sendo depois atrelados no embarque ou desembarque (aos tractores do fornecedor

O passeio dos tratores entre a Madeira e Portimão é da responsabilidade da autoridade portuária da Madeira (APRAM) que solicitou ao Instituto Portuário e dos Transportes Marítimos (IPTM), a sua aplicação regulamentada por este.&lt;/div&gt;

Esta estranha e curiosa medida, tal como pensa o empresário António Nóbrega, o maior importador de carnes da Madeira, condiciona e encarece a carga rodada em atrelados, operada no ferry da Naviera Armas.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Trata-se de uma dificuldade acrescida ao armador de Canárias, que o Governo Regional da Madeira deve suspender de imediato, a bem dos madeirenses e do seu próprio governo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A razão principal da insularidade dos Açores  é a descontinuidade territorial  com a plataforma continental europeia.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;
Os efeitos de tal situação reflectem-se  nos custos  associados ao 
transporte de mercadorias e passageiros , no  preço final de produtos e 
serviços ao consumidor,  nas distorções da concorrência e na diminuição 
em geral da competitividade das empresas dos  Açores e até da  própria 
região em si mesmo como um todo. &lt;br /&gt;
Esta situação  poderia ser em 
parte ultrapassada  com a existência de um serviço de Ferry Boat que 
utiliza-se  a  "auto-estrada" marítima que nos liga ao continente  e 
assim diminuir os efeitos da descontinuidade territorial .No entanto, 
Incompreensivelmente, os Açores são as únicas ilhas europeias sem 
beneficiar de um serviço de Ferry Boat  . &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Esta situação é  inaceitável para os Açores.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Está-se a  abdicar de uma alternativa de transporte de mercadorias e 
passageiros  que se está a revelar cada vez mais importante para o 
desenvolvimento económico insular de outros arquipélagos como a Madeira e
 as Canárias .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na verdade   os Ferrys têm custos de 
combustível semelhantes aos porta- contentores, mas com muito menos 
custo na carga e descarga, muito menos exigência  ao nível das 
estruturas portuárias, muita mais rápido nas operações de carga e 
descarga  devido á facilidade e versatilidade da utilização de  camiões 
TIR no manuseamento de contentores em trailers  nas rampas RO-RO e sem 
necessidade de burocracia (o ferry chega, o passageiro pega no veiculo e
 vai para o seu destino ...).&lt;span id="goog_1075889798"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="goog_1075889799"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Falta ainda referir que este tipo
 de transporte poderá ser uma alternativa ao transporte aéreo  de 
passageiros . Introduzindo assim  alguma concorrência , desejável, 
podendo ser assim  mais uma alternativa  para as deslocações dos  
residentes mas também  conquistar novos mercados ao nível do turismo  
não convencional  (sem intervenção de agências de viagens, com viatura 
própria  ou até auto-caravanas) e por conseguinte ser mais uma   mais 
valia para a economia da região dos Açores .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Concluindo; 
Torna-se  necessário pensar em alternativas no transporte marítimo de 
modo a este deixar de fazer parte do problema e passar a fazer parte da 
solução no desenvolvimento dos Açores .&lt;br /&gt;
Seria desejável ,que neste 
ano de eleições regionais, os vários  candidatos ao Governo Regional dos
 Açores, se prenunciassem  sobre este tema ...aguardemos.&lt;/div&gt;

Los empresarios reconocían ayer en la Feria Internacional de Turismo (Fitur) que los turoperadores de países escandinavos andan estos días  buscando camas en las Islas, sobre todo en Gran Canaria. Misión imposible para la mayoría, porque el fuerte crecimiento de la demanda del destino ha obligado a  los proveedores canarios de alojamiento a rechazar las ofertas lanzadas, a muy buenos precios, de mayoristas nórdicos dispuestos a traer más turistas las próximas semanas.&lt;/div&gt;

A APRAM obriga os tratores que pesam cerca de 7,5 toneladas a passear entre o Funchal e Portimão e vice versa.&lt;/div&gt;

