Hello!

I have finally found some perfect shoes for my new dress (thank you so much for your help) and I also got the dress, but it doesn't fit me very good so now I must wait for the tailor to fix it and soon I'm gonna show you my pink dress outfit :D.

Oh, tonight Kate Ryan will play in Barcelona and I got VIP tickets :D, but I still don't know if I will have time to assist but I will try :)

And now, I present you my last look. I took the pics one week ago but I was very busy so I wasn't able to post it. This one is very simple: jeans, top, blazer and shoes.

Yes, that's right, I need your help...

Few days ago I bought a new dress on internet and I love it. It should arrive this week or the next one but the problem is that I have no shoes to wear with my new dress.

I went shopping but I didn't find anything that fits, could you give me an idea?

I really don't like the shoes that the model wears on the pic, not my style.

Flats, sandals or heels? Well, I want somthing comfy but elegant and chic at the same time, so maybe heels are better.
What do you think about this ones? Do they fit?

Today I want to talk about a fashion event: 080 Barcelona fashion!

080 Barcelona Fashion was conceived in July 2007, as part of the 2007-2010 Action Plan for Catalan Fashion promoted by the Ministry of Innovation, Universities and Enterprise of the Government of Catalonia working through the Consortium for Trade, Crafts and Fashion of Catalonia, its goal is to become a platform providing increased visibility for independent fashion designers and a benchmark for international avant-garde fashion and design.

So, the next edition is almost here!
I’ll try to assist to this great fashion event and if I’ll get it I’m going to make a special post for it! :D

So, it’s time to talk about Jesús del Pozo. Have you ever heard about him? Jesus is a very important Spanish fashion designer.

Jesus del Pozo is from Madrid, where he has worked since the 1980's creating avant-grade geometrical haute couture fashion and perfumes. Jesus del Pozo also paints and sculpts with clay and many in Spain call him "the teacher of fashion"

I have chosen him because I love his perfumes, especially Duende and Halloween.

Hello everybody, long time no see part 2!

I feel so bad about this but I've been sick and now I finally feel better and because I love this blog I'm here again! And I'll do my best to try to not make the same mistake again.

Today I should talk about a designer and I should two blogger for giving me awards for my blog, my firsts awards! It makes me feel very happy!

Nos, let's talk about the dress, or should I say THE DRESS?

Miss Catherine Middleton’s Wedding Dress has been designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen.
Miss Middleton chose British brand Alexander McQueen for the beauty of its craftsmanship and its respect for traditional workmanship and the technical construction of clothing. Miss Middleton wished for her dress to combine tradition and modernity with the artistic vision that characterises Alexander McQueen’s work. Miss Middleton worked closely with Sarah Burton in formulating the design of her dress.

The designThe lace appliqué for the bodice and skirt was hand-made by the Royal School of Needlework, based at Hampton Court Palace. The lace design was hand-engineered (appliquéd) using the Carrickmacross lace-making technique, which originated in Ireland in the 1820s. Individual flowers have been hand-cut from lace and hand-engineered onto ivory silk tulle to create a unique and organic design, which incorporates the rose, thistle, daffodil and shamrock.
Hand-cut English lace and French Chantilly lace has been used throughout the bodice and skirt, and has been used for the underskirt trim. With laces coming from different sources, much care was taken to ensure that each flower was the same colour. The whole process was overseen and put together by hand by Ms Burton and her team.
The dress is made with ivory and white satin gazar. The skirt echoes an opening flower, with white satin gazar arches and pleats. The train measures two metres 70 centimetres. The ivory satin bodice, which is narrowed at the waist and padded at the hips, draws on the Victorian tradition of corsetry and is a hallmark of Alexander McQueen’s designs. The back is finished with 58 gazar and organza covered buttons fastened by Rouleau loops. The underskirt is made of silk tulle trimmed with Cluny lace.

The FabricsFrench Chantilly lace was combined with English Cluny lace to be hand-worked in the Irish Carrickmacross needlework tradition.
All other fabrics used in the creation of the dress were sourced from and supplied by British companies. The choice of fabrics followed extensive research by Sarah Burton and her team.

The Royal School of Needlework
The Royal School of Needlework (RSN), based at Hampton Court Palace, assisted the Alexander McQueen team in accurately cutting out the delicate motifs from the lace fabrics and positioning the lace motifs with precision into the new design. The lace motifs were pinned, ‘framed up’ and applied with stab stitching every two to three millimetres around each lace motif. The workers washed their hands every thirty minutes to keep the lace and threads pristine, and the needles were renewed every three hours, to keep them sharp and clean.
The RSN workers included existing staff, former staff, tutors, graduates and students, with the youngest aged 19.
The RSN’s work was used primarily for the train and skirt of the Bride’s dress, the bodice and sleeves, the Bride’s shoes and the Bride’s veil.

