Ellison is being returned to her mother. She was last seen wearing a pink camouflage jacket. She is approximately 3 feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. She has blond hair and hazel eyes. She was not returned to her mother after a custody visit. The suspect is her father, Marcilne Marc Joseph Ellison. Marc is a white male, 31 years old, brown hair, blue eyes. He is approximately 5"10, 155 pounds. He is driving a 1988 Green extended cab 4x4 Ford Ranger with license plate 48XCM2. She may be in danger since Ellison does have weapons.
