Really I don't know which title should be picked here but you can called it The Latest Forex Scam Generation Of Forex Peace Army or The Latest Idiot Of ForexPeaceArmy or The New Scam Version or The Real Forex Scam.

To continue the victim's series and to reach the main aim of destroying Forex Trading, Felix seems never to give up his dirty job and his fake claims.

We have found recently another victim of Felix's animosity who complains from what has happened to him and requests a solution for the problem which is not actually his problem alone, but it is the problem of many other traders as well.

And it seems that FPA creates it’s a friend of it, which is Forex Diamonds, to join in making victims.

In Submitting The Evil Fact About Felix, Joakim writes:
"I have lost over 65000USD to this company. They provide both trading signals and managed accounts.
I have been fooled to wire my funds to their bank at the US and they were supposed to trade forex on my behalf.
The company has been sending me losing trading reports and ignoring all my closing or withdrawal requests.
I have been doing some reaserch and found out tens of other traders have been int he same ugly situation.

As a matter of fact, Felix, as he pretends, cannot ignore those who need his help to rise up. Of course, the dark fact of Felix Homogratus is clear and obvious in front of all around the web. And every time the fact declared is nothing but a shock, a shock that this bastard still exists till now among us in FOREX world.

Recently, we discover that Felix not only rushes into FOREX market, but also he seems to break in Facebook, the most famous social network. We have received many complaints from many traders that there is an account at FaceBook with the name of Felix Homogratus, who adds people who are interested in Forex and traders as well. Felix has many and many friends on his account.

Felix uses this trick to add many Forex traders and exploits them to send them signals and reviews, which are all fake and aren't related to reality by a tiny relation. Certainly, Felix's aim is not just to add friends at FaceBook as any ordinary man who likes to make friends and so forth, but his aim is wider than that to be for practicing his dirty job, as in ForexPeaceArmy, to mislead as many traders as possible and recruit them to trade for his favor only.

I received last night an email from a trader as I think saying:

I was fooled to use their signals, lost all my money after following their signals, and when i returned to them for help, they offered to get me my money back from the broker using their own way. the price was half the money. I was stupid enough to accept that as i was hopeless after my big loss.

I have been dragged to a fight between ForexPeaceArmy and the broker. FPA asked me to post that the broker has scammed me on many blogs and forums. They also asked me to send an email to the broker many times every day claiming that i was scammed.

In the middle of the battle, Felix called me asking for 2000$ up front to continue the fight, and threatened me to let me down with the broker if I refused.

At this moment, i discovered how stupid I was, and pulled out.
FPA showed no responisbilty what so ever for the fact that their signal was the reason for the loss in the first place.

Using unethical methods to blackmeil the broker to cover the loss never felt the right thing to do for me, and I really regret it. I have given up the case and told the broker all about what happened. To my surprise, they thanked me and rewarded me for honosty with a little deposit that I’m using now to trade, without the fake signals from FPA (Rob Grespit’s) of course.

I know many brokers are bad, but FPA is the worst thing on the forex market, watch out for these unhonost people.

FPA SCAMMERS Provoke TradeOracle

The circle of scam charges seems to be an endless circle drawn by Felix and other FPA members. It seems that all Forex organizations are totally scams according to Detective Felix.

Felix finds a successful and a project that attracts many traders, which is called TradeOracle.

It is software that Forex traders can use in their trading. This software is certified by many big organizations and it has taken IZO Certificate of being technically great software.

Certainly, in addition to being a successful project, the reason also why Felix scams it is that he wanted to make software too. So he should wipe off any other competitor to him.

First, one of Felix's soldiers called WoodCrusher claims that "the software did not work for him and requested a refund". Then, WoodCrusher makes a dispute with the owner of this software, Tony Awunor, to make it more logical and to make his charge more laudable.

Then, Felix has faked an imaginary poll about this software to convince traders of his bad claims. Felix claims that this poll comes up with 72 in favor of scam, and 15 against. And what is amazing is that this poll was allowed only to Forex Peace Army members to vote for. And after this poll Felix stay put at the must of returning WoodCrusher his money 4.500 Euros.

And hence, Felix puts TradeOracle under his famous statement of scam, "TradeOracle is hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army".

But what makes this software a bad one that makes traders lose their money, and what makes Tony Awunor a fraud since his software only costs 4.500 Euros and it has been guaranteed by many organizations. Why such a person will gain only 4.500 Euros to lose millions of dollars and a well-built reputation among traders. Of course mind refuses to deal with such vacant lies.

