No more worries about wasting coffee in the pot.Very convenient making single cup coffee.Since it's just Him and I in the House. More often we ended up just throwing left over coffee using the old coffee maker we had.We got ours last year and gave a friend one too for Christmas. Well, with this one no hassle and easy clean up.Just stick in the little K-cup and close the top then Ola , instant brewing and coffee is quick and ready. They have different flavor's/varieties of k-cup to choose from , my favorite is the Breakfast Blend. For more wonderful feature's check it out.

Few days ago,I saw this show on TV about Filipino food and they featured Tocino's and Longganisa..I cant help it but too drool with a great looking food.esp with pork tocino. They even mentioned recipes and all. But can't find some ingredients at the store. So I decided to make my own and make it easier for me to do.well, close enough and it tasted very good as I tried experimenting with this recipe.

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork loin ( thin sliced)

2 cups sprite

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:

1.Combine,stir all the ingredients in a shallow container

2. Marinate and refrigerate pork overnight

3. In a large skillet, cook marinated meat on its own sauce, let it simmer until meat is tender, Add 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil continue cooking until the meat caramelized, flip meat regularly to avoid meat burning.

Pork Afritada is a great Filipino Recipe. It's main ingredients are pork, tomato sauce, and vegetables. My husband and I was off work today, and thought I'd surprise him with a nice meal for lunch while I was waiting for him to come home from the Gym. I like Afritada alot, as my mom would always cook this for my dad. They both love this Filipino Recipe. I added corn in this recipe as I experimented on this. It turned out great. Sure enough, when he came home I was done cooking and had the recipe ready. He was surprised and couldn't wait to try, so instead of hopping in the shower he sat down right away and dined with me.
