They stole my day old daughter out of the local hospital Sept 28, 2011 and the Judge has let them do it. We have pics of bruises on both the kids, my daughter can't even crawl and she had a bruise under her eye and my special needs son has what looked like a belt bruise on his leg yesterday and I have pics please someone help us our legal pretenders don't want to!!!! I am begging!! I want my babies safe and home. My family has been fighting CPS since April 29, 2011 when they took my special needs son out of the only home he ever knew. Linda, From Powell and Associates? I talked to Brett. I went down there to drop off any info that he didnt have and he told me (after looking at everything) that I had a case but that they couldnt pick it up at this time. Case overload? He suggested that L.A. and San Diego was the direction to go.

You are being deprived of your Kinship Care rights. This is often done in violation of the state social service regulations. If it were me I'd read the regulations, print the laws, and file for an administrative hearing. If that is denied to you... you'll have no choice but to go to court.
