meu computador pessoal, resolvi portar meu controle financeiro para uma 
ferramenta com a mesma "filosofia".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Antes de continuar quero deixar claro que o GnuCash também roda em 
Windows e Mac e que as dicas que vou passar aqui se aplicam a qualquer 
plataforma.&lt;/i&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A central de programas do Ubuntu tem 
várias opções para a gestão financeira, mas optei pelo GnuCash pelo fato
 de já ter tentado usá-lo uma vez, e de também encontrar boas 
referencias sobre ele na internet.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A primeira vez que 
tentei usar o Gnucash, tive uma má impressão, pois não tinha muito 
conhecimento sobre a forma em que ele&amp;nbsp; trabalha as contas, porém agora 
com uma maior noção de contabilidade, me aventurei novamente a usá-lo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Instalação&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para fazer o download e instalar o Gnucash não existe muito segredo, apenas seguir os passos descritos no &lt;a href="http://gnucash.org/" target="_blank"&gt;site oficial&lt;/a&gt; que são os comuns para cada plataforma utilizada. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Utilização&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na
 primeira utilização do Gnucash é sugerido um plano de contas padrão, 
ele se mostrou um bom ponto de partida, pois já possui as contas mais 
comuns utilizadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Após criar o plano de contas e salvá-lo, o que é
 uma tarefa bem intuitiva, vem o passo de entender um pouco a 
ferramenta, neste ponto não vou reinventar a roda, segui um conjunto de

Após
 utilizar por um mês o Gnucash quero levantar os seguintes pontos que me
 fizeram considerar utilizar ele por um bom tempo e passara a 
recomendá-lo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Facilidade de lançamento:&lt;/b&gt; A tela de transações possui muitas 
facilidades de cadastro das transações, se assemelha muito à um planilha
 eletrônica. Isto faz com que rapidamente se visualize o saldo da conta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Gráficos e relatórios:&lt;/b&gt; Os gráficos e relatórios 
disponibilizados, mostram claramente informações sobre receitas, 
despesas, lucros, ativos e passivos. Um ponto interessante é que os 
relatórios e gráficos podem ser facilmente personalizados e ainda 
permitem várias instâncias de um relatório.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sistemas de abas:&lt;/b&gt; Para quem utiliza abas nos navegadores 
atuais, o Gnucash tem um funcionamento semelhante, cada conta ou 
instância de relatório pode ser aberta em uma aba, estas ficam salvas 
quando o programa é fechado. Pessoalmente as abas que possua com padrão 
são: Dinheiro na carteira, Conta Corrente, Conta Poupança e relatórios 
de receita e despesas para cada mês. Isto faz com que rapidamente tenho o
 panorama do quanto estou falido :).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Por enquanto era o que queria passar sobre o Gnucash, é um ponto de partida, um incentivo para iniciar a utilização.&lt;br /&gt;