Se o ferry espanhol transportar 35 atrelados de carga rodada, serão 35 tratores a acompanhá-los que representam um peso adicional no navio de 260 toneladas??? evidentemente com mais gasto de combustível. mais emissão de CO2, menos espaço no ferry para os clientes, mais dificuldades acrescidas para o armador.&lt;/div&gt;

A minha análise à tragédia do Costa Concordia.&lt;/div&gt;

Espero que recuperem a caixa negra, para desvendar este estranhíssimo caso.&lt;/div&gt;

Vou ser cáustico, perante a caixa negra, se o imediato ou o 1º piloto, ou mais alguém que se encontravam na Ponte de Comando, supondo que o Comandante não se encontrava no local, imaginemos que os citados elementos tivessem ingerido álcool, caros leitores, a caixa negra não registou. Terão que inventar uma caixa negra que contenha um alcoolímetro, vulgo balão, com a obrigação de quem dirige os navios terem que soprar o mesmo, inclusive com imagem gravada.&lt;/div&gt;

Também fiquei muito admirado pela conduta do Comandante Francesco Schettinoque de 52 anos, não ser dos últimos a abandonar o navio.&lt;/div&gt;

No meio de tanto azar numa noite escura de sexta feira dia 13, quem posicionou o navio em cima de um banco a uma profundidade de cerca de 20 metros, próximo de um precipício marinho, foi feliz, muito feliz,&amp;nbsp; porque a profundidade é muito maior e o navio teria afundado por completo, crendo que além daquele rombo que já toda a gente viu, a estibordo, haverá mais rombos, aliás o navio apresenta um grande rombo, rasgão, na quilha a estibordo, contudo inclinou-se para o lado contrário, a bombordo???&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;E...como tudo indica, foi erro humano e não se tratou de avaria, porque o navio navegava numa rota ilegal e esquisita, muito esquisita. Efeitos do álcool? creio que havia euforia na Ponte de Comando e total desatenção à sinalização dos sofisticados equipamentos de bordo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;De regresso ao balão, toda a gente com responsabilidades, equipa de comando de navios e de aviões, médicos operadores e não só, governantes e deputados, presidentes de autoridades portuárias e aéreas, maquinistas de comboios, chefias militares, da Polícia, etc., etc. por mim ninguém ficaria imune a soprar o balão.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Era o começo de uma nova era para a humanidade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

O navio transportava cerca de 3000 passageiros que entraram em pânico quando o navio começou a adornar 20º. Tripulação 1000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Nas imagens, parece um grande bloco de recife incrustado no casco.&lt;br /&gt;
Creio que haverá mais rombos no casco! porque se fosse só este o navio em princípio se inclinaria para este lado (bombordo) local de entrada de água.&lt;/div&gt;

El buque, de la empresa italiana Costa Cruceros, 
procedía de Cagliari, en la isla de Cerdeña. Poco después de que el 
crucero encallara, el capitán ha ordenado a la tripulación que 
procediera con la evacuación de los pasajeros. La tripulación ha 
repartido chalecos salvavidas y ha recurrido a los botes salvavidas para
 llegar hasta la costa. Dos de los heridos están graves.&lt;/div&gt;

Según fuentes de la Guardia Costera citadas por el diario italiano 'La 
Repubblica', uno de los fallecidos es un hombre de 70 años al que ha 
resultado "inútil cualquier intento de reanimarlo". El alcalde de 
Giglio, Sergio Ortelli, no ha descartado que se localicen "más 
víctimas".&lt;/div&gt;

La empresa Costa Cruceros ha alegado que 
"todavía es demasiado pronto para determinar las causas del incidente". 
En un comunicado, ha señalado que las tareas de evacuación, que se están
 prolongando durante más de cuatro horas, se han llevado a cabo "sin 
demora" y que "casi han concluido".&lt;/div&gt;