The SCAM BASTARDS Talking About Luis Rivas

In Forex Market there are not only brokers, but there are partnership programs like money managers, white labels, and introducing brokers. And among them the good and the bad, and it is experience that makes traders distinguish between them.

As FPA and Felix accustom us to see the scams and real face of Forex brokers and traders, they come up with the fact that Luis Rivas, the famous Money Manager, is totally scam. Felix writes in a review about him that "The forex managed Accounts Company known as The Forex Project and managed by Luis Rivas was a Ponzi scheme designed to defraud investors".

And the traders "satellite101w and Bruce Herbert" are the only two traders that complain from Luis Rivas's organization and the only two fake members as well.

Felix claims that "Luis Rivas seems to have disappeared with over $10 million taken from a large number of investors". It really seems that when Felix is over whelmed and doesn't find any cause to accuse any patent Forex trader with he says that it is "disappeared". Again and again Felix keeps on saying "The Forex Project and The Money Tree Foundation are both hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army".

Actually, Felix chooses Luis Rivas to throw him with such claims because Luis Rivals is one of the most successful and well known Money Managers who overrun Forex Market. Felix makes scams over him because he finds that he will display a threat upon him and his projects, for he wants to make money manager in his Forex Diamond project.

The strangest thing is that this project of Luis Rivas is so successful that he could make Forex Managed Accounts, which is a sign of a good Money Manager. But as it becomes the main mission and nature of FPA members to accuse the successful projects and traders of being Scam. He only who wants to see the truth will see it wherever and whatever it is.

HongKong Attacked For The 1st Time From FPA

This is the usual Statement that so called soldiers of Forex Peace Army used to say about any broker, which is usually patent.

This Felix doesn't let anyone on his own; he seems fighting success, The Enemy of Success!

As he promised traders to show them the real face of brokers, which is according to him just scam, he recently accuses HongKong Forex of being scam. There in FPA reviews exist the trivial causes he claims this broker of being scam.

First of all, he says that it is "disappeared", but how and their website still exists and working! And there is activation of accounts there.

Then, he claims a fake name of traders who have traded there and lost their money. Their names are "Michael 123, Greg333, lppjp, Ralph08, and fieds83". Certainly, they are fake names cause if really real, so he should mention their real names to make it more reasonable.

Felix calls this broker "fraudsters" and claims that their regulatory is fake and don't exist and, moreover he says that the website where their regulation exists, Financial Services Regulatory Association, is also fake. And this actually put them under the estimate of bei ng Scams, according to Felix.

All the above is the picture that Felix and FPA want to make people see and believe as well.

But to think logically we can see that this broker achieves great success in FOREX that makes them operate six branches. It is also licensed by Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Their website is active and exists, the total opposite to what Felix claims of being disappeared.

The real reason behind Felix's scams on HongKong Forex is that he wanted to make an agreement with them but it proved to be a failure. He wanted Asian leads, so the agreement was to take signals from him and give him leads. But they couldn't agree to the terms of types of and percentage of commissions. And so this pushes Felix to provoke them and make commissionsscams on them.

All The Following Mails Are sent in only 3 Weeks, they are talking about Fictitious SCAM happened with each Software provider to kill from there reputation.

1- Wiped out with a single trade! Don't let this happen to you.
A little over one week ago, one of our members posted the awful news that he'd lost almost all of his money on a single trade. This wasn't a broker scam, but a very common trap that many traders fall into. Our member Pharaoh has written an article that can save your account from meeting the same fate. 13 May 2008

2- Our forex trader made $250,000 and broker banned him

3- Lawsuit Threats and Vote Fraud
There are two issues we'd like to bring your attention to today.

Fist, we got threatened with a lawsuit by one company that tried to hide that it was related to another. After a little investigation we found a third company that was part of the group and even more ethical issues. Second, we found a bunch of fraudulent votes in our poll about one of our traders who spent 4500 Euros and couldn't get a refund. One of our members paid 4500 Euros for trading software, that he claims doesn't work. The company refuses to consider a refund. Please read the investigation materials and tell us your opinion if this is a scam or not?

Then they add a link for them to enter the worst Forums in the web, I entered and I found someone called Pharaoh, he is the topic creator, but now if you entered you will find another name Scam Investigations Committee. They are changing the names, identity, character but in the last they need to kill from the creditability of Brokers, Software Providers, Signals providers, News Providers And Education Providers WHY?
To Add and replace them with their Firms that they are really SCAM Firms
That's Called Black Mails that they are using the leads that they have to send them the dirty work, the indirectly will be transfered from one to another to another till they kill the merchant or the broker

There seems to be many names here, but who knows, may all these names be a One for the same character!!!

