Big Sean, whose real name is Sean Michael Anderson (March 25, 1988 in Santa Monica -) is an American rapper.

Gym Class Heroes is an alternative hip-hop band from Geneva, New York.

The group was founded in 1997 by singer Travie McCoy and drummer Matt McGinley. In the course of time, guitarist Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo and bassist Ryan Geise added. Aubrey Drake Graham (Toronto, October 24, 1986), better known as Drake, is a Canadian actor and rapper. He was originally known for his role as Jimmy Brooks on the television series Degrassi: The Next Generation.

In June 2009 Graham recorded for the label, Lil 'Wayne, Young Money Entertainment [1]. In November 2009 announced Lil 'Wayne that Drakes first studio album, Thank Me Later, was finalized. The album was released on 15 June 2010 and debuted at the first place in the Billboard 200 [2].

Graham is currently working with include Lil 'Wayne, Young Jeezy, Kanye West, Eminem and Jay-Z. From his first EP, So Far Gone, Graham has been nominated for several awards including the Grammy Awards. Other awards include twice a Juno Award in 2010 for "Best New Artist" and rap song of the year.

Aubrey Drake Graham was born in Toronto, Canada on October 24, 1986. He is the son of Dennis Graham, an African American musician who worked with Jerry Lee Lewis and Sandi Graham, a Jewish-Canadian teacher. Two of his uncles, Larry Graham and Teenie Hodges are also musicians [3] [4] [5]. Aubrey was raised Jewish [6] [7] [8].

His parents divorced when he was 5 years old. He was then taken home by his mother in a house in Forest Hill [9] [10]. Graham went to school at Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, where he began acting, [11] but not graduated [12]. In the summers he always went to his father in Memphis, Tennessee [13].

In February 2006, Graham from his first mixtape, Room for Improvement. These he brought independently on its website and on MySpace. In 2007 he brought out his second mixtape, Comeback Season. For the song "Replacement Girl" with Trey Songz, that stood on this album, his first music video made.

He was in this year also, the first unsigned Canadian rapper, his music video on BET hip hop platform [14]. The mixtape also contained a remix of the song "Man of the Year" along with Lil 'Wayne, originally sung by Brisco and Flo Rida. From 2008 showed Lil 'Wayne interest in Graham. Wayne sent his music to Jas Prince, owner of Rap-A-Lot, an American record label.

He was immediately afterwards invited to Houston to fly to right to go on tour with him. During this time names Lil 'Wayne Graham and a few songs, including "Ransom," "I Want This Forever" and "Brand New". During this entire time, Graham was not signed with a label.

On 13 February 2009, Graham his third mixtape, So Far Gone, off. This album was a free download on his website. The album contained songs from Graham, working with Lil 'Wayne, Bun B, Omarion, Lloyd and Trey Songz.

Within two hours after its release, the album was already downloaded 2000 times. The mixtape was seen as enormously successful and eventually reached the radio stations. In response, an external play released, featuring the five most popular songs, including Best I Ever Had and Successful.

MTV dubbed the EP as "The Hottest Mixtape of 2009 (roughly translated: Best mixtape of 2009)" [15]. From this moment Graham rose to fame worldwide level. He then worked with world artists like DJ Khaled, Young Money, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Eminem, Young Jeezy, Mary J. Blige, Timbaland, Birdman, Trey Songz and Jamie Foxx. Drake has the right songs written for Jazz Cartier, Bishop Brigante, Alicia Keys and Dr.. Dre.

On 29 June 2009 it was announced that Graham was signed by Young Money Entertainment, the company of Lil 'Wayne [16]. Two songs from Graham, Best I Ever Had and Every Girl, which is sung with Young Money, debuted on July 4, 2009 on the Billboard Hot 100 on the third and tenth place. Graham This is the second artist in the world to achieve this.

Nelly Furtado in 2001 also had two songs in 1 week in the top 10 were, "I'm Like A Bird" and "Get Ur Freak On." Graham toured after this success including Lil 'Wayne with America's Most Wanted Tour.

On 15 September 2009, the So Far Gone EP re-released, but now with 7 songs, including 5 of the original ep. The album debuted in sixth place in the Billboard 200 and received the certification "Gold" from the RIAA with sales quantity of more than 500,000 copies in the United States. On April 18, 2010 Graham won with his EP 'Rap Recording of the Year (loosely translated: best rap album of the year) "on the Juno Awards of 2010 [17].