Muchos pasajeros 
se han lanzado al mar para tratar de salvarse. Helicópteros de 
Salvamento Marítimo han acudido en su ayuda. De acuerdo con el 
presidente de la provincia de Grosseto, Leonardo Marras, ha asegurado 
que "aún quedan unas 200 personas a bordo".&lt;/div&gt;

El 
pasajero Luciano Castro ha relatado a la prensa que "estaban cenando 
cuando todas las luces se apagaron de repente". "Pareció que el buque 
había chocado contra algo y luego escuchamos un fuerte estruendo, y 
todos nos caímos al suelo", ha explicado. "El capitán nos comunicó 
inmediatamente por el sistema de megafonía que se había registrado un 
fallo eléctrico, pero resultaba muy extraño, puesto que el barco había 
comenzado a inclinarse hacia uno de los lados", ha manifestado Castro.&lt;/div&gt;

En las fotografías que han publicado varios medios italianos puede 
apreciarse que el buque, uno de los más grandes de la empresa Costa 
Cruceros, ha chocado contra uno de los rompeolas del puerto de Giglio, 
llegando a subirse parte de la proa encima del dique. Cerca de éste, tal
 y como retratan varias fotografías, están atracados varios barcos y

Pelas 21:30h desta sexta feira, os passageiros jantavam quando o navio estremeceu, os pratos caíram no chão e houve um corte de energia elétrica, o navio tinha encalhado num banco de rochas.&lt;/div&gt;

El Benchi Express que desde el 28 de marzo de 2009 une los puertos interiores de
 San Sebastián de La Gomera, Playa de Santiago y Valle Gran Rey 
suspenderá sus comunicaciones ante la inmediata suspensión de las 
subvención que hasta este momento cedía el Gobierno de Canarias.&lt;br /&gt;

 La adjudicación de esta concesión por parte de la Consejería de Obras 
Públicas y Transportes del Gobierno de Canarias para la ejecución de la 
línea regular de cabotaje marítimo interinsular superó inicialmente un 
importe de 3.900.000 euros y tenía un plazo de ejecución inicialmente 
hasta el año 2010.&lt;br /&gt;
Fred Olsen obtuvo esta adjudicación, según informó en su momento la 
Consejería de Obras Públicas en “el hecho de ser esta naviera la segunda
 mejor oferta del concurso y la que más se ajusta a las condiciones 
exigidas en el mismo, una vez la primera adjudicataria, la empresa 
Ustica Lines, no acreditó la documentación ofertada en el concurso, ni 
aportó el depósito de la garantía definitiva.&lt;br /&gt;
Según se constató, Fred. Olsen en, S.A. fue la naviera que ofreció la
 embarcación de más reciente construcción y la única de las concursantes
 que contó con medios de accesibilidad para minusválidos de accesos 
especiales al buque por encima del mínimo exigido, así como accesos a 
sus distintas zonas, y la existencia de puntos de anclaje para sillas de
 ruedas, señales luminosas y acústicas.&lt;br /&gt;
En cuanto a las tarifas especiales, otro de los aspectos valorados a 
la hora de la adjudicación del servicio, Fred. Olsen, S.A. ofertó un 
descuento del 15% en sus tarifas a los mayores de 60 años; un descuento 
del 20%, a los menores de 26 años y estudiantes, y un descuento del 20%,
 a los equipos deportivos.&lt;br /&gt;
La Mesa de Contratación contó con el informe técnico de valoración de
 cada uno de los buques, realizado por el Capitán Marítimo de la 
Provincia, en el que se concluyó que el buque propuesto por Fred Olsen 
para realizar esta línea marítima "cumple con las exigencias señaladas 
en el Pliego de Prescripciones técnicas particulares" y en concreto las 
relativas a capacidad del buque, velocidad, operatividad en puerto y 
niveles de calidad.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;'Benchi Express'&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
El Benchi Express, un catamarán de 40 metros de eslora y con capacidad 
para más de 300 personas, tiene una velocidad de servicio superior a los
 30 nudos, además de todas las comodidades posibles a bordo. Dicha 
embarcación se llamaba Snav Aquila y, según explicó la naviera, "es el 
mismo barco que presentó al concurso de la línea marítima interior de La
 Gomera".&lt;br /&gt;
Durante estos años de servicios el ‘Benchi Express’ ha comunicado San
 Sebastián con Playa de Santiago en unos 18 minutos y este último puerto
 con Valle Gran Rey en 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
El servicio prestado por el Benchi Express hasta este momento, ha 
sido utilizado no solo por vecinos y vecinas de los municipios 
comunicados, sino también por numerosos turísticas que diariamente 
llegan al puerto de San Sebastián y continúan hacia sus destinos por vía
 marítima con esta embarcación.&lt;br /&gt;
Aún no se conocen las reacciones de los representantes públicos de La
 Gomera ante esta nueva circunstancia que una vez más viene a cuestionar
 las comunicaciones marítimas interiores de la Isla.&lt;br /&gt;