As a Forex Trader or a beginner you may certainly hear about Peter Bain- the owner of http://www.forexmentor.com/ which provides traders with both education and signals- and who is also a member in FPA (Forex Peace Army).

This tight relationship between Felix Homogratus and Peter Bain depends on sending signals to FPA to provide Forex traders with it, which are unfortunately wrong signals, and thus helping in gaining money for nothing, money from others loss.

Certainly this black business is quite similar if not typically to Coffman's (Felix) black business history. So, one may expect that Peter Bain may be another fake character of Felix's.

Talking about ‘potential’ scams, here is a little one fresh off the press that I received in my inbox this morning: http://www.secretforexsociety.com/fantaseaone/

Now, a few interesting things about this one:

The email was sent by ‘Felix Homogratus’, an individual who obviously uses a nickname to run his business. His real name is Dmitri Chavkerov. My gut tells me that there is something fishy about running a business under a nickname but maybe that’s just me.
‘Felix’ runs a few sites, one of those is www.forexbastards.com. According to Felix “ForexBastards was founded in January of 2006, after I literally couldn’t handle getting screwed any longer. Learning how to trade forex I went through several forex brokers, a few different trading signals providers and used multiple forex educational training services; some brilliant, some useless and some down right horrible.”. For some reason I get the feeling that his Yacht Seminar is a typical example of the types of scams his website was meant to expose.
The speakers include Felix’s partner, Rob Grespinet. According to the agenda, “If he feels like it, [Rob] will share with the participants the “inner talk” and “big boys outlook” on the forex market over the next year. Otherwise, we’ll just have to enjoy his profanity and witty humor.”. Have you ever been to a seminar where one of speakers may or may not participate depending on his mood on that day? Interesting character…
Now the piece de resistance is the other two speakers: Skip Atwater and Marty Rosenblatt. Those guys are supposedly experts in ‘Remote Viewing’. Now I have to admit that I had to look up ‘Remote Viewing’ because I had no idea what that meant. I thought that maybe it was the name of a new fancy indicator or strategy but I came to find that remove viewing (RV) is “is a protocol used in consciousness research where a viewer attempts to gather sense impressions and “knowingness”, non-sensorial information, about a target.” So basically we are talking about telepathy or clairvoyance in trading the Forex?!?! How desperate are we getting here? What’s next, opening a ‘channel’ to Jesse Livermore to ask him for tips?
The last speaker is ‘anonymous’ and I quote “He wants to keep his identity unknown before the seminar”. Come on…people using nicknames, others using clairvoyance, and this last one the enigmatic speaker who wants to remain incognito. Is it a trading seminar or a masquerade? Is there really a difference? I am starting to wonder.
As another test, let’s go back to the CFTC warnings and let’s see how many apply to this ‘invitation’:

“Stay away from opportunities that seem too good to be true”. In Felix’s own words: “I can teach you a trading system that in my experience can easily make you into a forex millionaire in 3 years or less”. Now here note the word ‘EASILY’, ‘MILLIONAIRE’, and ‘3 YEARS’. Too good to be true? I also always like when systems promise to make you plenty of money with extremely little effort. Two beautiful examples in this invitation. First from Felix himself ” I’ll be honest with you, because of this way of trading, I am starting to become very lazy, and I am actually sleeping through a lot of the news announcements that I used to trade short term.” Next from Skip Atwater: “The technique takes 1 hour per day, 5 days per week, and it has made this guy millions”.
“Be Sure You Get the Company’s Performance Track Record”. In Felix’s own words again “[Rob Grespinet] is a heavy weight financial giant, and most people will never be able to comprehend the level of connections this guy has. Just being in this guy’s presence is an honor”….Ok, what is HIS performance track record? Numbers please! About Skip Atwater: “he will be teaching a simple technique he has been using over the years. The technique takes 1 hour per day, 5 days per week, and it has made this guy millions.” So this guy is going to teach me how to use psychic abilities to make money in the market? Show me a trading journal here, show me a trading account statement! Quantify this guy’s trading system’s expectancy! Last but not least: “this is Felix writing, and if you know me, you should know by now that I don’t throw empty words into thin air”. Actually Felix I don’t know you, at all! Actually it’s only by googling ‘Felix Homogratus’ that I was able to find your real name. Maybe you’ve made millions but for all I know none of it was made through trading, maybe you have made all this money scamming retail traders.

