‘Man skin care’ would seem like an alien topic to some men. It would have been even more alien a few years back. However, more and more men are now realising the importance of man skin care (and hence you see markets flush with man skin care products too). Even though the male skin is very different from that of a female, ‘man skin care’ is very similar to the skin care for women.

‘Man skin care’ too starts with cleansing. Water soluble cleansers are preferred. Cleansing helps remove the dirt, grease and pollutants from the skin and helps in preventing pore clogging. After you have had intercourse, try not to get up or move around for at least twenty minutes, this will help to keep your partner’s sperm inside your body, again, increasing the likelihood of falling pregnant.

Nutrition and Diet

Having good nutrition and eating a sensible, healthy diet plays a hugely important role. Try to eat a diet rich in fruit and vegetables, lean protein and wholegrain, fiber-rich foods, such as brown bread, rice and pasta.
The vitamins and nutrients that are found in certain foods can also help you become pregnant. Here are some examples:

Leafy, green vegetables, such as cabbage, kale, broccoli, lettuce and spinach, are high in folic acid, a vitamin which is incredibly important for both mother and child. Folic acid supports the development of a fetus and can prevent debilitating defects, including spina bifida. It is also essential for the reproductive and general health of a woman. Folic acid can also be found in bread and cereals and taken as a vitamin supplement.
Lean meat or beans and pulses are very rich in protein and iron. These important nutrients help to keep iron levels high in the body. A blood count low in iron, can affect the general health of the ovaries, and may interfere with ovulation.

For the last week, I looking for a good wallpaper website. Theres a huge list in google that offer dekstop/computer wallpaper. Mostly is free to download. For your information, Wallpaper is an image for your computer background. Wallpaper is different from screen saver. Screen saver is which are images or animations that are run across the screen when the computer is inactive for some time.

To download free wallpaper, just tipe the keywors in search engine like google, bing or yahoo. For example, type nature wallpaper, or sport wallpaper. Then you must see a lot of wallpapaer site. I guarantee this :) The instructions for downloading free wallpapers are different for different operating systems.

After choosing the wallpaper, you have to download it. To do this, you have to click on the start menu button, wherein you click on Settings, and then on Control Panel. You then double-click the Display icon or text link, where a window named Display Properties is opened. If the Background tab is not selected, you have to click on it.

Then you click on one of the items that appear on the box labeled ‘wallpaper.’ You click on ‘browse’ to click on the image that was stored previously. Once the image is located, open it, and then click OK to change your wallpaper. Then you use the display menu to do some experimenting with tiling, centering or stretching the picture you are previewing. However, if you suddenly decide to maintain your present wallpaper, you only have to click on Cancel.

You can also download scanned or digital photographs, or some original artwork created by you, to function as free wallpaper. As wallpapers consist of large image files, they tend to take some time to download.

Halo teman semua, mulai saat ini saya memindahkan blog saya dari blogspot ke domain dan hosting berbayar. Alamatnya dapat langsung dilihat disini . Asyik.. akhirnya punya domain dan web sendiri. :P

Setelah sempat tanya tanya sana sini soal domain dan hosting. Akhirnya daku putuskan beli domain di name.com. seharga $7,8. Dan hosting di dracoola multimedia. sempet bingung juga nyari hosting indonesia yang mumpuni, mengingat beberapa webku hosting di ***** host.com agak mengecewakan. Mestipun jarang down, tapi susah sekali update plugin automatically via panel CMS yang daku gunakan. Dikit dikit harus masuk cpanel/ftp.. kadang upload gambar juga susah.. capee dee...

Makanya beberapa hari yang lalu sempat serching hosting yang bagus dimana di forum dan inet. Pengennya sih langsung yang unlumited. hehe.. tapi apalah daya.. lum cukup hepeng.. jadilah hosting indonesia yang murah meriah.. hm. kesan pertama di dracoola (namanya serem ya..) tapi asli cs nya kocak kocak pas ym an.. so far so good.. belum bisa kasih rekomend pasti karena umur hosting baru dua hari. Tapi update/install plugin wordpress bisa langsung dari panel dashboard dan ngga ada masalah. Kenceng juga buka web daku hehe..

Baru baru ini banyak teman yang menanyakan kepada saya bagaimana sih caranya saya berbisnis online dan bisa mendapatkan keuntungan? Yaa, sejatinya teman saya ini sudah melek internet, sudah punya web, dan sudah membuat toko online. Tapi ternyata webnya tidak menghasilkan penjualan, atau kalaupun ada, sedikit sekali salesnya. Teman saya ini penasaran bagaimana cara saya menghasilkan uang dari toko online saya.

