Bhudhau Critisizes President of Solivakasama Worldwide Movement Tui Savu

First the disclaimer – I don't think much of this Tui Savu and I think
the democracy movement would be better off without these people who
have their own agenda.

First the guys seems to have an ego issue with his "Solivakasama is
one of Fiji's most popular freedom blog sites" – I don't see the
relevance of that. Then he talks about how "I have been a constant
critic against the Military Dictator Commodore Frank Bainimarama prior
to his December 2006 coup up to the current time."
This ain't about Tui Savu

As a lawyer, I am sure Savu is aware of how you lay the foundation
before you introduce evidence – but still this has to be relevant.
Savu then talks about "the torture and unlawful treatment of Prof.
Brij Lal an Australian citizen"

Brij Lal was taken in for questioning regarding his statement to the
media – that was not illegal – and the torture that Savu is talking
about was described by Lal as some verbal abuse – there was some
pissed of soldier questioning Lal yelled at him and I think used foul
language –

Savu as a lawyer should know what torture is and what is unlawful.
Fiji had every right to kick out Dr Lal.

Savu then goes of on Gates, he should not know full well that Gates
has not violated any Australian law – if he has taken up that position
in Fiji in violation of Fijian law, then it is up to the Fijian
authorities now or a future government in Fiji to deal with this. This
is where the sovereignty issue come in and no internal interference.

Savu then brings up the Prasad case, how Gates had ruled in that case.
In law there is something called precedent and if a judge rules
contrary to that precedent, usually the judge distinguishes this case
in point – how this case is different from the previous case. In the
Qarase v. Bainimarama, Gates had clearly distinguished that Prasad
case – I suggest that Savu go read the last Gates decision .

Savu also mentioned several other Australian and Kiwis who have taken
up positions in Fiji – they are not violating any laws in their own
country – if they are violating a Fijian law – it is Fiji's internal
issue.

Otherwise, ANZ can pass legislation to address such issues. Savu is
asking Australia to pass such laws. I am sure Australia has looked
into it. And there is precedent for such legislation. Australians who
molest or abuse children abroad can be prosecuted back in Australia.

He then goes on as to why it is in ANZ interests to wipe out the coup
culture in Fiji. The coup culture in Fiji is the problem of the people
of Fiji. Even by making that suggestion that Australia should
interfere in this matter – Savu is defeating his own purpose.

If I had some time, I would further tear apart this Savu guys argument
– but I think above show the kinda lawyer this guy is.

If this is what the Democracy Movement in Fiji has – people like Tui
Savu leading the movement then I definately agree with Ofa GOD BLESS
FIJI…because we do need that.

Bainimarama and police commis Teleni are trying to crush each other

Bainimarama has issued a directive to the FBC and Fiji TV to ban all publlic broadcasts conducted by brothers Esala Teleni and Atu Vulaono's Soul to Jesus crusade, an out-reach Teleni has imposed onto his entire Police Force with some having been sacked for their unwillingness to join the new cult.

Frank's latest move against Teleni shows the continuation of disagreement, dissention and fall out between Bainimarama and his holly spirit filled police commish.

Its about time that Bainimarama sacks Teleni.

Fiji Police commish overspend budget by $17million in 10 months

It has come to the attention of the JUNTA PM's office the massive abuse and busting of the Police Force budget. Sources say that Teleni has over spent his budget by a massive $17m in a period of 10 months.

This shows a clear sign of negligence, abuse, poor financial management and a lack of basic accounting procedures in the Police Force.

New police uniforms cost government millions

It has been revealed that new Police uniforms has cost the Govt millions of dollars. These uniforms were being made by coup apologist and supporter LOTUS GARMENTS , a company owned by Padam Lala.

So here we go again folks. The names of all beneficiaries to the coup are slowly coming out. Our sources said that the last Govt cheque issued to Lotus Garments to cover for installment payments for uniforms was returned to sender because the cheque bounced from the bank.