Graham was planning his first album, Thank Me Later, due for release in autumn 2009. This worked for some unknown reasons. The first release date was moved to March 2010 [18] and then to May 25, 2010 [19]. On April 5, 2010 Universal Motown was known that the release date was moved again.

The final date of release was made on 15 June 2010 [18] [20]. Universal confirmed that Graham worked on the album with Kanye West, Jay-Z [21] and Lil 'Wayne. On 9 March 2010, the first single from the album, "About" [22]. The song won the fourteenth place in the Billboard Hit 100

On 29 April 2010 it was announced that Graham had finished his album. Following this, he released his second single, "Find Your Love" [23], which holds the eighth place in the Hot 100. The third single, released on June 1, 2010, "Miss Me" with Lil 'Wayne, won the fifteenth place [24].

Eventually Thank Me Later released on the promised date, 15 June 2010. On that day, Graham organized a free concert in New York. There were 25,000 people attended this concert. Thanks to this huge number of people and the many fights that arose at the start of the concert, however, it was canceled by the police. Drake was furious, but could do nothing [25].

Despite this fiasco, there were 447,000 albums sold in the first week, making it first debuted on the Billboard 200 [26]. Because of this, the album title as the "most albums sold in 1 week. This title was a week later, however, decreased by Eminem, with his album Recovery.

Graham is currently touring the United States with his "Dreams and Nightmares Lights Tour". He kicked off on September 20, 2010 in Miami, Florida [27]. The tour ends on November 6, 2010 in Las Vegas. [28].

In the Netherlands and Flanders Graham gradually begins to gain fame. "Thank Me Later" debuted on the 71 place in the Top 100 albums and 98 in the Ultratop 50. In 2009, Graham, with Best I Ever Had, in fifth place in the tipparade. Find Your Love in 2010 was in third place in the Netherlands and Flanders in the sixteenth of tipparade.

In 2001 Graham began his acting career as Jimmy Brooks, a character in Degrassi: The Next Generation. In this television Brooks is a basketball player who ended up in a wheelchair with cripple legs after a classmate he has shot in his spine. His role in the show ended in 2009 after his character graduated from Degrassi. He has played in 139 episodes, including in the movie Degrassi Spring Break Movie, in 2008.

In June 2010 it was announced that Graham had been given a leading role in the game Gears of War 3. He plays the role of Jace Stratton [29].

Katy Perry, artist name Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (Santa Barbara, October 25, 1984) is an American pop singer-songwriter, guitarist and actress.

When Perry was still relatively unknown, she played in the video for Gym Class Heroes Cupid's Chokehold, the third girlfriend of singer Travie McCoy, whom she in real life also had a relationship. Calvin Harris (born Adam Richard Wiles, Dumfries, 17 January 1984) is a Scottish producer of electronic music. His debut single "Acceptable in the 80's" reached # 10 on the Single-charts in Britain and was also a lot of airplay on the radio and music channels like MTV.

His next single, "The Girls", was released early June 2007. In 2011 he came back with singles that scored well in the charts. Examples here are Feel So Close and Bounce, a collaboration with Kelis. He also worked together on the new album Talk That Talk of Rihanna. The single work which they called We Found Love in many countries and was a No. 1 hit.

Harris says he has no DJ experience, so therefore he plays live with a band, where he is the singer (instead of that he alone stands behind a mixer).

According to a BBC report and a blog on his MySpace profile, Harris works with Kylie Minogue on her new album after he caught the attention of a producer, that Harris' data passed to Kylie.

Kelly Brianne Clarkson (Fort Worth (Texas), April 24, 1982) is an American singer. She was winner of American Idol in 2002.

Kelly Brianne Clarkson was born in the U.S. state of Texas, where she spent her childhood. She is the third and youngest child of Jeanne Ann Rose, a teacher of Greek and Irish descent, and Stephen Michael Clarkson, a former engineer of Welsh descent.

Clarkson was not an easy youth, especially by the divorce of her parents - she was six years old. In the song Because of You from 2005, they incorporated this theme. Her brother went to live with her father, her sister with her aunt and Kelly stayed with her mother.

Clarkson was a girl who likes to sing, and at age thirteen, she was asked to sing in the choir at her high school. This offer took them and from this moment she had the chance to train her voice. When Clarkson graduated from the school won, she decided with a friend to Los Angeles to move to go along with doing auditions and demos to send to record companies.

Clarkson and her friend had just withdrawn a few hours in their apartment when the apartment completely burnt. At the time of the fire, they were not present in the building. This meant the immediate end of the trip and they returned to Texas.