Well, saya sendiri bukan pakar online bisnis, internet marketer atau konsultan internet. Saya lebih suka disebut pedagang biasa. Sama seperti pedagang kaki lima, pedagang di pasar, pedagang gerobak keliling dan sebagainya. Bedanya warung saya berupa website yang selalu buka 24 jam di internet. Jadi saya pedagang, saya punya produk. Website adalah toko saya. Konsumen dapat berkunjung ke web saya via koneksi internet. Sebatas itulah pengertian bisnis online yang saya pahami.

Jangan tanyakan tentang affiliate marketing, adsense, program paid per bla blabla.. dan sebagainya. Saya tidak tau bagaimana caranya ada teman yang mendapat cek ratusan dolar dari google. Jujur sampai saat ini saya belum pernah mencobanya. Walaupun secara umum saya tau bisnis processnya. Tapi saya lebih memilih menjadi pedagang 2.0. (ciee.. istilah baru nihh , keren juga yaa..). Ya sebagaimana hidup didunia ofline yang penuh pilihan, di dunia online juga penuh pilihan. Ada yang sukses dengan metode afiliasi, amazon, adsense. Ada juga yang sukses dengan membuka toko jilbab, baju, maenan anak, keperluan bayi, buku, atau toko pempek seperti saya. :P Kembali lagi, pilihan ditangan anda. Semua jalan bisa menuju kesuksesan.

Kembali ke pertanyaan teman saya diatas. Bagaimana saya bisa menghasilkan uang dengan membuka toko pempek online. Sedangkan dia sudah membuat web tapi penjualannya sedikit sekali. 1. Riset Informasi Selengkap Mungkin
Saya memandang website dan internet adalah tool dan media. Sementara bisnis online tetap lah sebuah bisnis sebagaimana definisi yang kita pahami semua. Sebelum memulai bisnis, ilmu dari kuliah dulu, lakukan riset dan susun rencana bisnis. Kita harus mengetahui 100% tentang produk yang akan kita jual.

Ketika saya meriset bisnis pempek, saya meriset semua hal mulai dari tata cara pembuatan pempek, pengiriman pempek, harga pempek, kompetitor bisnis pempek online, dan sebagainya. Untuk jasa pengiriman misalnya, saya mendatangi hampir seluruh jasa pengiriman yang ada dipalembang. Saya juga memastikan bagaimana supaya pempek dikirim tidak basi. Berapa lama pempek bisa sampai, apa jenis kardus yang dipakai, hingga bagaimana cara membungkus pempek dan hal hal lainnya. Yang saya tau pasti bahwa hasil riset saya akan menjawab berbagai pertanyaan yang akan dilontarkan oleh konsumen nantinya.

Riset juga berarti meriset kompetitor. Cara sederhana. ketik kata pempek atau pempek palembang di google. Maka akan muncul kompetitor saya. Satu persatu saya amati. Saya lihat apa kelebihan dan kelemahannya. Bahkan ada yang saya langsung ke customer service. hehe.. Ngga ada salahnya kan. Dengan bertanya langsung kita jadi tau bagaimana pelayanannya, customer servicenya, bagaimana cara kompetitor menjawab pertanyaan pertanyaan yang nantinya juga akan ditanyakan kepada kita.

Riset juga berarti meriset seberapa banyak produk kita dicari oleh konsumen internet. Saya menggunakan google keyword eksternal. Panduan umum untuk riset keyword di google. Jadi kita tau kata kata apa yang banyak diketikkan orang di goole seputar produk kita. Riset keyword juga penting untuk pemilihan nama domain website dari produk kita.

Informasi yang didapat dari riset yang kita kumpulkan sangat penting artinya. Terutama dalam hubungannya dengan konsumen. Banyak konsumen internet yang akan bertanya kepada tentang produk kita. Jawaban kita harus memuaskan dan dapat memberikan kepercayaan kepada konsumen. Kepercayaan yang terbangun akan membuat konsumen membeli produk, mengulangi pembelian, bahkan memasarkan kepada teman temannya.