It reminds us of the fact that this was the same deadly combination of Teleni & Lala that abused the making of military uniforms some years back. This project is still to date un-heard of or un -recorded.

Its a wonder why FICAC has not bothered to make investigations here.

Frank Bainimarama’s military government cheque dishonored

We can confirm that Frank's military government cheque has been dishonored with insufficient funds in the account to cover the cheque amount paid out to a pro-coup beneficiary, LOTUS Garments.

This information is said to have been leaked by team Padam Lala themselves, owners of LOTUS Garments, after their repeated efforts to get repaid for the bounced cheque was unsuccessful.

Sources report that the dishonored amount is around $1.5million.

Col Aziz Mohammed to be next Police Commissioner

It has been confirmed that moves are already underway to remove Esala Teleni while Col Aziz Mohammed is earmarked to replace him.

Col Aziz is Merchant Finance Chairman and Fijian Holdings Deputy Chairman, Fiji's public company that recently lost more than $3.7 million in their failed BP Oil buy-out deal.

It is said that Col Aziz is moving in as Police Commish to quash any FHL shareholders complaints and police investigation into his dirty dealings with Sereana Qoro leading up to the flopped deal apart from all the junta's corruptive and criminal activities since pre and post coup 2006.

Col Aziz's Police Commish appointment is another of Frank and Aiyaz's move to cover their criminal tracks while they pursue their unrelenting aspiration to hold onto power for as long as they can.

But will their ploy work?

We think kicking out Teleni will precipitate into something that can destabilise Frank, Aiyaz and Aziz Mohammed's elusive coup world.

Esala Teleni orders fortnightly deduction from police officers for Padam Lala’s Lotus Garments

Commissioner of Police Commodore Esala Teleni has ordered $30 a fortnight to be deducted from the pay packet of each Police Officer to pay for church and sports attire.

The order applies to everyone, the entire 4200 officers in the Force, regardless of whether they go to church or not. Whether they are Hindu. Muslim or Sikh, it does not matter. The only thing that matters is that the new demonic messiah Teleni's satanic fantasies must prevail.

The order, worth $2.5 million, has gone to Lotus Garments as per the directive of the Commissioner himself. No tenders were called for the project.

Each officer is required to pay $510 a year for the purchase of the clothes. For church this entails a three piece suit, two shirts (a long sleeved and a short sleeved shirt and tie; a pair of trousers or a sulu.

The sports gear includes a track suit, a T-shirt and a pair of sports shoes.

This is nothing but a gross imposition on Police Officers. It is a breach of Fiji's Labour Laws under which no deduction can be made from an employee's pay packet without his/her expressed approval.

It is a denial of a person's democratic right, in particular, the right of religious freedom. Anyone who dares oppose or complain loses his/her job. Those who have criticised have already been fired.

Lotus Garments have been known to be associated with corrupt practices involving high ranking army, prisons and police officers for several years now. Obviously big kick backs are involved.

Another company to watch is Niranjans which is a partner in the regime's vehicle leasing scam. More will be revealed later.

CHRISTIAN MISSION: Fijian Police Commissioner, Commodore Esala Teleni has told Fijian-Indian police officers to get out of the force if they can't be loyal to him.

One of Fiji's top coup plotters, Police Commissioner Esala Teleni, has launched an attack on Indians in his force, calling them backstabbers and liars.

And he says any of them who oppose his Christian mission will be booted out of the force.

"No one is going to deter me and my Jesus," he told police in Suva.

The outburst, from a close ally of military supremo Voreqe Bainimarama, is certain to cause alarm as it goes to the heart of Fiji's divisive racial politics.

Bainimarama staged his December 2006 coup claiming he wanted to end racism in the country of 900,000, of whom around 35 per cent are ethnic Indian.

He also kicked out an Australian who headed the police and installed Teleni, then head of the Navy Division of the Fiji Military Forces, as commissioner.

