richmond, Virginia. The letter contained further information on an investigation that was done concerning me with a few additional details as well as a disclosure notice that the FBI insisted I sign and immediately return it. The disclosure basically concluded that I wouldn't discuss what had happened, any contact I had with PhonyDiploma.com, or why I was fired because of an 'ongoing investigation'.

Needless to say, I didn't sign anything.

I have since tried to contact my employer to explain the situation to them and that I was only trying to order a replacement for a diploma that I already have, but so far I am not even getting a call back.

I probably should have put two and two together before I ordered anything from PhonyDiploma.com. I remember thinking to myself after I placed the order, 'Wow. That was easy. I could have ordered just about anything I wanted. I wonder how these guys (PhonyDiploma.com) gets away with doing this...'

In my opinion, it is really complete BS how the FBI does this. I can see if they are trying to catch people ordering from other countries that are trying to sneak into the U.S., but why they have to ruin the life of a productive American citizen by setting up phony websites to entrap people I have no idea. My guess is though, I am not the first hard working Amrerican that has fallen victim to this trap and I probably won't be the last.

The thing about it is that if I hadn't went as far as hiring a lawyer and really pushed the issue, I probably never would have known the real reason why I was terminated.

I have done quite a bit of research since, and it looks like the FBI has already done this before, but with fake ID sites. A couple weeks ago, I came across an news article about a 'congressional investigation' that was done in which the investigators had set up fake ID sites and had tracked people who ordered from the site for years to see what types of people were ordering, where they were ordering from, and what they were using the ID for.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY from PHONYDIPLOMA.COM or any of its affiliated websites including:

- DiplomaCompany.com
- NextDayDiplomas.com
- RealisticDiploma.com
- RealisticDiplomas.com
- PhoneyDiploma.com

Do NOT contact or purchase ANYTHING from ANY of these fake degree websites! All of these fake diploma sites are the SAME COMPANY. These sites all have P.O. Boxes in Richmond, Virginia, which are located just miles from the FBI office where the letter that was sent to my lawyer was sent from - which also happens to be one of the main FBI offices in the country.

PhonyDiploma.com, PhoneyDiploma.com, DiplomaCompany.com, NextDayDiplomas.com, RealisticDiploma.com, and RealisticDiplomas.com are all fake scam sites that have been set up by the FBI as part of a sting operation!

Infuriated01
Birmingham, Alabama
U.S.A.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/310/RipOff0310320.htm

Diplomaone SCAM Busted!!!

Recall the last posting we placed about diplomaone slandering us and making malicious comments about us, this charlatan website had finally been caught. Their so called reviews are all biased to support their website www.nd-center.com

Read about it here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/342/RipOff0342866.htm

I was in a bit of a bind and needed to get a fake diploma and transcript set. While searching for 'fake diploma' on Google I can across DiplomaOne, a website that claimed to be an independent fake diploma review site.

The site looked pretty good and there was a lot of information on it which at the time looked legit. They have a 'Ranking System' page where they review all of the major fake diploma websites based on quality, service, etc.

According to DiplomaOne's ranking system, only one fake diploma site, ND-Center.com achieved an 'A' ranking with an overall score of 76. No one else was really close in the rankings - only one other site even got a 'B' and they gave everyone else a grade of 'C' or 'D'.

So on DiplomaOne's recommendation I went to http://www.ND-Center.com and purchased a fake diploma and fake transcript which cost a bit over $400 - which is A LOT of money but I wasn't worried because of the great reviews on DiplomaOne.

Well, turns out I should have worried!! Not only did I not get a great product, I got nothing! And it's been over one month now!!! Unfortunately I do not have a credit card and had to pay by Western Union so I have no way to dispute the charge or recover my money!

Emails to ND-Center and DiplomaOne do not get a response and neither website has any real contact information!! DiplomaOne is registered to some guy by the name of John Kerstein in Stockholm Sweden and there is no phone number or other contact method other than email. Same for ND-Center.com, they are registered overseas and there is no phone number or any contact method other than email or chat.

Since then I've been doing some research and from looking around it appears that DiplomaOne is ran by ND-Center, which explains why they are the only site that got an 'A' ranking!!! I should have known better but it all looked legit. Of course both sites claim to be independent and not affiliated with each other, but then again, why would you tell people your review site is fake when you are just trying to cheat people out of their money??

They are very clever and do a good job of hiding it but DIPLOMAONE is a bogus fake diploma review site OPERATED by ND-CENTER.com!!

Fooled_by_diplomaone
Indianapolis, Indiana
U.S.A.

nd-center.com had rebuttal the comment of this posting they denied that they had any affiliation with diplomaone!

Care to explain why nd-center doesnt deliver to the guy that paid the $400.00? We had enough of these so called diploma review website which are all set up to actually draw people to them by giving high review to specific websites and degrading other websites (mostly their competitors).

Some competitors or review websites even use intimidating and threat techniques to drive their competitors up the wall! By sending email's with malicious contents.

Are there any standard guidelines we can adhere in selecting a faked diploma, novelty diploma website to buy our stuff? Actually there is a guideline to select a genuine fake diploma website that can deliver...

a) Ask to be shown a blank diploma or transcript they "claim" was their work. Must hold them with their hand just like the one shown here.

b) Ask if they can replicate real school or their custom design novelty template. Some websites are not able to replicate real school diplomas even for Novelty purposes.

c) NEVER, NEVER pay by MONEYGRAM or WESTERN UNION or WIRE TRANSFER these are as good as CASH. Scammers will take your money and disappear forever.

d) Ask them to show you artwork or the sample template of the school you intend to purchase compare it with another reliable source, see if the sample match.

e) DO NOT TRUST or RELY on FAKE DIPLOMA REVIEW WEBSITES these are created by website owners to actually boost their SALES and bring in more $$. Review websites that actually give high ranking to a specific websites are actually accomplices, they own the websites.
DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH before you send any $$.

There is no such thing as a FREE REVIEW WEBSITES, think for a moment why would anyone sane enough to review a fake diploma website? Do you know you need to pay for web hosting and dedicate lots of effort in maintaining a website? Why would anyone be interested to share with you ?

How can they review any website ? Think about it? Dont believe me send them an email contact these sites in the guise of a potential customer who is interested in purchasing a fake diploma and wouldn’t you believe it you will always be diverted to purchase from DiplomaProfessionals .com or DiplomasUnlimited .com STAY AWAY!!!

If you are interested in purchasing a fake diploma. They would recommend the purchase should be made from one of their own sites. fakediploma-review .org

This site and its .com equivalent seems to be own by 2 different fake diploma sites and hence these two fake diploma review sites seem to be at each others throats claiming that one has copied from the other . In any case as with the earlier site any recommendations given will be for PhoneyDiploma .com its many other partner site such as

Replicadiploma .comunderground-review .com

These are the most sleazy sites offering reviews with ulterior motives!

diplomaone .com

This is a new site that has popped up recently and look at the review these listed on their website are affiliated to them it does not give a fair review, we are compelled to categorically state this as, they created these reviwed website to draw in more customers. How Unethical! They cant even compete fairly with these GENUINE VENDORS.

How can they review any website ? There are numerous fake degree sites have been materializing, offering various kinds of fake diplomas and fake degrees.