2. Buat Website Toko Anda

Luangkan waktu untuk merancang web anda. Website pempek cekma saya buat dengan konsep yang sangat sederhana. Menurut saya pengguna internet indonesia tidak terlalu mementingkan animasi, flash dan sebagainya. Yang penting cepat diload, cepat dibuka, tidak ribet, dan designnya juga elegant. Terlalu banyak animasi akan membuat web lama dibuka oleh netter. Yaa.. tidak semua pengguna internet jaringannya broadband. Masih banyak yang pake dial up. Kita harus memikirkan hal tersebut.

Saya memakai platform blog wordpress, karena menurut guru saya waktu itu, pak muslih., owner manggaduakomputer.com. Wordpress disukai oleh google. Alasannya apa hehe. tidak terlalu ngerti. Yang jelas Pak Nukman Lutfie juga merekomendasikan wordpress/blogspot pada waktu Milad 3 TDA utnuk memulai bisnis online. Kata mereka lebih cepat naek di google, apalagi untuk orang awam seperti saya.. yang tidak terlalu mengerti coding coding.. jadinya saya ikuti saja saran mereka. hehee..

Namun dari hasil riset saya, saya menemukan perbedaan yang dapat saya angkat menjadi kelebihan di web pempekcekma. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan paket. Ya, kompetitor saya masih menjual pempek dengan mencantumkan harga satuan. Karena nanti nya akan dikirim. Ongkos kirim berdasarkan berat. Maka saya memutuskan membuat paket pempek berdasarkan berat. Jadi misal berat 2kg isinya berapa pempek. Hal ini sebagai added value bagi konsumen pempek cekma. Karena barang 100 gram atau 900 gram bayarnya sama tetap satu kilogram bukan. Alhamdulillah cara saya disambut positif oleh konsumen.

Oya, kita juga harus menentukan apakah mau memakai shopping cart atau tidak. Ada jenis produk yang bagus memakai shopping cart ada yang tidak tepat. hehe... silahkan ditentukan sendiri.

Yang paling penting dalam membangun website buatlah website sesimple mungkin dan mudah dinavigasikan oleh netter yang berkunjung. Kalau bisa satu halaman selesai semua informasi, kenapa harus sepuluh halaman. kira kira bgitu deh tips nya. oya, buat FAQ jangan lupa ya.. itu tuh.. daftar pertanyaan yang sering ditanyakan konsumen. penting ini dibuat. hehe.. memberikan kejelasan informasi, selain meminimalisir pengulangan pertanyaan oleh konsumen.

3. Umumkan/Iklankan ke target Market yang Tepat

Nah.. setelah membangun web. yaa kita iklankan dong.. iklan bisa dipilih yang berbayar atau tidak berbayar. kalau Dana nya kuat sih silahkan saja. Tapi karena saya pedagang biasa, saya tidak punya modal terlalu kuat untuk pasang iklan. Walau punya modal, juga harus hati hati beriklan, apakah tepat sasaran atau tidak.

Yang saya lakukan mungkin dapat dilakukan oleh teman teman. Saya menggunakan facebook, yang lagi populer populernya. Di Facebook saya membuat sebuah group, namanya pempek palembang asli wong kito. Saya membuat group dengan niat mengumpulkan para pecinta pempek yang memiliki account facebook. Di awal group tersebut. yang saya lakukan sederhana saja. Saya upload 3 foto pempek setiap hari selama kurang lebih satu bulan. Ditambahin status status yang buat ngiler hehehe.. misalnya.. "pagi ini makan pempek kapal selam. enak lhoo..."
intinya status yang buat ngiler hehehe... (maklum kan jualannya makanan). Hasilnya Bulan pertama 3000 orang member join ke group facebook saya. Ini artinya saya dapat 3000 orang pecinta pempek. ::) Dan saya bisa beriklan di group ini. karena saya kan yang admin nya. benar bukan? saat ini group tersebut sudah beranggotakan lebih dari 6000 orang. Dahsyat kan. Tinggal diiklankan pempek cekma secara smooth. 10% saja nyantol alhamdulillah .. ya toh...

Ada banyak cara untuk mengiklankan produk anda tanpa perlu mengeluarkan uang. Kita dapat gunakan beberapa sosial media, seeprti youtube, slideshare, facbeook, friendster, flickr dan sebagainya. Bicara tentang flickr, Teman saya ada yang memiliki jasa paket wisata. Yang dia lakukan adalah mengupload ratusan foto tempat2 wisata yang dia kunjungi di flickr. Dari foto foto tersebut banyak yang bertanya kepada dia. Akhirnya bahkan jadi konsumennya.