Winning American Idol in 2002, for which she was notified by friends, gave Clarkson a recording contract with RCA and her dream came true: recording an album. But Clarkson was willing to take time for her album, so she spent first in the United States a double a-side single: A Moment Like This and Before Your Love. The former reached the # 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100.

A year later the debut album Thankful, with the lead single from Miss Independent, along with singer Christina Aguilera written. Then came two more singles: Low, and The Trouble With Love Is. The latter was featured on the soundtrack of Love Actually. With Miss Independent Clarkson also broke through internationally.

Clarkson wanted her second album, compared to the first, would get a more unique sound. This resulted in the best-selling Breakaway, an album with a powerful pop-rock sound and many potential hits. The album appeared in late 2004 in the United States and was an outright success.

The first single Breakaway (written with Avril Lavigne) ended up, despite the popformaat, in her home country at number 6 in part because the song was the soundtrack of the film The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement. In the Netherlands the number as fifth single.

Weeks after the single was released, this was still high in the charts in the United States. Six months after the appearance of the single spent the second single Clarkson Since U Been Gone from. It Clarkson sings about being single after the breakup of a relationship. It reached the fourth spot in the Dutch Top 40.

Successor Behind These Hazel Eyes was also successful. In mid-2005 was Kelly with all three singles in the same U.S. charts, something that rarely occurs. After the release of Breakaway Clarkson went on tour - first with the Breakaway Tour and then the Hazel Eyes Tour. After the controversy surrounding My December, she started in September with the promotion in Australia, where the rumors had little influence on the sales and Clarkson just in the top 10 remained. One minute it was released as a single and did very well. After My December My December Tour followed the World Tour. This gave her 5 and 6 April 2008 to Belgium and the Netherlands.

For her fourth album, Clarkson worked among others with producer Ryan Tedder, who was responsible for including Leona Lewis' Bleeding Love. He described the songs he was working for the album as: with "big choruses" and "heavy drum programming".

Some songs are inspired by the electro-rock band Garbage, and a midtempo rock ballad that an experimental bridge inspired by Mozart. [1] In a radio interview reported the singer that they are on the song Irvine from the album My December a sequel was written entitled I Finally Got It Right, finally got this song not the album. On 9 January 2009, Clarkson's album title is known in her newsletter.

The first single My Life Would Suck Without You was a week later download. The song did very well in the charts and made a comeback by both the United States and the United Kingdom to reach the first place.

The song set a record by the biggest leap in the history of the U.S. charts to make a record that they already broke in 2002 with A moment like this. The single was its best performing single in the Dutch Top 40 and reached the third place.

The album was released on March 10, 2009. [2] It debuted in the Netherlands and Flanders in sixth place. In her homeland was the album in the first place.

The second single was I Do Not Hook Up chosen - this was less successful than previous ones, but nevertheless achieved in most countries, the top twenty.

The third single was chosen Already Gone. After the track at the 70th spot had entered the Billboard Hot 100 in March 2009, after releasing the album, Already Gone was the third single released on August 11, 2009. The single reached the thirteenth position in the United States, the twelfth position in Australia and the fifteenth in three other countries, but did not in most countries the top 20.

The fourth single in the United States, All I Ever Wanted, the title song of the album was a hit and kept stabbing at the 96th place in the Hot 100.

In November 2009, Clarkson was interviewed by MTV. It gave them to be busy with writing songs for her fifth album. That album is titled Stronger and was (in the United States) on 25 October 2011. In the Netherlands, released the album on October 21.

Clarkson co-wrote about half the songs on the album. Clarkson has stated in interviews that You Love Me by far her favorite song on the album. Also Darkside calls them sometimes as a favorite.

The first single from the album, "Mr.. Know It All", was released on 30 August 2011. Clarkson showed the number (the studio version, not live) in a live webcast on its official website to hear. Then the number on 5 september available on iTunes.

Clarkson has the number several times on television shows in the United States were performed. This has led to the single, after the release of the album, in early November 2011 the top ten of the U.S. Hot 100 earned. In South Korea, and Australia won Mr. Know It All, even the top position. In the Netherlands the single never got past 9 in the place tipparade.

Sia Kate Isobelle Furler (Adelaide, 18 December 1975) is an Australian pop singer / songwriter. She is known for her work with the group Zero 7 and her three studio albums. In 2008, she has a hit with The Girl You Lost To Cocaine, which they include in the Netherlands in the state charts.