Veil and JewelleryThe veil is made of layers of soft, ivory silk tulle with a trim of hand-embroidered flowers, which was embroidered by the Royal School of Needlework. The veil is held in place by a Cartier ‘halo’ tiara, lent to Miss Middleton by The Queen. The ‘halo’ tiara was made by Cartier in 1936 and was purchased by The Duke of York (later King George VI) for his Duchess (later Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother) three weeks before he succeeded his brother as King. The tiara was presented to Princess Elizabeth (now The Queen) by her mother on the occasion of her 18th birthday.
The Bride’s earrings, by Robinson Pelham, are diamond-set stylised oak leaves with a pear shaped diamond set drop and a pavé set diamond acorn suspended in the centre. Inspiration for the design comes from the Middleton family's new coat of arms, which includes acorns and oak leaves. The earrings were made to echo the tiara. The earrings were a personal gift to the Bride from her parents for her Wedding Day.
Robinson Pelham have also designed and made a pair of diamond earrings for Miss Philippa Middleton. These earrings are more floral in nature to compliment the headpiece worn by Miss Philippa Middleton during the Service.
A tourmaline and diamond pendant and matching earrings have been designed and made for Mrs. Carole Middleton. Two gold stick pins, one with a single gold acorn at the head and the other with an oak leaf, are also worn respectively by the Father of the Bride, Mr. Michael Middleton, and the Bride's brother, Mr. James Middleton.

Wedding ShoesThe wedding shoes have made hand-made by the team at Alexander McQueen and are made of ivory duchesse satin with lace hand-embroidered by the Royal School of Needlework.

The Bride’s Bouquet
The bouquet is a shield-shaped wired bouquet of myrtle, lily-of-the-valley, sweet William and hyacinth. The bouquet was designed by Shane Connolly and draws on the traditions of flowers of significance for the Royal Family, the Middleton family and on the Language of Flowers.
The flowers’ meanings in the bouquet are:
Lily-of-the-valley – Return of happiness
Sweet William – Gallantry
Hyacinth – Constancy of love
Ivy: Fidelity; marriage; wedded love; friendship; affection
Myrtle: the emblem of marriage; love.
The bouquet contains stems from a myrtle planted at Osborne House, Isle of Wight, by Queen Victoria in 1845, and a sprig from a plant grown from the myrtle used in The Queen’s wedding bouquet of 1947.
The tradition of carrying myrtle begun after Queen Victoria was given a nosegay containing myrtle by Prince Albert’s grandmother during a visit to Gotha in Germany. In the same year, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert bought Osborne House as a family retreat, and a sprig from the posy was planted against the terrace walls, where it continues to thrive today.
The myrtle was first carried by Queen Victoria eldest daughter, Princess Victoria, when she married in 1858, and was used to signify the traditional innocence of a bride.

Hello! Yesterday I got some samples from “RITUALS…”, body cream (Magic Touch, Organic Cherry & Rice Milk) and exfoliating body scrub (Wai Wang, White Lotus & Yi Yi Ren).

So, what do I think about these products? The cream is really good because is very rich and it really helps strengthen the skin. And I like its smell.

And the body scrub is very soft, I prefer hard body scrub, make me feel better but anyway this one is pretty cool too and again I must say that I like the way it smells.

Hello everybody! I’ve spent many hours thinking about new ideas for my blog and I thought that maybe it would be interesting to make a special post every month dedicated to a designer. I will try to find new talents, not so known designers and I will try to present what they do, their style and much more. So from now on, every month you will get to know new designers or much more about the ones you already know.

So this month designer is Catalin Botezatu, a Romanian designer.

He began his fashion career in 1984 and he opened his first couture house in 1996 and launched many luxurious and exotic collections: "Buddha Bar", "Egyption", "Kyoto", "Angels", "Ameno", "Chicago", etc… and a successful line of male underwear.

He received many awards like “Designer of the Year”, "Fashion Excellence Award”," Award for best designer of haute couture”. In 2004 became the first Romanian designer who appears in the prestigious magazine "Fashion Book."

Hello everybody! As I told you on Twitter few hours ago, I’ve prepared a photo make up tutorial.

I love Smokey eyes so my first tutorial shows you how I get this look.

First, the list with all the products you need to get this look:

1. Cleanser

2. Skin-hydrating lotion

3. Foundation

4. Grey and black eye shadow

5. Black eye liner

6. Blush

7. Gloss

8. Mascara

9. Make up pencils and brushes.

Good, and now the steps. You will see that’s not so difficult to get this look, you can get it in 15 minutes or less.

1. The first thing you have to do is to clean you skin (face and neck) with a cotton disc. This is very important because your skin must be very clean.

2. Then you must use a skin lotion, it will help you to look more natural with the foundation on and it will help you to take care of your skin, this step it’s also very important. Don’t forget: face and neck.

3. Now it’s time to use the foundation. Apply it on your face and on your neck.

4. Now get you grey eye shadow and apply it on your upper eyelid. It should look like this:

5. After, you must use the black aye shadow, but you have to apply it only on the eye corner, like this:

6. Great, now you just have to do the same (use the black and grey eye shadow) on your lower lid (remember, grey eye shadow all over the lid and the black one only on the corner), just like this:

7. This step is optional because it’s not necessary. I always use eye liner but you don’t have to use it if you don’t like it or if you don’t want to. So it’s your choice. With the eye liner:

8. It’s time to use your blush. Try to make it look very natural.

9. And now use your gloss. I recommend you not to use strong colours because it doesn’t fit very well so that’s why I recommend you to use gloss for this look.

10. Mascara time!
