Grease 9x13 pan

Combine

1 can condensed cream of whatever soup

3/4 c water

1 c uncooked rice

1 lb raw chicken diced

~13 oz broccoli florets

*I added 2 chopped garlic cloves, and two sticks of celery, chopped. I topped with French's Onions

optional to add Cheese topping last 5 minutes

Bake 375F for one hour

Universal Harry Potter! Hogmeade and Diagon Alley…. It’s a fan’s dream come true

I loved the attention to detail and being immersed in the world through the rides and setting. I would recommend going during the off season if you can! Less tourists!

Not having a washer/dryer in the apartment….

I only got to record this because my computer was taking hours to update… so… looking on the bright side!

Since recording this, my laptop has become a brick.... Hoping to get it fixed but that means that I can't access my usual music or closing.

2 apples: peeled and sliced

2 Tablespoons butter

2 spoonfuls of brown sugar

Cinnamon

2 Tablespoons maple syrup

Melt butter and add apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar in frying pan

Sautee 10-15 minutes until the apples are cooked to the tenderness you want

Add the maple syrup and stir!

Serve warm