Wiz Khalifa, born Cameron Jibril Thomaz (Minot (North Dakota), 8 september 1987), is an American rapper.

Thomaz's parents, who divorced when he was three years old, worked in the U.S. Army. Through the work of his parents had arranged to move the young Thomaz. He lived successively in Germany, Japan, England and Pittsburgh. [1] He attended Taylor Allderdice High School. [2]

When he was nine years old, began Thomaz to write raps and at age twelve, he took the first songs. [1] His friends called him "Whiz" and later he himself "Wiz" as its name. [1] He signed with local record label Rostrum Records in 2006, his first mixtape released, titled Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania. [1]

After several other mixtapes and the album Show and Prove to have cast, signed in 2006 by Warner Bros. Thomaz. Records. He did not reap success with his first single, [3] "Say Yeah" in 2007, which he used a sample of an Alice DeeJay song. [1]

He signed a contract with Atlantic Records and by the Norwegian two Stargate-produced single "Black & Yellow" was in 2010 a big hit in the United States. [3] He reached the number 1 position on Billboard Hot 100 and the fifth place in the United Kingdom Singles Chart. The song is about his hometown Pittsburgh. [4] The accompanying video clip was more than one hundred and twenty million times on YouTube. [4]

In 2010 Thomaz was the Beacon Watching Tour. A performance at the East Carolina University on September 9, 2010 was interrupted by the police; Thomaz and several others were arrested for possession, use and sale of marijuana. The next day he was released again after paying a deposit of three hundred thousand dollars. [2]

The title of his third studio album, Rolling Papers, which in 2011 was released by Atlantic Records, refers to rolling up joints. To promote this album, he held an American tour, entitled the Green Carpet Tour. A press release gave the explanation that name hit the biodiesel from the coach and the biodegradable and recyclable materials backstage were used, but journalists thought that "Green Carpet" had to do with his marijuana use. In early 2011 took Thomaz with Snoop Dogg song "This Weed is Mine" (Snoop Dogg appeared on the album Doggumentary) [7] and "That Good" on. [8] The two rappers are planning a film making, entitled Mac and Devin go to High School, with smoking weed as the main theme. [7] The album Rolling Papers stood in second place in the Billboard 200 and the sixth in the Canadian Albums Chart.

Thomaz on 1 March engaged to model Amber Rose, she showed a picture of her engagement ring seen on Twitter. Thomaz is also personal friends with Snoop Dogg, Juicy J, Yelawolf and Mac Miller

Kimbra Johnson (Hamilton, 27 March 1990) is a New Zealand singer / songwriter who is best known as Kimbra.

Her debut album Vows appeared on August 29, 2011 in New Zealand and several days later in Australia and reached the third and fourth place in the album charts.

In Belgium and the Netherlands gained the cooperation Somebody That I Used To Know by Gotye the top of the charts.

One Direction is a boy band from the UK consisting of Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles. They ended in 2010 and third in the British talent show X-Factor.

Tomlinson, Horan, Payne, Malik and Styles are all reported in 2010 as a solo candidate for X-Factor, but did not go to the category "Boys' and then as a group, have been passed by Nicole Scherzinger. Their coach was Simon Cowell. After four weeks they were Cowells last act still participated. One Direction finished third. After X-Factor leaked their single 'Forever Young', which would be released if they would have won.

After X-Factor the group signed a recording contract with Syco. [1] Also they published two books, Forever Young, released on 17 February 2011, and Dare to Dream: Life as One Direction, on September 15, 2011 was published. [2 ] Together with nine other X-Factor One Direction participants made a tour across the UK and Ireland.

Their first single 'What makes you beautiful "came on September 11 the following week and was already number 1 in the United Kingdom Singles Chart. This was named 'Fastest-selling single of 2011 "(fastest selling single of 2011). Their second single 'Gotta Be You "came out on November 14th, and on November 21, 2011 they released their first album, Up all night out.

On February 21, 2012 One Direction won the Brit Award 'British Single' for their single "What makes you beautiful." A month later on March 21, 2012 was their album 'Up All Night' nummber 1 in the "U.S. Billboard '1 day after it came out. Thus they have a broken record and bands like The Beatles, Spice Girls and Coldplay reports.

All five boys auditioned as a solo candidate for X-Factor, but were eventually placed in a group.

Louis William Tomlinson (born on December 24, 1991) hails from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England.

