As i am sitting at meiling coffee shop having 排骨饭加两粒蛋 by myself, the breeze was extremely chilling tonight. Finally i have some time sitting down, slow down and think.

Just watched the razor tv, the date loft, seeing the glamorous lady, an ex-pageant had been hunting very long for her happiness. She is coming to her late twenties. (28) Still so picky. Ya la. Its her whole life of happiness at stake. Cannot fault her for being careful right.

For girls, 25-27 you are yet to marry you are call 剩女. 28-32 you are middle class sheng called 剩斗士. From 32-36 you are dangerous already. They call you the high class sheng, 斗战剩佛 and 36 onward, the special class 齐天大剩 belong to you.

Sometime its wise to be cautious when choosing the right one. But don't be overly picky. That isn't the best one out there, only the most suitable one. Many a time, when finally u lose someone away and you will see it from her next relationship that you actually think why you didn't seize the chance and let it slip away.

2011 no resolution

I reckon that I didn't follow much to my new year resolution but did manage to obtain quite a number on my wishlist. In my poly time, i was quite productive and achiever. After i start working, things completely changed. I felt I lost all my mojo, live is such boring and mundane. Nevertheless, setting resolution had became a routine so here it goes.

Game "Werewolf" at Batam Harris

Over the weekend when for a getaway at Batam with Hippocampus. I thought its was going to bore me to hell, turn out it was pretty fun. Probably again, those are all youngster and undergrad, by right should be more happening.

I reached on time while many other was late, there is problem at confirming the ticket as the queue was quite long. End up we missed the 840am ferry and had to take the 1015am one. Hence we lost the whole tour package itinerary.

Checked in to Harris and spent the day at Nagoya. Dinner at one of the street store and end up we the 18 pax made a bunch of orders.

In the night, where I was introduce the game “werewolf”, OMG, it is the best game ever. Very similar to survivor where you had to defend yourself not to get voted off during “tribal council”. The game goes something like this:

Example of group of 10 are play the game, 2 will be assigned as werewolves, 1 hunters and the rest as villager. Add in optional roles to increase difficulty. The game is over when either all werewolves were killed or all villagers had been hanged.

The roles

there will be 4 basic roles with 3 optional roles,

The narrator: The person who host the game with the power to assign roles of his choice. A spectators so to speak.

The werewolf: Able to murder villager during “night fall” when all villager are sleeping.

The hunter: Able to hunt the werewolf during night fall and convince all villager to hang werewolf during daylight.

The villager: To join in tribal council during daylight with the ability to nominate and vote of person to hang.

The child (Optional): Ability to “peep” during night fall and assist the hunter to identify the werewolf. Single handedly the most powerful role in the game

The witch (Optional): To heal a person during nightfall and prevent death on subsequent day / to kill a person. The witch cannot win or lose the game, the role is basically for amusement purpose.

The Necromancer (Optional): To revive the dead

The sequence

“Assign”: Narrator assign roles with all players’ eyes closed. Tap on players’ shoulder to assign role.

“Confirmation”: Confirmation of roles, by calling each individual roles to open and shut their eyes. One after another role.

“Nightfall”: All villager goes to sleeper, werewolves opens eye and kills 1 or 2 villager at wills.

“Hunting”: All villager and werewolves goes to sleep and hunter to open eyes and by pointing the person he think it’s a werewolves and narrator will acknowledge yes or no to him.

“Floating phase”: If there are optional roles, each role open and shut eyes by sequent and use their abilities. The little child can peep during “nightfall” phase only and are killed instantly if spotted by werewolf. Pointing from werewolves during night fall kill the little girl.

“Daylight”: All players to open eyes and nominate 3 person to be hanged. Each will have the chance to justify and redirect the accusation.

“Review”: Once voting had been casted, narrator to review werewolves roles if killed, all other roles killed will remain anonymous. Which follows by “Nightfall” > “Hunting” > “ Floating” so on and so fore.

Everytime I tell my mum about my intention to venture into business, she never fails to pour an icy cold bucket of water down my head.