Kita juga dapat menulis artikel artikel atau tips tips menarik tentang produk kita. Well... kalau kata para pakar.. sedekahlah di dunia online.. beri beri beri..kasih gratis kasih kasih kasih. baru nantnya rejeki akan datang pada kita. ikhlas juga jangan lupa ya hehe..

4. Finish the Sale

Pembeli yang datang ketempat anda untuk pertama kali harus diperlakukan istimewa. yang paling penting bagaimana caranya membuat pembeli menjadi pembeli kembali. Fungsi customer service sangat penting disini. Pastikan konsumen kita puas. Lakukan follow up sewaktu waktu. atau minta saran dan kritikannya. Interaksi antara konsumen dan penjual memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam kesuksesan toko online.

Sewaktu waktu kita juga dapat memberikan penawaran khusus untuk customer yang telah langgan pada kita. so keep your customer database. Bukankah lebih mudah menjual kepada konsumen lama yang telah puas akan pelayanan kita dibanding dengan mencari konsumen baru?

5. SEO Friendly

Yah.. walau banyak yang sudah mengetahui.. ngga ada salahnya dibahas. Well, konsumen internet saat ini masih menggunakan mesin pencari google, yahoo, msn dan sebaginya untuk mencari produk di internet. Usahakan web anda dihalaman satu google untuk kata kunci sesuai produk anda. Misal pempek cekma. alhamdulillah dihalaman satu untuk kata kunci pempek palembang. Kalau web anda dihalaman satu google maka besar kemungkinan traffic akan datang ke web anda. Dari traffic, dengan web yang telah anda buat berdasarkan hasil riset, serta pelayanan customer service, maka traffic dapat berpeluang besar menjadi penjualan.

Investasi Properti Selagi Muda

Beberapa bulan ini, bagi anda pembaca surat kabar nasional, pasti sering melihat iklan tentang sebuah workshop property. "Beli properti tanpa uang, bahkan dapat uang" begitu sensasional tagline-nya. Woww.. benarkah? Percayakah anda ada orang yang mampu mendapatkan sebuah rumah mewah tanpa mengeluarkan uang sepeserpun? Bahkan katanya dapat cash back dari bank hingga ratusan juta rupiah? Hari gini apakah mungkin? Akan saya ceritakan lebih lengkap. Tenang saja, anda pasti dapat jawabannya.

Nah, saya sendiri yang sedikit banyak memiliki background pendidikan properti. Di kampus dulu, saya mempelajari penilaian properti untuk keperluan pengenaan pajak bumi dan bangunan. Tentu saya mempelajari berbagai aspek yang menentukan nilai dan harga sebuah properti. Di samping itu, saya juga sempat mengecap pendidikan di enterpreuner university (EU). Di salah satu sesi kelasnya, juga diajarkan tentang bagaimana kita menggunakan properti sebagai backup dari sebuah bisnis/usaha yang kita jalankan.

Walau sedikit banyak mengetahui tentang investasi properti, saya terpancing juga untuk mengikuti salah satu workshop tentang properti awal bulan juli lalu. Yang saya pilih adalah lembaga senior saya di EU, Pak Joseph Tan, JREI ( Joseph Real Estate Investor) Coaching. Saya pilih lembaga ini karena saya tau persisi bahwa pak joseph adalah salah satu pemain pertama di bisnis training properti ini. Dan yang lebih penting saya mengetahui bahwa memang pak joseph berhasil berinvestasi di beberapa properti dan menghasilkan income bulanan dari propertinya tersebut. Pak Joseph juga menerbitkan sebuah buku yang menjadi best seller di gramedia bulan juli 2009. Judulnya property cash machine.

Nah, setelah mengikuti workshop tersebut, saya semakin sadar bahwa memang investasi di properti sangat penting dan amat menjajikan. Baik bagi anda yang berprofesi sebagai karyawan, pengusaha maupun seorang ibu rumah tangga. Bahkan dapat saya katakan, jika kita ingin sukses financial, maka wajib bagi kita memiliki properti yang menghasilkan. Saya cetak tebal kata properti yang menghasilkan, karena tidak semua properti dapat digunakan sebagai elemen investasi. Bahkan ada properti yang justru menjadi beban biaya bagi kita.