Algumas referencias mostram como adaptar o Scrum a este cenário, a referencia onde achei mais interessante é a presente no capitulo 12 do livro &lt;b&gt;Kanban e Scrum - obtendo o melhor de ambos&lt;/b&gt; de Henrik Kniberg e Mattias Skarin (&lt;a href="http://www.infoq.com/br/minibooks/kanban-scrum-minibook"&gt;download gratuito na InfoQ&lt;/a&gt;). Neste capítulo os autores apresentam duas estratégias de utilizar Scrum e Kanban em ambientes de múltiplos produtos: uma onde cada sprint é focado num produto e outra onde o sprint possui estórias de vários produtos.&lt;br /&gt;
De agora em diante vamos discutir uma implantação da segunda proposta. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A empresa onde trabalho ela possui o seguinte cenário:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uma Equipe Scrum com 4 pessoas: um Scrum Master/Product Owner, dois programadores e um testador&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 produtos idependentes, porém com base tecnologica:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Software para gestão financeira;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Um ERP como vários subpordutos;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Um software freeware para Backup de banco Firebird.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demandas adicionais de pequenos softwares customizados para especificamente para cada clientes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Para este cenário utilizamos a seguinte solução:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Criamos um Product Backlog para cada produto, sendo um para o ERP e seus subprodutos, um para o software de gestão, um para o software de backup e um outro para os softwares específicos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Um outro backlog, chamado de Backlog da Equipe mescla as estórias de cada um dos product backlogs. Fica a cargo do Product Onwer a definição da sequencia de implementação (priorização) das estorias no backlog da equipe, isto faz com que a equipe entregue uma evolução de cada produto ao final do sprint baseada em um único backlog.&lt;br /&gt;
O ponto-chave de sucesso desta abordagem está no product owner, atender os "interesses" de cada produto de forma que nenhum fique muito tempo sem atualizações é um trabalho que depende de muita negociações com o cliente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vantagens desta abordagem:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Os produtos evoluem paralelamente, atendendo continuamente demanda de usuários de todos os produtos.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A equipe fica os produtos "na cabeça", não perdendo tempo retomando o entendimento do sistema.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demandas menores, como pequenos ajustes e bugs são atendidos mais rapidamente.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A equipe fica mais ocupada, pois com demandas mais heterogenias os espaços de tempo são facilmente preenchidos.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desvantagens da abordagem:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Se um produto possuir vários itens de backlog prontos para serem implementados,&amp;nbsp; e o cliente vai demorar um pouco mais para ter todos eles entregues, pois a cada sprint um numero menor de estórias de um determinado produto é entregue.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;O trabalho de gestão de requisitos e de projeto é um pouco maior, pois a equipe e o Scrum Master devem estar mais atentos para saber em qual produto está trabalhando no momento. E o product Owner tem que mante vários product backlogs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;As versões de produto vão apresentar um menor numero de novas funcionalidades a cada versão.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;Busquei com este artigo mostrar como o scrum pode se adequar em cenários diferentes dos comumente descritos. O livro citado acima possui exemplos bem práticos de adapção de scrum para o desenvolvimento de software.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Um amigo veio até mim e relatou que em sua empresa o Scrum foi implantado na seguinte forma: o pessoal do desenvolvimento e do suporte foram considerados uma única equipe correspondendo um grupo de mais de 10 pessoas. A equipe tinha desde analistas e programadores com anos de experiência, a analistas de suporte que a pouco tinham entrado na empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;A justificativa disso era que toda a empresa deveria entender e praticar o Scrum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Qual foi o resultado disso?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Nas reuniões diárias metade da equipe dizia que passou o
 dia atendendo telefone e iria ficar o próximo dia também fazendo a mesma coisa. Este cenário começou a minar a equipe, os programadores experientes foram os primeiros a criticarem o "Scrum" e a boicotar as cerimonias e consequentemente a levar por água abaixo a implantação.&lt;br /&gt;
Posteriormente a este amigo me relatar este caso, outras pessoas, de outras empresas também relataram problemas parecidos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Uma possível solução&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Nestes cenários de equipes grandes e heterogenias uma forma de implantar um Scrum seria dividir as equipes. Reúna as pessoas que se "entendam", por exemplo, os analistas e programadores e quem sabe mais algum testador formariam uma equipe responsável pela evolução do produto, uma outra equipe seria a composta pelo pessoal do suporte responsável pela manutenção e atendimento ao cliente.&lt;br /&gt;
Com a divisão acima ficaria mais fácil as equipes trabalhariam focadas, o ambiente ficaria melhor pois durante a cerimonias as pessoas envolvidas ficariam mais interessadas no que as outras estão dizendo pois quase sempre a tarefa que uma pessoa está executando, depende da outra que está sendo executada por outra pessoa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Em pequenas empresas (é o caso de onde sou Scrum Master), muitas vezes os setores de desenvolvimento e suporte estão juntos (ou até são mesmo setor). Cabe então a quem implanta ou mantém o Scrum, identificar os papeis que possam ser isolados, muitas vezes liberando uma pessoa do "jogo" do Scrum para que ela atenda as demandas de clientes e da empresa, deixando o restante da equipe focada no sprint.&lt;br /&gt;

Para  o &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;, existem  algumas sugestões de &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklists&lt;/span&gt;  disponíveis para a comunidade. Estas &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklists&lt;/span&gt; podem ser aplicadas de várias formas:  parcialmente, integralmente ou adaptadas. &lt;br /&gt;
A inspeção do processo &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt; pode ser efetuada &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="continuamento,continua 
mente,continua-mente,continuam ente,continuam-ente"&gt;continuamente&lt;/span&gt;.  No início da implantação, as inspeções vão guiar para os pontos a  melhorar; já em um ambiente mais maduro, as inspeções podem indicar  desvios a serem corrigidos.&lt;br /&gt;
Após algum tempo rodando &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt; nas equipes de  desenvolvimento de software passei aplicar algumas &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklists&lt;/span&gt; para coletar alguns  "indicadores" no processo. Estas &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklists&lt;/span&gt;  foram baseadas em outras disponíveis que adaptei para meu cenário.&lt;br /&gt;
Desta  &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="sérum"&gt;scrum&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklists&lt;/span&gt; que me &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="baiei,basei,baciei,baseei,bastei"&gt;basiei&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="gostaria"&gt;gostraia&lt;/span&gt; de  ressaltar duas: uma de &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="doutoria,autoria,outaria,outorga,tutoria"&gt;outoria&lt;/span&gt; de  &lt;a href="http://www.crisp.se/scrum/checklist" id="m:va" title="Herick 
Kniberg"&gt;&lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Henri"&gt;Henrik&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;Kniberg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; e outra da &lt;a href="http://www.infoq.com/minibooks/scrum-checklists" id="d-sw" title="Sprint-IT"&gt;&lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;Sprint-IT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;Checklist&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Henri"&gt;Henrik&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;Kniberg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;O  primeiro contato que tive com &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklist&lt;/span&gt;  de &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Henri"&gt;Henrik&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;kniberg&lt;/span&gt; foi com uma &lt;a href="http://blog.crisp.se/henrikkniberg/2008/02/01/1201823760000.html" id="xm:j" title="em forma de mapa mental"&gt;em forma de mapa mental&lt;/a&gt;,  mas vou comentar a segunda versão que ficou bem mais clara.&lt;br /&gt;
Esta &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklist&lt;/span&gt; é divida em cinco  grupos de checagem:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Core &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/b&gt; São pontos e checagem direcionados  a &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="ponto-chave,postos-chave"&gt;pontos-chave&lt;/span&gt;  do &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;, tais como,  papéis, artefatos e cerimônias.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;The &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Botto,Boston"&gt;botton&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Liane,Lineu,Liney,licne,lince"&gt;line&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/b&gt; São três  pontos que se o seu&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;  atender o restante da &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklist&lt;/span&gt;  pode ser ignorado, seu &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;  está ótimo!!!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;Recommended&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Burt,buta,bute,buto,butá"&gt;but&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Naor,nhor,noir,nora,Noé"&gt;nor&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;necessary&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/b&gt; São alguns  pontos de checagem que, em alguns cenários, podem ser interessantes. O  autor ressalta que estes pontos não são obrigatórios em todos os  cenários, mas se o seu &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;  precisa de uma mexida é bom &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;observá-los&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;Scaling&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/b&gt; Estes três pontos  de checagem são relacionados a &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;características&lt;/span&gt;  fundamentais de um processo onde &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt; é aplicado de forma escalonada.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Positive  &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Indicatoras,Indicatores,Indicatora,Indicator"&gt;Indicators&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/b&gt;  trés indicadores positivos para uma boa &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="implementadão,implementarão"&gt;implementação&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="Sérum"&gt;Scrum&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