She will then list down a series of example how many of the people she knew failed in business, including the joint venture with my father year ago. Reassuring me that its very hard or impossible indeed to be sucessful. All the uncertainities, insecurity, time and efforts to be put in etc etc. She encourage me to stay one more year. People always waiting for the right timing to move. There is no right timing for me. Right time to do it, is to do it now.

But thanks for all of the people who puts me down and questioning my abilities. As a kid with rebellious nature, the more opposition voice I garner just add fuel to my passionate flame within my inner soul. Just like Naruto, the nine tail beast had been seal into my soul since young, and ready to offer me the unmatchable strength upon request.

Even geomancer said my life weights 3.7 ounce heavier, ie, they thought I just might not be fated to venture business but hell with it. I am going to try anyway, if I fail, I will borrow money from bank and retry. They say if you are still alive, you can always back trace your life. I had made a couple of wrong turns in life and while I still do not have much commitment, I can still afford to persue my dream and passions. Bup not for very long, I need to settle.

Just when I thought admin building renovation is easy. Problems started to surface. I am bless with 3 on going project to keep my working hours occupied. On the weekend moon lighting with YS. As and when do some trading. My life is so full of myself right now. Oh ya, still that is toast master club and the SDN. Might wanna go join the party on 16th Dec :)

Batam trip soon, then follow by shen zhen trip and thailand trip. Or and Naruto and survivor and 百里挑一。good job, gary.

Probably going 东门 this week and hope can go skating on weekend.

Really neglected the blog for like the pass one year. I felt miserable for failing to update my blog, which were once like a commitment I did weekly. Blame it on my work, nothing really interesting to blog nowaday. My phone had not been taking picture like they did last time. Actually my phone didn't take any photo at all.

I want to change another way of blogging. Don't want to post food and place anymore. Now I want it to be thoughts provoking entries.

Okie, update for my life. For past 3 months, I had been working hard at work, explored the option of entrepreneur with a join venture. Failed. Now trying to clear stock with buddy's help. Set up an online store. Watch 百里挑一，谁能，survivor season 23. Oh btw, I hope ozzy can win one time this round. Coach, suck balls.

This 2 got together today, which I think is very fake. Don't know why. I think the guy is lame.

Toast Master Project 2: Organising your speech

I thought I am able to pull off the prepared speech unprepared. I was assuming I could flow out my presentation impromptu for project 2. Seem I had overestimated. In reality, my content flew left right center, all over the shop. Got myself a recorder standing of 36 false filler for the evening. I was so engrossed in my thoughts I didn't realise my time had exceed 7 minutes, and I was still carried on and on. Until the 3 repeated bells then I realised that I exceed the allowable timing by 1:42s.

Nevertheless, I am grate I went through, although I had to redo project 2. Thanks Sam, my mentor for the motivation. He's my role model sia, within 1 year already managed to attain ACB. Thanks Peter Lee was the motivational speech on "just do it", thanks Jimmy on the "pursue of happiness" that taught me the moment of life is to have fun at that moment, "Why So Serious".

Today i will be speaking on generation difference very broadly. They are classed into 3 category. Gen x, y and z. And I will be touching more on the gen Y because I am a generation Y myself. I am going to share my experience as a children of 80s, what are some of the things that not longer seen in the recent years. Lastly, I will say how the 80s children are different and how to integrate us into your company.

Today we are not talking about Gen X or Gen Z. I want to talk about Gen Y. Children of the 80s

You know that you are a Gen Y when:

You find pager to be cool. You know the pager code 1771554 stands for miss you. 5121314 stands for I love you for the rest of my life.

You will keep all those cool bus ticket with nice number combination, folded in heart shape and put in in your wallet but all others at the back of the seat cushion. Last time when I take bus, I always had the chance to scrutinise all those mini "advertisement" on the back of the seat. Etc calling who who who for certain services so on and so fore. Nowadays advertise on back of the seat is banned.

