Glad to be BLOGGING AGAIN !!! :) Mila family update

It has definitely been TOO LONG since I've blogged. So much has happened since July 2010 lol. But I'm really just glad to start blogging again. It always helps me relieve any stress or feelings I need to get out.. but no worries I won't be sharing TMI .. just the highlights of our family. Right now I'm super happy it's November, but I never get a break lol. I'm so excited that our family will be expecting two new blessings this winter. My awesome sister in law Seini and my brother Iki will be expecting their 2nd son this December.. and I'm excited for Sione to have a lil' brother close to his age. We're especially thankful that my lil' sis Siva and Ray will be expecting their lil' princess in January as well. Sione is going to have a new lil' brother and sister this winter.. YAY!!! :) Can't think of a better Christmas present for all of our families to be blessed with these sweet spirits. Now I gotta work on preparing Sione to share his best friend and favorite person in the world.. his "Pappa" lol. We have Thanksgiving this month, 2 baby showers and my lil' Sione bu is finally turning 2!!!!! :) Time flies, and as much as I hate to see him grow (Tear :'( lol) Its so fun for me n' hola to see how much he's learning.. and his vocabulary is growing slowly but surely. I am really just trying to reflect on the gift of gratitude this month, and what we can do to give back. Hope everyone had a great Halloween.. time to get our home, health and family ready for some turkey this month. Night all :)

Sione's first Memorial Day was a day to remember. We were so excited to take him to meet his Grandma Mele Aunty Lisa and Uncle Takitoa too! Fun day off and a great day to remember all those who have fought for our country.

Sione was hillarious. We mashed up a full banana for him at grandma's house and I never seen this kid happier. Still to this day he prefers the real banana verses the gerber baby food. This was a fun day and the smiles were too cute we had to capture them all.

We welcomed little Sione Fehoko this morning
at 3:04 am. He is 8 lb 1oz and 21 in. long and
a handsome little guy. He didn't cry as they
were getting him dressed and medicated.

He was the first Thanksgiving baby at LDS
Hospital:) The nurses gave us a beautiful
plaid blanket with gorgeous fall hues and gold
threading that said "Happy Thanksgiving
from LDS Hospital"..

It's been a while since my sister was last

on here and so I'm posting up for her real

quick.

Since the wedding last October. They got

pregnant and found out they're having a

precious little boy and will be naming him

Sione after my sister's dh's uncle..

Just got the call from them both that

they're now checking in at the hospital

and getting ready to bring little Sione

into this world.. We're pretty excited &

can't wait to see and hug this one...

Meliani just had her baby shower last

Saturday 11/21st and it was a wonder

ful evening spent with her closest friends

and family. Much thanks to those of

you that attended..These two are pretty

much set for 2 years with all the goodies

that they received Saturday night.

Yay its done can you believe it! After two years of crying, hours on end of frustration boiled to a stop... we're finally eternal!
I wake up some mornings next to the love of my life and I still can't believe he's now my reality. The wonderful prince that every young girl has believed in for so long, has really come true. What used to seem like a dream and impossible to find is now in the palm of my hands forever. Newlywed life is the best! It is definitely everything I expected and so much more. After being engaged for almost two years, our roller coaster ride has come to its first stop. Now it's time for the real journey to begin.
My loving parents for 21 years of my life here on earth, have been the greatest most wonderful teachers and mentors anyone could ever ask for. Growing up with nine other mouths to feed and backs to clothe, they sacrificed everything they had of themselves to provide us with the best. And like most parents, it's always been difficult for them to let us go as well. I don't know if I can honestly find the words to describe our trials and share of tribulations we've experienced, but I do know that every day we fought together was well worth it in the end. You can say my parents had their "own plans" for me. I was always involved in the community, church callings, I love music so you'd always find me singing or jammin somewhere fun. I was going to go to college, serve a mission and marry the man of "their" dreams...lol! As wonderful as their plans for me sounded, I am so glad I took my own road and still accomplished my dream and the plan my father in Heaven has prepared.
I have the best husband and companion I could ever asked for. He is wonderful, charming and kind. And throughout my imperfections still manages to love me for me. I know that we still have a much longer journey and exciting story to tell. And like that great story, I can't wait to turn the next page in our lives... hand in hand.
