Fantasy football running back question?

hey i was checking on brian westbrook and they were saying something like he might half to miss the first 6 weeks on the season and i was wondering if its going to happen or are they just saying that and it will probably not happen??

He’s been placed on the pup list,and needs to pass a physical test to get off of the pup list before the regular season,or he WILL have to miss the 1st 6 weeks of the season..Look him up on http://www.cbssports.com

Fantasy Football Running Backs 2009?

For running backs in fantasy football, I think that Adrian Peterson and Michael Turner are by far the top two. However, after that I am not sure who I would pick next. I think that Matt Forte, Deangelo Williams, and Maurice Jones-Drew are all overrated. Who would you put after Peterson and Turner as the next best running backs and why?

i had the fourth pick and i ended up with michael turner the top 5 were..

1 AP who is a without a doubt
2 MJD because he is no longer in a comitee and will get more carries
3 Forte i believe it will be a thomas jones of last year scenerio he got a qb that could take 1-2 more people out of the box and give him more big runs.
4 Turner dropped because of tony gonzalez who will open up the passing game a little bit more the falcons also want to keep his carries under 300 which is 70+ less than last year
5. D Williams is fifth because of inconsistancies in the beginning of the year but if he keeps on the same pace as last year he will be absolutely dominant
6. Chris Johnson he will get the same amount of carries and will get more receptions which will give him evern more fantasy value

** stay away from steven jackson because the rams in a whole will be bad and very inconsistant because of the o-line and the passing game**