If you grew up reading books from bookworm club and watch cartoon like Tom and Jerry, the two immoral cat and mouse chasing each other all day. The funny thing about Tom and Jerry is, you will ever know the ending of the story. I sometime even question myself, is there an ending to their misery. But if you are born after the 80s, you most likely be watching anime instead. You see, if you ask me, I profound classified these 2 by its origin. Cartoon as american production and anime as Japanese production. Right? No wrong. Cartoon and anime now differentiate you from a cool guy and a not so cool guy. Nowadays, if you ask youngster what they do for past time, they will proudly tell you, they watch anime like Naruto and bleach. You know it acceptable. I don't know why, but if teenager comes up and tells me that he spend his time watching cartoon, I think he is probably gay.

Autograph book

If you are children of 80s, you will remember Singapore football as a glory against Malaysia. Star player like Fandi ahmad, steven tan, lim tong hai, Sundramoothy, david lee brought Singapore a glory victory in 1994. Now we can't even pronoun our soccer player names anymore. I still remember when I was a little kid, my father brought me to Pahang Stadium to watch Malaysia cup. Which Singaporean nowadays still cross over borders to catch Singapore football? What a great time to remember that time, for me at least. Ever since then, we introduced S league, our singapore team is no longer so singaporean anymore. The good old time of kallang wave and chanting of oled oled just faded away toward the end 90s.

So if the above sound familiar to you, then congratulation you and I are the same frequency. We are the generation Y population a.k.a the Millennials. Unlike the Gen Z, we are not born natively in the world wide web era. Nevertheless, we grew through the internet era. We are the hybrid between five stones, pesi cola 1,2,3 and also counter strike and dota. We got the best of both worlds.

We generally more ambitious, more brand conscious and tend to hop around job more often. We have limited loyalty to our company, insist on working in a simulating job environment. We talk about job satisfaction and work life balance.

So how do company going to integrate the 80s into their company. We are tech savvy, make use of us. SOme people can easily create website, modelling and simple marketing tools like the new media. Make use of us to make us feels worthy.

Give us challenging task or problem to solve.

Are they for real. It looks so easy.

Take a look at Richard, not being mean or anything, but kissing a girl like this. You must be kidding. Anyway, Richard happens to be my favorite geek for "Beauty and the Geek" Season 1. Oh, just so happen that I love Mindi too :) Her beauty isn't just skin deep, beyond her skin she is quite intellectual and composed. Is this world fair? Is smart and beautiful even legal together?

I am totally hook onto reality TV. Those who know me, knew. Survivor, Hell Kitchen, Amazing Race, Fear Factor, Beauty and the Geek. I mean my point is I am really into reality TV. So what so compelling for me to RTV. Okie. Just like what you can't get in your own reality, you would like to see others have it in their reality. So that it reminds us, life is not so damn hopeless. When I can point my finger at someone and say: "See, Richard that freak gets to make out with Mindi. So why not me?"

Pass my class 3, again

Super happy, i passed my class 3. Again. Haha. 4 demerit pts at parrarell and inapprocrate gear. Aiya nemind abput the mistake lah. Importantly, is the result and not the process mah.

Actually I am a very good driver minus again drink driving. I got class 3 in 2003 and since, been actively driving all sort of cars. In army. I drove the land rovers, MIni MP, 3 tons, 5 tons and lightstike. I hit my 10000km mark in ADF and converted to civillance licence. Personally i drove Honda civil 99. No only I had Class 2B and rided Wave, phathom and spark for 4 years.

Just wanna hao lian a bit. Thank ypu very much. Now getting my licence back, happy lo.

Fuzzy Logic vs Artificial Neural Network Real life examples

To I will be talking about Android. No the next big thing from Google to counter on Apple IOS, rather its authentically refers to the artificial intelligence of robots. You heard of the 3 laws? I picked that up from Irobot by Wills Smith. I didn't thought the 3 laws mentioned is actually documented as literature for robots design in the real world.

1) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2) A robot must obey any orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3) A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

It interesting to realize that the control philosophy behind robot is auto learning, auto generating and auto complicate using codes, where its written in such a way its beyond human interference. It can really create some trouble for the humanity if the code is written open ended with the robot to self learn and self taught. It hard to describe this phenomenon, so thats why I-robot was film as a movie.

