I usually take a visit to Okanagan Valley couple times in the summer. We went there early this year for fruit picking with friends. However, seems the cold weather had seriouly delayed the season. Well, a short stop at the winery is a good option, too. =)

對於王家衛導演主導的片，我總是有點敬畏。並非拍的不好還是如何，而是王導的片在個人的刻板映象中，總是過於"藝術"。而我這藝術細胞不足的，就會昏昏欲睡。也因為如此，這部片放在檔案中許久，遲遲沒拿出來。或許因為沒帶著過多的期盼來看這部片，看過之後，卻是不得不驚嘆。Norah Jones的生澀演技搭配自彈自唱的配樂真的是再柔順不過。Jude Law這演技派的當然不在話下，故事劇情就不多說了，很多人應該都已經看過，IMDB 7/10的評價，還沒看過? 趕快去看阿。

(轉貼)在下曾在出一張嘴作過一段時間, 但期間常常看到客人因為對烤肉不熟悉, 導致就算食材新鮮美味,但確沒有辦法吃到精華, 我常常幫客人烤肉,但曾想過這樣下去不是辦法, 所以早有想po文分享的念頭但.......... 一直到最近我才有時間,囧rz在po之前我先說明幾個狀況,就算是一個圓形烤爐,還是有大小火之分,下面是分類：1.大火處:就是指烤臚中央到烤爐的快接近邊邊處2.小火處:烤爐最外圍,烤爐架住烤網的那個地方3.餘火:烤到最後,炭都快沒了,明確來說,烤網離炭差不多有5cm那麼遠!4.發爐:火上加油,導致整個火爐在冒"火燄" 基本上除了發爐,其他火力都是可用來烤肉的, 但很多客人看到火上來了,索性把很多肉拿上去快炒... 出一張嘴是燒烤店...不是快炒店,在這邊要嚴重遣責這些.. 不..不是..是敬告這些客人.. 其實,讓肉直接接觸到火燄,肉是真的可以很快熟, 但是,這樣會讓肉有焦油

牛肉馬鈴薯辣醬湯材料:牛骨 (bone)- 1 只牛肉骨 (beef short rib) - 100g馬鈴薯 - 1-2個綠辣椒 (jalapeno) - 1-2只紅辣椒 - 1只韓式紅辣椒醬 - 3 ts鹽 - 少許醃料:洋蔥 - 1/3 個蒜泥 - 1/2 ts薑泥 - 1 ts胡椒粉 - 少許作法:1. 牛骨熬湯 1-2 hr2. 牛肉骨去血水, 加入醃料調味, 放越久越入味3. 紅綠辣椒切大片, 馬鈴薯切大塊, 燉煮後才不會過爛4. 把辣椒, 馬鈴薯, 辣椒醬攪拌均勻5. 下油炒牛肉骨, 然後加入牛骨高湯, 撈去泡沫6. 滾開後, 先下不容易熟的材料, 然後斟酌調味ps. 1. 韓國會使用洗米水來當湯底, 味道會較為道地2. 可以依個人喜好在加入泡菜, 豆腐, 紅蘿蔔, 大蔥, 大蒜, ...etc. enjoy :) !

不曉得現在還是不是蘋果的季節, 不過天氣冷了就應該吃點熱的東西什麼的 :P. 第一次做蘋果派, 算是成功一半吧, 家裡只有小烤箱所以表層有點烤焦了, 後來去教小朋友用普通的大烤箱烤的就比較像樣點.. 照片之後在補上 ..材料:a) 中筋麵粉 - 2 & 1/4 杯鹽 - 1/2 茶匙奶油 - 6 茶匙酥油 (shortening) - 6 茶匙冰水 - 適量蛋黃 - 1 個b) 蘋果 - 6-7 個肉豆蔻粉 (nutmeg) - 適量肉桂粉 (cinnamon) - 1 茶匙糖 - 1 杯麵粉 - 3 茶匙檸檬汁 - 1 茶匙鹽 - 適量作法:派皮}1) 將中筋麵粉, 鹽, 奶油, 酥油, 用叉子或者攪拌器將材料充分拌勻, 攪拌到最後會有點像麵包粉的小顆粒狀就可以2) 慢慢將冰水加入1)中濕潤材料, 邊加邊用手攪拌, 大約能夠把材料捏成球狀即可, 然後平均分成兩球,放到冰箱冷卻