Nah sebelum lebih jauh, berikut beberapa keuntungan berinvestasi di properti di banding instrumen investasi lain:
1. Sifat properti yang terbatas (scarcity) membuat nilai nya selalu naik. Tanah kan jumlah nya tidak dapat ditambah didunia ini. :P
2. Perlindungan dari inflasi, kenaikan nilai properti pada kondisi normal, selalu lebih tinggi dari angka inflasi.
3. Untuk membeli properti tidak harus memiliki uang cash senilai harga properti yang dibeli. Bandingkan dengan instrumen investasi lain seperti deposito, saham, reksadana, ORI, Sukuk dsb. Kita harus punya uang senilai harga investasi yang kita beli.
4. Ada 2 jenis keuntungan yang bisa kita dapat. Capital gain dan cashflow. Capital gain adalah selisih harga saat beli dan jual. sedangkan cashflow adalah income dari properti tersebut. Akan saya jelaskan lebih detail tentang capital gain dan cashflow ini.
5. Nilai properti dapat ditingkatkan siginifikan dengan nilai modal yang sedikit. Sedikit renovasi yang tepat dapat membuat nilai properti naik bahkan hingga dua kali lipat.
6. Untuk mengambil keuntungan dari properti kita tidak perlu menjualnya
7. Sebagai sarana penghematan pajak secara legal dan menguntungkan. Pembelian properti dapat menjadi aset yang menghemat secara pajak.
8. Bank sangat menyukai properti, pinjaman investasi di bank dengan jaminan properti diberikan bunga yang rendah.
9. Yang paling penting adalah semua orang kaya investasi di properti. Kalau mau Hidup kaya raya mati masuk surga ya investasi di properti hehee...

Well, jika investasi properti begitu menguntungkan, kok banyak orang yang belum berinvestasi di properti. Jawabannya tentu sangat sederhana, pertama belum tau caranya, dan kedua.. ciri khas kebanyakan orang.. ngga percayaan, susah percaya, ngga yakin dan ngga pede.. kebanyakan sih karena mental block. hayo hayo ..apakah itu termasuk anda?

Dalam investasi properti elemen kunci sukses nya dalah keahlian memilih properti dan mengolahnya menjadi properti yang menghasilkan. Banyak orang ketika membeli properti, detik itu pula lah properti tersebut menjadi beban, bukan menjadi penghasilan.

Contohnya: katakanlah kita mengambil sebuah rumah dari developer ternama. dengan program rayuannya sang marketing developer berhasil merayu kita untuk mengambil KPR dari sebuah rumah yang belum dibangun, masih berupa gambar, dan masih baru akan dibagun, dengan harga yang menurut kita murah. (ya iyalah orang masih gambar, masak mau mahal...). Ketika kita tandatangan akad kredit rumah, maka bulan depan kita sudah diharuskan mencicil, padahal rumah juga belum dibangun. Bulan kedua, ketiga, keempat .. sudah kita cicil. rumah baru digali pondasi, bulan kelima enam dan seterusnya.. Mungkin setelah satu tahun baru rumah dapat kita tempati. Ini artinya selama setahun rumah tersebut sudah menjadi beban bagi kita. Tanpa penghasilan. Ini bukan tipe investasi properti yang menguntungkan.

Lalu bagaimanakah investasi properti yang menguntungkan?
Yaitu ketika kita beli properti, properti tersebut sudah menghasilkan penghasilan, bahkan penghasilannya sudah mampu menutupi beban cicilan bahkan lebih dari beban pembelian yang kita lakukan. Contohnya sederhana, kita membeli sebuah rumah yang telah jadi. setelah akad kredit rumah tersebut langsung kita kontrakkan. dengan harga kontrak minimal sama dengan beban cicilan kita. Artinya rumah yang kita beli membayarkan cicilan kredit untuk pembelian rumah yang kita lakukan.

Contoh contoh sederhana itu tentu kita semua pasti sudah mengetahuinya. Hanya saja, kita belum pernah melakukannya atau bahkan mencoba melakukanya. bener ngga? hehe..
Well, dalam posting posting selanjutnya saya akan menceritakan berbagai tips tentang investasi di properti, termasuk "cara modern" yang lagi hot seperti tagline iklan lembaga properti di awal. "Beli properti tanpa duit, bahkan dapat duit". Namun kali ini kita ke cara konvensional terlebih dahulu.