Fundamentally, robots are run under 2 major core of logics. Namely the "fuzzy logic" for reasoning, and "artificial neural network" for perspective. I know its jargonism, but stay with me or stay with will smith, its really getting interesting. For example sake, we say we put an android to drive from point A to point B while driving straight on the center of road

Fuzzy logic
The idea of reasoning. It like introducing human perspective to it, you define if too left steer right and vice versa. So once this code of "reasoning" is given to the android, you do not have to guide him to drive, he will reason out and drive till objective is meet.

Artificial Neural Network
This like a new baby, zero knowledge. You have to teach them a few time and let them learn by experience. Or with a set of data first. So as android begin to learn with their set of data, they will know which route is the less setback or risk to take. That define their decision. But the route they take today will not be the route they take tomorrow.

My interpretation on human contexts

Fuzzy logic is someone will very strong set of theory based knowledge and a good decision maker. Before they commit a decision, they will make decision as and when along the course of the route and are generally a good starter to getting things done.

For Neural network, the person always do not know very much how to analysis. They make decision based on past experience and like seeing things at the big picture to try getting the best / worst case scenario. They are not good in entrepreneur but good at supervision of work as this work best on past experience.

I am a very "Neural" person, I wish to pick up some "fuzzy logic". I really think that I am thinking too much. I am a slow learner because I am constantly learning from trial and error for my database. The more mistake I do, the more correct my next decision will be. Am I making any senses here?

There is risk in doing everything. Business investment or decision but its all about risk management. I love my new risk, exotic mobile collection. Iys like my life is on the line, a signal loss will lock up the Jap phone.

Sharp 940sh release in dec 2010. Totally killed N8 split second. Unforunately, media is locked down, gonna go unlock it by experts. Will this be an investment?

Finally hacked my N8 with Belle after a long thought. So unlock N8 to its full potential and I ask, is N8 xenon flash really worth me going this long a way? I thought no. N82 still ultimate and N8 still hasn't manage to replace my N82. Still love it.

Someone gave this Jap phone to me.

So now i am a official flip phone fanboy.

Now BB flip 8220. Finally I see some remarkable flips. With 3.5mm thats awesome, surprise to find stereo speaker loud and crisp, its almost the N95 level 85% as loud. Built in Wifi a big
Plus and music playback is Dr Dreably good. Remarkable. I hate its suretype keypad, its battery life and its camera. Or it lags too.

Travelling alone in KL

Sitting in the pub alone in KL is a strange feeling. Seldom I get to have this kinda alone time. The experience to travel alone to unknown places is a mixed bag. I am excited and scared at the same time. I felt aslept in the bus to KL and woke up to realise half of the bus were gone!!! Looking around for familiar face, none!' i panicked to look around for sign, none shown to KL. I was like thinking, are they on the way to penang or something?? Kan jiong de yao si. Found out there were several drop off point and i had yet reach time square.

Finally cao yuan reached time square. Then i had a good time walking around to find the capsule hotel. By then it was already 1 plus. So i walked around, finally settle myself into one Oasis pub. Finally familiar chinese faces :)

Travel alone, is it a good idea at all?

Wakie from UFO capsule's chill and dirty bed, i am going to start my full day at Chinatown.

Day 2

A hell lots of walking to save on transport cost. All saving pretty much thrown back into fine dining. In Sin, i could part with the cash but once the currency is not SGD, it quickly became insignificant.

First stop to chinatown, nothing much pretty much like the one in Singapore. Monster beat B grade selling at RM60. With N8 GPS, i made my way to Ponork Lodge, my second lodging place. Shared room with an Indonesian and another Indian guy. After bathing, went down to a Pub to have lunch, ordered Braised Lamb with mint sauce. Hmmm. Not bad. Went up to dorm and fell asleep :) till 5pm, half day gone. Then start on my shopping trip, one significate mention is the pivilion, newly open just like the one we have in Sin, ion. High class shopping isnt really my type so i venture down to bench club cafe, since still early, i went to have my dinner at a steak house.

