IF you place to come for EURO 2012, for sure you are looking for cheap apartments in Kiev, Lviv, Kharkiv, Donezk and Dnepropetrovsk. As Far as I know, rates for Kiev apartments are getting higher, and in march it will be almost impossible to rent apartment in Kiev for EURO 2012.
Rates as far as I know agencies offers from 350 EUR per night ( crazy huh?) for the same flat, which they lease for normally for 50 $ per day.

3-Location- only center or close to ( easy to find way back)
4- You manage by yourself as at your own home

Winter vacation in Crimea: the ideal route coast
