Westley, the social workers always try to act like very nice people. That is how they get information out of people, by being buddy-buddy. They then use that information, twist it to sound like something bad, and use it against the parents in court documents. They cannot be trusted no matter how nice they are. My suggestion is to be nice back but inside to keep in mind these people are wolves in sheep’s clothing. If they are not recommending to the court to let the child go home, they are wolves, looking for justifications to keep the children imprisoned.

Faith, as to your sons being blamed for what Paul supposedly did with the adopter’s daughters, I honestly believe it is her fault only. What kind of NUT would adopt five unrelated boys to live with her two biological daughters? I mean, really what did she THINK was going to happen when she brought them into her home? Boys will be boys. I call her responsible because she made the decision to bring teenage boys into her home and she didn’t protect her own children. The social workers who allowed these adoptions are culpable as well.

Reina, I disagree with their protocol to offer files only through an appointed attorney. Corrupt, corrupt, corrupt! They are going to hide things, no doubt. But I would wait and see what the attorney gets. Has Debbie agreed to request the file?

Reina - about the request for jury trial - I’m sorry but I have no idea when or how to use it. I’m not a working paralegal - I just had classes and got a paralegal degree about twenty years ago. Since then I’ve been a webmaster working out of my home in the mountains nearly 100 miles from the nearest law office.

If at all possible I would hire a private attorney for a consultation once a month. I’d look for one who has sued CPS in the past using the county courthouse database, and then offer that person $100 just to talk for however long $100 would be good for… the purpose being to give suggestions only, on how to proceed.

Faith,
I’m at work but will try to send as mug as possible now. I’m sorry I though
Steven was yours, I do believe he was set up or pushed over the edge as well! I
have known Jessica since 2005, Paul used to date my sister …. He was a
wonderful boy and I don’t believe for a second that he did what Jessica accused
him off. If he needs anything I would love to help him as well! I believe the
money was going to be up so she tried to do what she could to get rid of him,
she is always flashing the checks around that she gets from them, Jessica was
friends with my parents when she was with Steve then she tried being my friend
however I could never stand her, by the way I’m 23 I don’t want you to think I’m
some teenager. I have learned about jessicas punishments from her mouth

Okay so When Paul got kicked out of school that morning he had been out in the
ditch since 5 am picking rocksbout of the ditch then had to go straight a kid
made fun of him and he got in a fight can u blame him? Those children are slaves
to her. She has said she won’t give them clean underwear unless they smell them
an they are clean if one were to wet the bed she would make them sleep in it.
She would make them sleep outside. She went around telling eveyone about their
so called pasts. Whn she meant Josh she was gone all the Time he played
basketball with my husband and she was always at his games late at night 30
minutes from home with no kids you would always see her and Josh but no kids.
Steve was a good man! I then worked at the mall and always seen her getting
manicures and pedicures, highlights and shopping all the while never having a
job other than the kids, she bragged about the clothing allowence she got and
that she didn’t have to pay much
for her house because the state helped since she had foster kids. She told how
Paul and the other boys were molested and beat, how they were forced to have sex
with older women and you guys video taped it. How the boys would stay out in the
streets while you guys were in bars or in strip clubs that that’s why the boys
know how to dance well because you had them always in bars. Pretty much that you
neglected them they starved the list goes on and on. I can see how much you care
for your children and how much you will fight for them. Faith I do not know
where he is however if you keep my name a secret for now I’m sure I could figure
out for you, I will try my hardest in the morning no matter how hard it is to
hold my younger from telling people what I really think. I don’t know the story
of the day at all, I wish I knew something can u tell me anything of the day?
I’m out of state now so didn’t even get the news. Jessica thinks she is so hot!
She is
always bragging and flirting with everyone including the high school boys it’s
embarrasing for her! I hope to talk soon and will send you more info and
sinerios as I remember them

address. She thinks that people telling the truth about stories she runs around
and tells about herself is slander? So when she tells about the punishments and
such is she slandering herself? She is so sad

So today was court…it was hard to go to and listen to these “Allegations” of Fictitious by proxy against my mother. Hired a private lawyer but he was a “no show” so we had two public defenders helping us (by the way if i might add were very kind). They both explained to us that what they are doing is WRONG and they are going to help us as best as possible. We were even told that they way they conducted this was all WRONG, there was a documented of i believe 17 cops that raided the house with 2 social workers (the social worker BTW also sounded very nice and polite but im going to listen to you guys and take her as the plaintiffs of this case) at which the social worker even told me that the police (county) that did that was very wrong. I think the most upsetting out of this as well is that they put my sister in some Psych eval. and my sister called me crying saying that they are telling her how bad my mom is and that she has done wrong (at which i dont think they should be trying to brain wash my sister) Anyways….ive already been told the County has done wrong by what they did, and the lawyers say this is all “Bogus”. Like i said though im going to keep updating, and we are gonna fight.