O Presidente da Rússia, Dmitry Medvedev assinou um acordo com o Presidente francês Nicolas Sarkozy no Palácio do Eliseu que contempla a intenção da Russia adquirir 4 navios da classe Mistral no valor de USD 2 biliões de dólares.&lt;br /&gt;
O presidente Nicolas Sarkozy disse que a França entrou em "negociações exclusivas" para vender os 4 navios à Rússia.&lt;br /&gt;
Este acodo está a gerar deconfianças por parte dos países vizinhos da Russia, em especial a Ucrânia e a Geórgia com receios que a Russia com a aquisição destes 4 navios alterará o equlíbrio de forças no Mar Negro.&lt;br /&gt;
O embaixador da Geórgia, em Paris Mamuka Kudava, disse à Associated Press em 2 de março que seu país vai protestar contra o planeado negócio.&lt;br /&gt;

If Russia attacks a neighbor, it might do with new warships supplied by France.&lt;br /&gt;
It’s been about 18 months since Russia invaded the small Caucasus nation of Georgia, a move which shocked the world and sparked fears that Ukraine, another pro-Western ally in Moscow’s backyard, could be next.&lt;br /&gt;
Those fears have subsided since, but should the Kremlin decide to attack one of its neighbors again, it may be able to do so with state-of-the-art warships it wants to buy from France. And while relations between Moscow and Kyiv look brighter since the more Eastern-looking President Victor Yanukovych took power on Feb. 25, other post-Soviet states bullied by Russia for their Western integration efforts have already sounded the alarm bell.&lt;br /&gt;
Although the deal for Russia’s purchase of four Mistral-class helicopter and tank carriers has yet to be finalized, analysts say the Kremlin desperately needs to modernize its navy, and the Black Sea is a good place to project its new power. The sale is reportedly valued at $2 billion.&lt;br /&gt;
Following talks with Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Paris on March 1, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said France had entered into “exclusive talks” to sell Russia the ships.&lt;br /&gt;
Admiral Vladimir Vysotsky, chief of the Russian naval staff, had noted ominously in September that the military's 2008 campaign in Georgia’s Abkhazia region could have been completed in record time with the help of a Mistral.&lt;br /&gt;
Yet Sarkozy played down fears of revived Russian imperialism. “How can we tell our Russian partners: We need you for peace, we need you to resolve a number of crises in the world, particularly the Iranian crisis ... but we don’t trust you, we can’t work with you on Mistral?” Sarkozy said on March 1.&lt;br /&gt;
Medvedev called the potential defense deal, which is expected to entail a technology transfer to Russia, “a symbol of trust between our two countries.”&lt;br /&gt;
Some of France’s fellow NATO members are not as sanguine about such a sale, with U.S. officials raising eyebrows, and Commander-in-Chief of the Estonian Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Ants Laaneots, warning that Estonia would respond by increasing its security.&lt;br /&gt;
Mamuka Kudava, Georgia’s ambassador in Paris, told the Associated Press on March 2 that his nation will protest the planned deal.&lt;br /&gt;
Tim Fish, maritime reporter for Jane’s Navy International, described the Mistral as a powerful new tool for the Russian naval arsenal.&lt;br /&gt;
“Russia’s existing amphibious ships are just one-fifth of the size, are not helicopter-capable, and are built to a roll-on roll-off design, which means they need a port facility to land their tanks. This is very limiting. The Russian landings that took place on Georgia’s coast in August 2008 were completed at Georgian ports because they could not land them elsewhere,” he said.&lt;br /&gt;
The Mistral, built by France’s DCNS, can operate up to 16 helicopters, carry 450 troops (900 in emergency situations), 60 armored vehicles (or 13 main battle tanks) and 1,200-tons of cargo. Using the helicopters and landing craft, the ship can deploy troops at a wider variety of locations on a coastline, increasing the navy’s tactical options, according to Jane’s.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
