She first recognized her talent for singing and songwriting at a young age. “I participated in Choirs both in Church and at school throughout my Youth. I started writing my own songs in High School and have since never really stopped.” says the 26 year old Calgary grown artist about herself.</em></p> <p><em>At the age of 17 she had her first experience working with a local Reggae Cover Band in Calgary but her duration was short lived. After living and working as a professional Dancer/Acrobat on Cruise Ships and abroad in the UK for nearly 4 years she moved back to Calgary in search of people to help her get her long bottled up passion off the page and into a microphone. Shortly after returning home she met up with her Team at Mikecheck Entertainment and has since been based with them out of their Studio in Calgary. “Writing songs and Creating melodies are among some of the things I do for not only myself but some of my Label mates and other singers that come through the Studio. I find refuge in being able to sit behind a Piano or ride the melody of and fresh instrumental and pour every last bit of my creative heart out with no inhibitions”</em></p> <p><em>After a long calculated 3 years “Finding Under Me” her debut Album has just wrapped up Recording and will be released March 2011</em></p> <p><em>“I truly have poured the last 6 years of my life out into the 14 records that will make the cut for this Project.