Sekitar tahun 1997 Om saya membeli sebuah tanah ukuran 150 m2 seharga 12.500.00 di daerah sekip di Palembang. Ini berarti harganya kurang lebih 84.000 per m2. Saat ini harga tanah tersebut tidak kurang dari 60.000.000. artinya terjadi kenaikan nilai sebesar 380% selama kurun waktu 97-09. Atau kurang lebih sekitar 30% pertahun. Tanah ini didiamkan saja. Tidak dibangun, hanya sesekali dibersihkan rumput liarnya saja..Jika dibangun rumah. lain lagi ceritanya bukan. hehe..

Well, saya tau cukup banyak rekan rekan saya yang seumuran memiliki dana yang lumayan ditabungannya. Tidak jarang malah assesories di badan, dari pakaian, jam tangan, sepatu, tas, hp, cincin dan sebagainya sekali keluar rumah bisa sampai 10 juta. bahkan lebih..hehe.. tanpa bermaksud mengkritisi. Penampilan memang sangat penting.

Namun selagi kita muda, kalau ada lebih lebih tabungan, bagaimana kalau kita belikan sebuah tanah di daerah. (tanah dijakarta kan sudah mahal). sesuaikan saja dengan dana yang ada. di daerah depok, bogor, tangerang, bekasi, cukup banyak tanah yang masih harga 50rb-100rb per meter persegi. Umur 25 tahun punya tanah seharga 20 juta. 10 tahun lagi tanah tesebut sudah jadi seharga 100 juta. Dan ini sangat mungkin terjadi.

Usaha dan investasi selagi muda. maka hidup kaya raya mati masuk surga bukan sebuah slogan belaka.

Disamping menumpuknya pekerjaan yang harus saya lakukan. Cukup banyak rekan rekan yang menunggu bagian akhir dari jalan jalan yang saya lakukan di Bali. Ingin nunggu total biayanya kata mereka hehe.. Oke, Seperti pernah saya posting sebelumnya. Jalan jalan saya dan istri diBali dengan beberapa kondisi yang kami tetapkan yaitu:
1. Hemat
Hemat dalam hal penginapan dan perjalanan. Kami hanya menyewa penginapan sederhana, dan menyewa sepeda motor untuk berkeliling bali.
2. Untuk urusan makanan, boleh tidak berhemat. namanya juga kuliner, wajar dong mahal asal layak..
3. Kami tidak dikejar waktu dalam liburan. artinya kami menikmati berada di suatu tempat yang kami anggap enak untuk dinikmati. tidka dikejar kejar jadwal.
jadwal tujuan kami pun kami buat seflexible mungkin.. ya iya dong.. masa liburan kejer2an ama waktu.. santai saja lebih enak.
4. kami tidak memakai tour guide. modal kami hanya peta bali dan hasil google dari rekan rekan yang telah ke Bali sebelumnya. Catatan, saya dan istri dua dua nya belum pernah ke bali..
jadi modal nekat aja... hehhe

Oke Berikut Resume Biaya:
1. Tiket PP dua orang Jakarta Bali Jakarta Mandala. Rp. 1.200.000
2. Penginapan 6 hari x 80.000 = 480.000
3. Sewa Mio 6 hari = Rp. 250.00
4. Bensin rata rata sehari 15.000 = total = 105.000
5. Taksi dari Bandara ke penginapan 20.000
dari penginapan ke bandara kurang lebih 20.000

6. biaya masuk tempat wisata:
Masuk GWK - 10.000 berdua
Masuk Museum Blanco - 40.000 berdua
Pura taman ayun.. lupa.. sekitar 10.00 satu orang
Pura ulun danu .. sekita 10.000 perorang
Kebun raya bedugul. 20.000 per orang
Masuk GOa Gajah ..luupa ni berapa.. tapi sekitar 10ribu per orang

Tanah Lot..ini juga lupa berapa. hehe.. tapi murah kok...

makan yang besar besar aja yaa.. maksudnya ditempat yang mahal
kalau makan diwarung2 paling 25 ribu berdua
Jimbaran sekali makan 150.000 berdua dua kali
Makan di Warung Made.. sekitar habis 150.000 berdua
Bebek Bengil Ubud 150.000 berdua

ok rekan rekan.. silahkan di total sendiri..

jangan lupa hitungan biaya untuk makan sehari hari, terutama minuman..
bisa habis 6 botol aqua sehari..
lalu biaya parkir..
dan yang agak gede biasanya biaya oleh oleh.. hehehe...
oya, jas hujan kalau mau naek motor bawa teruss.. terutama kalau mau ke daerah utara bali

trus uang sebaiknya cash disiapkan. karena semuanya kebanyakan pada terima cash.