“They could buy another type of amphibious ship from elsewhere, but whatever model of ship they eventually choose they will be able to operate it wherever they like, and the Black Sea is one obvious choice,” Fish said.&lt;br /&gt;
If the transaction goes through, it would be the first such large-scale arms sale by a NATO military alliance country to Russia. It would net DCNS around 400 million euro for each fully-armed vessel.&lt;br /&gt;
Not everyone, however, is convinced that Ukraine has reason to worry about Russia re-arming close to home.&lt;br /&gt;
Anatoly Hrytsenko, a former Ukrainian defense minister, said a purchase deal wouldn’t change the balance of powers in the Black Sea or threaten Ukraine’s interests.&lt;br /&gt;
“Any augmentation of Russia’s military presence at its base in Ukraine would have to be agreed between the two sides,” he said.&lt;br /&gt;
But Mykhailo Samus, a Ukrainian military analyst, described the Mistral as “a floating military base.”&lt;br /&gt;
Russia’s primary motivation in acquiring a Mistral is likely rooted in the country’s need for the high technology transfer that it would receive for its own lagging defense industry as part of the package, he said.&lt;br /&gt;
The Mistral could nevertheless also serve as a new statement of Russian military might, including its possible use in punitive expeditions against its immediate neighbors such as Ukraine.&lt;br /&gt;
Under former Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko, who openly advocated NATO membership for his country, the threat of a conflict with Russia looked more imminent. However, Kremlin muscle-flexing has been a consistent feature of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s Russia, which has made no secret of its desire to pull former Soviet republics not yet in NATO back under its control.&lt;br /&gt;
One possible scenario involving a Kremlin show of force against Ukraine might be an expedition to protect ethnic Russians in the Crimean city of Sevastopol, which more than one politician in Moscow has claimed for Russia.&lt;br /&gt;
“If such conditions were present, that ship is intended for precisely such purposes,” Samus said&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

subsídio de mobilidade marítimo, mas não posto em prática. Pelos vistos a
 notícia da possível desistência da Naviera Armas está surtindo 
efeito positivo, naturalmente fiquei satisfeito, e espero que a Naviera Armas tenha conhecimento das diligências efectuadas pelo citado Grupo Parlamentar.&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Nas imagens do local onde havia uma rotunda junto ao Dolce Vita, local onde a Ribeira de São João transbordou, é notório o declive da ribeira desde o Edifício dos CTT até o local onde existia a rotunda, a altura da ribeira é mais alta na zona do Edifício dos CTT, e mais baixa na zona da desaparecida rotunda, e daí até a foz da ribeira o declive é mínimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial;"&gt;E essa rotunda que levantou com a força da água, foi construída sobre vigas direitas&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: yellow;"&gt; dentro do domínio da ribeira (não em arco)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; ao contrário da bonita e bem construída Rotunda do Infante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial;"&gt;N&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;a imagem à esquerda (clique em cima da mesma) reparem no &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;formidável &lt;/span&gt;vigamento construído dentro do domínio da ribeira, que suportam o edifício Minas Gerais??? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;evidentemente que este &lt;/span&gt;vigamento coloca resistência ao caudal alteroso da ribeira, por exemplo os troncos de árvores atravancam-se no vigamento, provocando barragem juntamente com os inertes, à passagem do caudal de água.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