Fiji TV said Teleni called a meeting of senior Indian police officers, where he told them to get out of the force if they can't be loyal to him.

Cameras were not allowed into the meeting but a microphone picked up what he said.

"I don't know what's wrong with you people," he told the Indians.

Teleni recently launched a high profile Christian police crusade and at the meeting he says he never forced the Indian police to join it, only he encouraged them.

Most Fiji Indians are either Hindu or Muslim.

Teleni said he will remove Indians.

"I have a list of people; I'm going to start terminating their services. I am not hesitant to do that."

Fiji TV said Teleni sounded emotional.

"No one is going to deter me and my Jesus. I never talk about your religions. I never discuss your religions because I respect it. But at the same time you just respect my religion. You do not go to the press."

Fiji TV said Teleni then issued what sounded like a warning: "You've never seen my...my other side."

British colonialists imported Indian contract labour to Fiji to work on Australian sugar plantations in the late 19^th and early 20^th century.

But around the 1960s their population was roughly equal to that of the indigenous, sparking political battles over the control of Fiji.

When an Indian dominated government won power in 1987 Sitiveni Rabuka staged the first of his two coups to assert indigenous power. In 1999 an Indian became prime minister, sparking the 2000 George Speight coup.

Bainimarama claimed the elected government of Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase was too nationalistic so he overthrew it.

Greetings in the names of Jesus Christ to the members of the Police Force and their families.

We have just went past the First Quarter of 2009 with satisfactory results. We continued to provide safe environment for our people through reducing crimes and increasing detection rates. However, at the same time we have recorded increase in drug related crimes especially rapes, suicide and breaking down of orders. I take this opportunity to thank you all and your families for your commitment and dedication to duties. Thank you for your support and remained faithful and loyal to the organization and the people of Fiji.

I also thank RPCs and members of the family for hosting and supporting Police Crusade. The crusade is an ongoing strategy for both institutional strengthening (morale, welfare and values) and community policing. The support both from within the family and from outside have been very encouraging. Vinaka Vakalevu.

I also welcome everyone to the second quarter of 2009. The quarter will be exciting and challenging. It will also offer opportunities to all of us.

I encourage and invite you all to remain firm and fast when we go through this quarter. You as a person and the organization will be challenged and tested. Your professionalism, honesty and loyalty to this organization will be continued to be challenged. To remain firm, I invite everyone to understand the following:

We achieved a good record during the first quarter in terms of crime reduction. I expect to improve and better our record during this quarter. Common on our record are drug related crimes and increase in use of fake notes. Everyone is challenged to do their best to eradicate these common problems. This quarter can only be better if we better our performance.

Suva wakes up to heavenly noises as Fiji's Police Force Band and officers excite the Fijian Public with Gospel music and dancing and sharing a common bond- Jesus Christ.

And this is the 'Only strategy' the Fiji Police Force is now implementing in the hope of changing the lives of people whose lives have led them to live a hurtful, troubled, criminal resulting in making irrational choices.

Suva's Sukuna Park begins to flood with different colours of dresses and Sulu's, Bula shirts and all other accessories- as wives, children unemployed youths, fathers and all different races meet as one to enjoy a day of getting to hear God's living word.

What does Fiji Police need a new building for?

Thousands of civil servants have been sacked for turning 55 and yet the police claim they need to build a new building to house their headquarters. The obvious question is why can’t they use some of the empty space created by all the sackings.
The obvious answer is that the building is to house the enormous ego and bloated body of the fake Commissioner.
This is the one person that the Dictator has to kowtow to. He just can’t say No to this bloated megalomaniac .
Schools are being starved of money and left without teachers, hospitals are falling to pieces and most roads are a joke, but the police must have their new headquarters. The massive ego of its commissioner has to be appeased with grandiose plans.
This rot cannot last but the damage it’s doing while it lasts is almost beyond belief.