A intensão de apresentar exemplos de &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="sérum"&gt;scrum&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions=""&gt;checklist&lt;/span&gt;, foi a de incentivar o uso das mesmas  ou de versões adaptadas em seus processos &lt;span class="misspell" suggestions="sérum"&gt;scrum&lt;/span&gt;, são ótimas ferramentas para coletar  desvios.&lt;br /&gt;

UM cliente sempre vai pedir, ou ao menos querer saber:&lt;br /&gt;- Quanto vai custar?&lt;br /&gt;- Quanto tempo vai levar?&lt;br /&gt;Perguntas difícies de responder satisfatoriamete se não possuirmos uma boa referencia para nos basear.&lt;br /&gt;Na empresa onde trabalho chegamos a uma maneira relativamente rápida para eleborar prpostas a clientes, mas isso não antes de rodarmso alguns projetos. Mas em outubro conheci uma outra alternativa que se mostrou também interessante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No Agiles 2009 estive presente numa palestra do Luiz Claudio Parzianello que foi muito interessante. Então, vi que andava meio parado com minhas pesquisas e estava na hora de retomar algumas coisas, para não ficar desatualizado e não entrar numa "zona de conforto".&lt;br /&gt;Passando alguns blogs sobre agilidade, caí num &lt;a href="http://blog.aspercom.com.br/2009/05/14/scrum-gathering-brazil-09/" traget="_balnk"&gt;post&lt;/a&gt; do Rodrigo Yoshima sobre o Scrum Gathering Brazil 2009 no blog &lt;a href="http://blog.aspercom.com.br/" traget="_balnk"&gt;Débito Técnico&lt;/a&gt;. Neste post, ele faz um relato do evento, com destaque para a palestra que ele ministrou.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A palestra mostrou, com alguns cases da &lt;a href="http://www.aspercom.com.br/" traget="_blank"&gt;Aspercom&lt;/a&gt;, o Scrum em três cenários. Mas o que me chamou a atenção foi o esquema da da página 10, onde o Rodrigo descreve bem onde está situado product owner no scrum, ou seja, entre os stakeholders (mercado)  e a equipe (time).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O product Owner deve estar se preocupando com o ROI e o &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ESCOPO&lt;/span&gt; do projeto. Esteve presente o Presidente Executivo do PMI Santa Catarina, Nikolai Dimitrii&lt;br /&gt;Albuquerque, que na oportunidade ministrou uma palestra sobre a importância do Gerenciamento de Projetos nas empresas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O PMI (Project Management Institute) principal associação mundial sem fins lucrativos em Gerenciamento de Projetos, foi fundado por cinco voluntários, em 1969, na Filadélfia, Pensilvânia EUA. Atualmente conta com mais de 200 mil associados em 125 países, que praticam e estudam&lt;br /&gt;Gerenciamento de Projetos, nas mais diversas áreas como aeroespacial, automobilística, administração, construção, engenharia, serviços financeiros, tecnologia da informação, farmacêutica e telecomunicações.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A vice-presidência oeste foi assumida pela profissional Ana Márcia Debiasi Duarte. É um site simples apenas para começar a divulgação dos produtos e serviços desta jovem empresa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O mais interessante, é que este site é o resultado do sétimo sprint de Scrum do projeto do software H2J Financeiro. A adoção do framework Scrum nos projetos da H2J trouxe resultados muito interessantes. Inicialmente o Scrum foi aplicado em um projeto piloto e agora esta se propagando para os demais projetos.&lt;br /&gt;Nos próximos posts estarei relatando alguns resultados de descobertas desta implantação de técnicas ágeis de desenvolvimento de software.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;script type="text/javascript"&gt;