O Porto do Funchal com este projeto realizado, pode receber 3 navios gigantes em simultâneo.&lt;/div&gt;

Eu alerto desde 2008 para a exiguidade do Porto do Funchal, que está atingindo o máximo da ocupação, inclusive com escalas canceladas por falta de espaço portuário.&lt;/div&gt;

Algum leitor deste Blogue acredita na construção do badalado Cais de cruzeiros no local do aterro do Funchal?&lt;/div&gt;

Eu pessoalmente não acredito nem concordo. Aliás nenhum comandante atracará nesse hipotético cais, excepto se o mar se encontrar com condições de azeite, ah!ah!ah!.&lt;/div&gt;

Na qualidade de cidadão atento às causas do mar, do litoral, portos, foz das Ribeiras, marinas etc., não fico impassível perante o aumento previsto de escalas no Porto do Funchal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Acontece que o diminuto porto há muito tempo que não é ampliado. Os navios que pretendem atracar no Porto do Funchal e não havendo espaço de atraque optam pelo Porto de Ponta Delgada, que dispõe da magnífica infraestrutura portuária Portas do Mar a Norte do porto, ou por algum porto de Canárias. Fundearem na Baía do Funchal está fora de questão, porque os grandes navios fundeados com cerca de 2.000 a 4.000 passageiros na maioria seniores, os tripulantes dos navios têm a difícil missão de os transbordar para terra através das embarcações do navio, é pura e simplesmente uma operação incómoda e muito demorada que oferece algum risco na segurança dos passageiros, dependendo da intensidade do vento e da ondulação. As companhias de navios de cruzeiro evitam essa situação.&lt;/div&gt;

Proponho para o local do aterro a construção de uma moderna marina para iates e que albergue com condições dignas as actividades marítimo-turísticas.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;

É muito provável que a Naviera Armas desista das operações marítimas em Portugal (Madeira e Portimão).&lt;br /&gt;
Em princípio a última viagem será realizada no dia 30 de Janeiro.&lt;br /&gt;
Recebi esta informação fiável de Canárias.&lt;br /&gt;
As constantes pressões exercidas na Madeira mais o aumento das taxas, é suficiente para a Naviera Armas desistir das operações marítimas em Portugal.&lt;br /&gt;
Alguém com responsabilidade no Pingo Doce informou-me que a carga rodada sofreria um aumento de 30%.&lt;br /&gt;
Por outro lado as passagens dos passageiros também sofreriam aumentos.&lt;br /&gt;
Tudo isto a juntar às dificuldades acrescidas no Porto do Funchal.&lt;br /&gt;
Recordo que a viagem do fim do ano foi cancelada!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: yellow;"&gt;Nunca mais ouvi falar no subsídio marítimo para passageiros??? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
E...mais não escrevo.&lt;br /&gt;
Agora só me refiro à imagem que encabeça este artigo. Trata-se do Volcan del Teide apadrinhado pela primeira dama da Madeira Angela Jardim.&lt;br /&gt;
Recordo que o Presidente do Governo Regional da Madeira também participou na cerimónia de lançamento à água deste fabuloso ferry da Naviera Armas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Sr. Presidente, resolva este imbróglio, se ainda detém poder!!!&lt;/span&gt; caso contrário os madeirenses ficarão mais pobres, sem esta via marítima para o exterior que a Naviera Armas oferece.&lt;br /&gt;

Sou um cidadão madeirense que gosta de participação e comportamentos cívicos.&lt;br /&gt;
Creio que a APRAM autoridade portuária da Madeira deve convidar entusiastas de navios para um "Conselho de Entusiastas de navios" cívico na APRAM, sem burocracias e despesas.&lt;br /&gt;
Não quero ser pretensioso com esta ideia, de modo algum, a intenção é ajudar a APRAM a gerir os Portos da Madeira.&lt;br /&gt;