Intinya.. tetap lebih hemat.. 5 juta saya rasa cukup untuk berdua ke Bali..
tinggal bagaimana kita aturnya aja .. terutama dari segi makan dan oleh oleh..

Liburan Hemat Murah tapi Asyik di Bali... Part 6

Kuta - Pantai Kuta - Joger - Pandai Padang Padang - Pura Uluwatu - Jimbaran

Day 6- Last Day

Huaa.. udah lama baru disambung lagi tulisannya.. ngga papa ya teman teman hehe...
Di hari Ke enam kami memutuskan menikmati pagi hari di Pantai Kuta. Jalan jalan di pinggir Pantai pagi hari, bareng istri memang nikmat hehe.. bule bule juga udah ba anyak yang surfing atau sekedar joging. Nah, selain jalan jalan, kami juga mencoba sarapan di pinggir Pantai. Kami menuju Warung ibu dengan masakan Jawa di Pinggir Pantai Kuta, agak lupa di sebelah mana, namun kalau tidak salah deket depan McD. Biasanya warungnya paling ramai dan paling lengkap menu masakannya. Jika dibandingkan dengan warung warung sejenis. Warung Ibu ini juga banyak direferensikan oleh teman teman netters, selain murah rasanya juga enak.

Ketika Jam menunjukkan Angka sepuluh, kami pun berangkat untuk ke tujuan selanjutnya.
Sasaran perjalanan kami adalah Nusa Dua, ingin maen watersport di Tanjung Benoa. Dari Kuta kami mengambil jalan ke Arah Bandara. Lurus Terus ke Nusa Dua, petunjuk jalan cukup jelas, jadi kami tidak terlalu kesulitan mengarah ke Nusa Dua.
Namun saya sedikit agak kecewa ketika saya berbelok kiri dari Jalan Bypass ke Arah Tanjung Benoa, baru sebentar berbelok sudah ada dua orang naek kendaraan bermotor yang memberikan penawaran kepada saya dan istri agar mengikuti dia. Sepertinya orang ini adalah calo untuk maen watersport. Saya awalnya sempat terkejut, soalnya kondisi masih diatas motor, motornya lagi jalan, ni orang udah ngikutin di sebelah kanan, sambil teriak teriak nawarin.. halah.. orang masih diatas motor!...
"hayo pak ikutin saya .. katanya.. murah pak maennya, paracailing, banana boat, dsb.."
dalam hati saya.. wah.. saya ni belum turun dari motor udah ditawarin sebegitunya...
dan dibelakang saya ada juga motor yang ngikutin, sepertinya calo lain...
dan benar dugaan saya.. begitu saya bilang ngga sama calo pertama, calo kedua ini memepet motor yang saya lagi naikin sama istri.. eh dia juga nawarin... (ini masih naek motor lhoo ) haduh haduh... langsung ill feel saya melihat ada calo seperti ini.. Lha, bagaimana kalau saya udah parkir motor, pasti calonya bejibun... akh, sudahlah, akhirnya saya bicara sama istri, kita putar balik motor, urung ke tanjung benoa.. malas aja ngebayangin dikerubutin calo... hehe.. sori ya para calo watersport.. kaen kale ajaaahh....

Kami pun menuju ke tujuan kami selanjutnya.. yaitu Joger, tempat kaos asli khas bali yang lucu lucu itu lho.. putar arah kembali kearah kuta. Brrmmm....
Well, salut juga ya sama Joger, tidak pernah kehabisan kata-kata, dan tidak buka cabang ditempat lain. Walaupun kemaren di Pasar Sukowati ada Joger Bajakan, tapi ternyata untuk kaos2 tertentu saja. Misalnya tidak boleh warna hitam. kalau putih boleh dibajak. hehe..
Dan di Joger ini ukuran bajunya gede gede.. Ukuran S aja udah gede.. apalagi kalau ukuran XL.. huaaa.. Jumbo sekali... hihi... jadi kalau dijoger, jangan patokan ukuran kaos anda sebelumnya. ukur aja langsung dengan badan Anda. Eh, ukuran S ternyata pas di badanku hihi.. Smal smal small... o,ya kalau mau cari kemeja yang oke punya, masuk aja ke Joger ekslusif, saya beli kemeja hitam kerennnn.. mayan mahal sih 200.rb. tapi ekslusif dan oke punya.. ngga kecewa.. ngga ada ditempat lain nihh.. hehe.. sambar...