Ok, I have already wasted enough time analyzing this email. My only point is that there are plenty of emails like this one finding their way in my inbox every single day, making incredible promises, telling me that there is a system out there that could make me millions by just working one hour a day, and to be honest I not only don’t believe any of them but I have to come to find them insulting. As individuals who are entering the retail trading world, this is what we are exposed to. We have to be vigilant, extremely vigilant.

Hey great post, I think Felix is a scammer too!

I sometimes test Forex services and I tried Felix’s service. They claim to have a 1 pip spread on GBP/JPY and they go for profits of 5 pips. Most people have a 6+ pip spread on the pair so when he claims 5 pips profit to people with a real spread its -5 pips!!

To the person above me, I have this to say:

It may have been his girlfriend, but who was the, ahem, ordained minister that conducted the ceremony? Also, while only supposition, who do you think was the mastermind behind the scheme and the one paying the sham husband for this indecent proposal? Hmm, makes ya think now, doesn’t it? This entire escapade was clearly an attempt to circumvent immigration laws and manipulate circumstances to his own advantage regardless of those incidental things like law, ethics and morals! Says a lot about his character, doesn’t it? And if he sees no wrong in doing stuff like that, it makes you wonder how above board other aspects of his life are or is it just me that thinks the subject heading to this blog is extremely fitting?

‘His’ work in forex, for example, tell me what that is exactly? He has presented nothing original of his own as far as I can see. His one true ability is that of very talented marketeer and it cannot be denied him. He can take other peoples’ trading ideas and present them to a wide audience with an uncanny ability. He doesn’t care who he shats on to get there though.

Case in point:

He was fortunate enough to be part of Tom Yeomans’ old core news trading group (which I was also part of) and he saw the potential there for milking the old goat. Despite the overwhelming majority of Tom’s students warning him that it would ruin the strategy, Tom’s greed got the better of him and he went into short term business with Dmitri anyway. What happened? It ruined the strategy! Not before both of them made a killing from the selling of the info though. Poor old Tom was not competent enough to have any kind of decent back up plan (his news trading technique was itself pilfered from Jimmy Young) and has had to resort to selling other peoples’ software since parting company. There were some very bright people in his group though and one of them - Safwan Hak - developed a way to automate the spike trading to its fullest potential - a necessity after the deluge of new news traders subsequent to Dmitri’s ‘Freedom Forex’ marketing machine made the old strategy redundant. Saf is a highly intelligent programmer and his prototype software was given freely to all the members of the original core group. Not one to miss a trick, Dmitri got his own friend/programmer, Rob Allen, to make a copy of what Saf had done and that is essentially what you see today marketed as the so called ‘Secret News Weapon’. Incidentally, Saf and others were jettisoned from the group, ostensibly for stealing Dmitri’s client list, but the real truth is that Safwan had far more to him of practical worth and was threatening to steal Dmitri’s central spotlight. We couldn’t have that now, could we? Dmitri and his new band of acolytes will deny this vehemently, but those that were actually there at the time know only too well that this was indeed the case.

The Forexbastards site (now known as the ludicrous ‘Forexpeacearmy’) started off as a very good idea and although it is impossible for anyone other than Dmitri himself to tell you if the intention behind it was genuinely honorable and meant to expose the corruption that goes on in this industry, or whether it was an elaborate ploy from the beginning to ultimately use as a platform from which to sell to an established and trusting (naive?) public, is anyones guess. What can be said with certainty is that it was another example of where his true genius lies - MARKETING! As the story goes, a subscriber to the Forexbastards signals gave word to him about a Mr Claude Grespinet, who allegedly was another hotshot trader. Dmitri wormed his way into Claude’s circle and before you can say, “Vladdy Vladivostok”, a new signal service was born! Opinion is divided as to the usefulness of this service, but when it comes to trying to give negative views about it on his own Forexbastards site, I need point you no further than Nick B’s video on YouTube.

There are numerous other stories along these lines, but the aforementioned make up the bulk of the history.

In summation then, I put this question to the guy above: Does all of THIS change how you view ‘Felix’s work’???

What I can’t understand is that given Homo-boy’s amazing powers of foresight, mystically enhanced no less with the power of remote viewing, how he couldn’t have seen the consequences of his actions in this marriage debacle? To quote that great philosopher of our time, Homer Simpson, “Doh!”!!!
