The Lord is the good shepherd of my life (Ps 23, John 10.11) I have all that I need. You are a perfect loving Father, and I am your child (1 John 3.1). I recognize that I am your child because you loved me first (1 John 4.19) and gave me the right to become a child of God (John 1.12). This love that you have for me is great, full of rich mercy, giving life to my dying body (Eph 2.4-5). This love was made manifest in the giving of your one, only, precious and perfect son, Jesus (John 3.16).

I have never known a love like this. The love you have for me has become a seal upon your heart. Your jealousy for me is as fierce as death itself (Song 8.6). Even in my sinning, you loved me (Eph 2.4-5).

Thank you, Almighty Father.

You’ve always desired a relationship and communion with me. Before You formed me in my mother’s womb, You knew me. Intimately, intricately, more than I know myself (Jer 1.5). With your own hands, you fashioned me. Gave me identity in your image and likeness (Job 10.8, Gen 1.26-27). But you didn’t stop at my outward appearance – no, you also formed my inward parts, knitted me together like a majestic tapestry (Ps 139.13-14). Like a master potter on his wheel, so is my life. You have worked me, and you call me your workmanship (Eph 2.10).

It’s out of this understanding that I come to you, Abba. You tell me that I can come boldly before your throne by the blood of Jesus, and that as I do, you beckon me to draw near. I draw near, receive your mercy, and find grace to help in my time of need (Heb 10.19, Heb 4.16, Jam 4.8, Eph 3.12). So it’s with confidence in you that I ask these things according to your will. And I know that you hear me (1 Jn 5.14-15).

So Lord, if there is any wrong in me, any wickedness in me, any unrighteousness in me – I confess it now. I’m a sinner in need of a savior (Jam 4.8, Isa 1.16-17, 1 Pet 3.8-12, Jam 5.16). Your word says to confess my sins and that I will obtain mercy, forgiveness, and healing (Prov 28.13, Ps 32.5, 1 John 1.8-10, Jam 5.16).

I confess that these works of the flesh cannot remain in me:

sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and any things like these (Gal 5.19-21). Lord, I confess my iniquity, I am sorry for my sin (Ps 38.18).

With your love & forgiveness, I come before you and make my request known to my father who gives good gifts (Matt 7.11, Jam 1.17, Rom 8.32).

By Your word, I declare that I am healed by Your wounds, all my iniquities are forgiven, my transgressions thrown as far as the east is from the west (Is 52.5, Ps 103.12). Whatever health deficiency I have right now, I no longer carry because you restore health to me and heal my wounds (Jer 30.17). You heal all my diseases and redeem my life from the pit of despair (Psalm 103.3-4). You have brought me victory over all these things (Rom 8.37).

Not only have you healed my physical body, you have healed my emotions. Every tear that I have cried, you have kept in your bottle (Ps 56.8). You draw near to me in my weakness, healing my broken heart, and binding the wounds of abusers (Psalm 34.18, 147.3, Isa 61.1).

I would have been glad if that had been enough, yet you are Jehovah Jireh – the Lord who provides (Gen 22.14). Why should I worry? Why should I fear? My daddy owns the cattle on thousands of hills, and those hills and the fullness of the Earth are Yours (Ps 24.1, 50.12). Even the silver and gold are yours (Hag 2.8). You pave your streets and build your city with the purest of gold (Rev 21.18, 21). You have plans for me to prosper, so I choose to walk in those plans (Jer 23.11). You have blessed the lilies of the field in splendor; the birds of the air never wonder where their next meal is coming from. How much more do you love me! So I will not be anxious, I will not worry (Matt 6.18-33). You give me success (Ps 118.25).

Today I have declared Your word over my life. Your word is firmly fixed in the heavens. Heaven and Earth may pass away, but your word stands forever. You are not a man that you should lie, so I believe your entire word! (Ps 119.89, Isa 40.8, Matt 24.34, Num 23.19)

I hold fast to this confession of hope without wavering – you made these promises, and you are faithful (Heb 10.23). I will remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I will wait for the Lord, be strong, and take heart in the Lord. (Ps 27.13-14).

Amen. Let it be so.

Giving Declaration

Lord, I bring my tithe to you.

I thank you that I am a child of God and that you have blessed me with every spiritual blessing. Eph. 3:3-14

I love you Jesus and declare that you are Lord of my life and my finances.

Thank you for freely giving your life for me. John 3:16

I thank you for the heart and ability to give. 2 Cor. 9:7, Deut. 16:17

I thank you that, you are my provider and that you richly supply all of my needs. Everything I need comes from you and is sustained by you. Phil 4:19

I thank you that, you will provide for your children all of their needs. Matt 6:26-30

I thank you that, you are a God of order, and I choose to align my life and my finances with your order. 1 Corinthians 14:40

By giving the first tenth of my income to you I am declaring that the whole thing belongs to you. Deuteronomy 14:22-26

I am declaring that my finances will last as long as they are needed because you are a God of more than enough. 2 Corinthians 9:8-11

Thank you that you have promised to be with us through the end of the age and we sow into the work of the harvest for your Kingdom Matt 28:16-20

We declare that your Word will go out and not return void. Isaiah 11:55

I am declaring with my finances that comparison has no place in my life. 2 Corinthians 10:12

I am declaring with my finances that you alone are worth more than my position, my income, my status, my reputation or my life. Galatians 6:4-5

Thank you that we are blessed to be a blessing, we ask that you receive our gift to you. Genesis 14:19-20