Niall James Horan (born on September 13, 1993) hails from Mullingar, Westmeath, Ireland.

Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) comes from Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. Payne had previously auditioned for X Factor, in 2008, when he was 14, but Simon Cowell thought he was not ready and asked him to come back two years later.

Zayn Jawaad Malik (born January 12, 1993) hails from West Lane Baildon, Bradford, England. He is of Pakistani descent.

Harry Edward Styles (born on February 1, 1994) comes from Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England. Styles was the lead singer of the band White Eskimo with band members, lead guitarist Haydn Morris, bass guitarist Nick Clough and drummer Will Sweeny.

Justin Drew Bieber (Stratford, Ontario, March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer. Bieber began his career on YouTube. [1] One Time song with which he was the worldwide breakthrough.

Bieber is the son of Jeremy Bieber and Pattie Mallette. His parents are divorced and he currently lives with his mother in Atlanta. His father lives in Canada. [2] Through his father he has a younger half-sister and brother, Jazmyn and Jaxon. On his second he started playing drums, shortly after he started playing guitar. He has himself drums, guitar, piano and learned to play trumpet. At twelve he began to sing and he participated in a local singing competition, where he finished second.

Initially set Bieber movies of his participation in a local singing contest on YouTube for family and friends who could not attend his performances. An employee of Ushers record label Island Def Jam, Scooter Braun, let him fly to Atlanta to see what Usher of him. In October 2008, Bieber signed a record deal with Island Records. [3]

Bieber's debut single "One Time" was released on July 7, 2009. His second single, "One Less Lonely Girl", was released on October 6, 2009. Favorite Girl and Love Me are also released on iTunes. Other songs of his Bieber "Where Are You Now," "Never Let You Go" and "Bigger". These are not yet officially released on iTunes, but were too listened to on YouTube. Bieber also has a number of retreaded songs stand on his YouTube account, including "With You", "Wait For You" and "Cry Me a River."

From Tuesday, October 27, 2009 was Biebers single "Love Me" for sale on iTunes. This single Bieber had never sung in front of audiences and for his fans so totally new. The song leaked out two days before, including on YouTube. Furthermore, many people had already bought one day in advance through iTunes, because an error a day early was for sale. Apple has released the single from iTunes again shortly afterwards picked up.

Also appeared on October 27, 2009 the acoustic version of "One Time" in iTunes. A week later, on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, came "Favorite Girl" officially released on iTunes. On 17 November 2009, Bieber's album, called "My World" from. Only Part 1 was released, featuring eight songs, including One Less Lonely Girl in French. Other songs that stand out but not yet published his "Common Denominator", "First Dance" (featuring Usher) and "Down to Earth." Bieber has a total of five singles released before the album came out.

On 16 March 2010, a week before his second album went on sale, was the first major tour of Bieber announced. This concert was to promote Biebers eponymous albums My World and My World 2.0. On the album My World 2.0 were 10 songs, 4 of which were released as singles including Baby, his first big single. On March 4, 2010 Ryan Seacrests radio show debuted in the song "Eenie Meenie," a duet with Sean Kingston. After the great My World 2.0, came the album My Worlds Acoustic and Never Say Never: The Remixes out. From the album My Words Acoustic 1 single came out called Pray. From Never Say Never: The Remixes was the single Never Say Never re-issued. The album was released, because an eponymous film was released because of Bieber (Justin Bieber: Never Say Never). On March 27, 2011 Bieber gave the first and only concert in the Netherlands, in Rotterdam. Three days later, on 30 March, the singer also gave the first gig in Belgium at the Sportpaleis Antwerp

On the basis of rumors on Twitter end of June 2011 there was much speculation about the new album of Bieber. This was partly because both Scooter Braun, manager of Bieber, Bieber himself as a twitter message with notices placed on Biebers new album. After a twitter message Bieber reported that he was working on new music, he placed a hashtag, namely # Believe. [4] Also Braun posted a twitter message about the new album, about a possible "Believe Tour". [5] On the twitter messages see will be Biebers new album "Believe" and his new tour to be called "Believe Tour" or "Believer Tour". [6] [7]

In September it became clear that the rumors are not quite right. Bieber brings a Christmas album. In October, the first single from Mistletoe. The album Under The Mistletoe comes in november 2011.

In the spring of 2012, following the 'real' album Believe it out.

Since early January 2011, Bieber a relationship with actress Selena Gomez. The two came in May 2011 at the presentation of the Billboard Music Awards for publicly out. [8]