Wah, cukup lama kami singgah berbelanja di joger. ngga kerasa udah jam satu lewatt... Selain memang jogernya yang ramai, kasir ngantri, juga cukup banyak beli oleh oleh.. hehehe...
Abis shopping, kami makan siang disekitar joger. cukup banyak warung dan kedai makanan yang enak. setelah itu kami putuskan untuk kembali ke Penginapan, meletakkan oleh oleh dan istirahat sebentar. Toh tak jauh dari lokasi Joger...

Nah, setelah istirahat, sekitar Pkl. 14.30, tujuan terakhir kami adalah pura uluwatu, salah satu objek wisata yang katanya wajib dikunjungi di Bali. sebenarnya di awal kami di Bali, kami sudah melewati uluwatu, namun waktu itu kami ke pantai Blue Point, dan melihat tari kecak di GWK. jadi tari kecak di Uluwatu belum kami saksikan. Setelah googling sebentar, ternyata ada pantai lagi di Uluwatu, namanya pandai padang padang, kabarnya cukup terkenal dan cukup Indah.
Akhirnya kami putuskan ke pantai padang padang terlebih dahulu. lalu Pkl17.00 ke Pura Uluwatu.
Dari kuta kami ambil jalan bypass, kemudian ke arah Uluwatu, kembali melewati GWK dan Dreamland. Sekarang udah ngga nyasar lagi hihi.. udah tau jalan.. kebutt..bruuummm.....
Arah ke pantai padang padang pas sampai pura uluwatu kearah kanan, nanti ada jalan padang padang.. jangan sungkan bertanya kalau ngga tau hihi.. cukup terkenal kok...
Pantai padang padang cukup unik, karena kita harus melewati celah karang untuk sampai ke bibir pantai. asyiknya, di pantai yang indah ini, kita bisa melihat ikan2 kecil yang indah, dengan mata telanjang. asyik buat snoorkling. Pantainya pun lumayan landai... jadi aman kalau mau berenang bagi anak anak. Berikut foto fotonya.:

Puas maen dipantai. Pukul 16.30, kami menuju pura uluwatu. tidak jauh dari Pantai, 10 menit sampai ke Pura. di Pura uluwatu ini juga banyak monyet monyet yang berkeliaran bebas. hati hati dengan barang bawaan anda. o,ya kalau pakai celana pendek harus pakai sarung seperti biasa. Pura ini cukup unik karena persis di ujung tebing. dari sekitar pura, kita bisa memandang keindahan lautan dan melihat deburan ombak. Duduk di pinggir tebing juga menjadi sebuah pengalaman yang begitu indah. Luar biasa. Subhanallah ciptaan Allah...

Nah, tepat pukul 18.00 akan diadakan tari kecak di salah satu panggung di kawasan Pura. Tiketnya lumayan mahal. 50.000 rupiah. Tapi saya penasaran sekali dengan tari kecak di pura uluwatu ini. Soalnya panggung di set terbuka dan mengarah ke arah matahari tenggelam, jadi backgroundnya adalah sunset.. woww...
nah, bagi teman2, saran saya kalau melihat tari kecak disini, datang agak cepat, biar bisa milih tempat duduk yang pas depannya sunset. Waktu kami datang, udah agak penuh, jadi tidak pas didepan saya sunset. melainkan sunsetnya agak kekiri sedikit.
Sama seperti tari kecak di GWK, crita yang diangkat tetap cerita ramayana, rahwana dan hanoman. namun di uluwatu ini, kesannya lebih eksotis karena sunset sebagai background, lautan dan teater yang terbuka.. Amazing showw.. kalau ke bali wajib kesini memang...

Sekitar Pkl 19.oo lebih pertunjukkan tari kecak selesai. Sepertinya selesai pula liburan kami di bali, besok pagi sudah harus kembali ke Jakarta. Eitss. tapi dinner terakhir di Bali harus berkesan. Setelah berbincang bincang dengan istri. Menega di Jimbaran kembali menjadi tujuan. Makan seafood dengan rasa luar biasa enak, di pinggir pantai, ditemani remang lampu minyak, diiringi suara deburan ombak dan ditiup angin laut sepoi sepoi.. hmm romantis yaa...
Yak, dinner di jimbaran menutup liburan cerita kami di Bali.
Setelah puas makan, kami kembali ke penginapan.
Esok Paginya kami pun kembali terbang ke Jakarta dengan pesawat Mandala Air.
Sampai Jumpa Bali....