After dinner went to beach club to have a drink, leaving as quickly as i came. That place is for old uncle and lots of KFC offering finger licking good services. And bad news came just in the nick of time, i will be flying hong kong and china alone. I unrelucant to travel alone, i will however stll make the best out of it.

The third morning, shop around bintang and time square. Brought, belt, wallet, slipper etc etc. Time is really dragging for me, i cant remember how many coffee stop and sitting around. Do look forward china trip and hope i can get some really good deal back :) ciao.

Butterfly metamorphosing

Life is beautiful and great by its own entity.

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly.
One day a small opening appeared.
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours
as it struggled to squeeze its body through the tiny hole.
Then it stopped, as if it couldn’t go further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly.
He took a pair of scissors and
snipped off the remaining bits of cocoon.
The butterfly emerged easily but
it had a swollen body and shriveled wings.

The man continued to watch it,
expecting that any minute the wings would enlarge
and expand enough to support the body,
Neither happened!
In fact the butterfly spent the rest of its life
crawling around.
It was never able to fly.

What the man in his kindness
and haste did not understand:
The restricting cocoon and the struggle
required by the butterfly to get through the opening
was a way of forcing the fluid from the body
into the wings so that it would be ready
for flight once that was achieved.

Sometimes struggles are exactly
what we need in our lives.
Going through life with no obstacles would cripple us.
We will not be as strong as we could have been
and we would never fly.
So have a nice day and struggle a little and teach well.

First Lesson

We learned that sometime struggles are needed in our life to propel ourselves into greater heights. We need to solve problems to evolve and learn how to change to a better person. Problems can be a helpful obstacle that once we manage to get past it, we will gain tremendous insights and experience that will be most helpful to our personal growth.
We can either see problems as something desirable or something undesired. Most people will find that they would like to have no problems at all in their life and some people see problems as challenges that will propel them to greater heights. It is our own perception that derives the meaning of problems. You can see problems in a good way or bad way and either way you are right. The only thing that matters is how you define them.

Most people want to have a smooth sailing life with no problems at all. It is definitely not possible and so what if you have life without problem? Wouldn’t it be boring if everything that happened was what you expected? If you can achieve anything without hard work, will there be a feeling of ecstasy after you achieve something great? Why people like sports, start a business or playing games? Because it is hard,challenging and winning it makes you feel proud of your achievement.

Life is definitely full of problems and we will learn to view it as challenges and be stronger and better each and everyday.

Second Lesson

In the story we have seen that the guy helped to cut the cocoon and allow the butterfly to come out of the cocoon easily out of his kindness. But is he really helping the butterfly? He indirectly caused the butterfly to crawl on the floor for the rest of its life even though he don’t want to.

We have learned that we need to be more aware of the situation before lending help. Do not offer help that allows the person a temporary relief and cause him to lose out more in life. Do not offer people the easy way out when you know that they can do it. Allow them to shine and prosper! Do you let your classmate copy your work because they don’t know how to solve the questions? Do you offer to help people around you and let them have the easy way out and unknowingly causing them unable to shine on their own? If you are, don’t do it. Let them grow and shine, I am sure that down the road they will be grateful to you.

Okie to start off, let me point out one mistake a lot of people is making, … unintentionally. My name Gary is spelt as G A R Y and not G A R R Y. Let me teach you a way to remember it, just remember this 4 words “Girl always remember you”. You take out the first letter of each word, that make up my name.

For my today’s project I will be telling you what I had done in the past, what I am doing now and what I am going to do in the next future. Basically it will be like a fast track short story of my life in 6 minutes and under.

Past

My family consists of my father, my mother and me. I do not have sibling hence I am the only child and there is both good and bad being an only child. When I was young, I was not allowed to play toy or watch TV. My father used to be a very strict. My parent gave me my sets of keys when I was 6, and I was taught to be very independent. I would buy my own lunch, bring myself to school and take my own bus. During school, I was always the rebellious and problematic kid in class, always getting into trouble. I guess I didn't get enough attention that I wanted. However, it was this lack of guidance and negliance; I had to learn everything by the hard way which later proven to be a working formula for me.

I am a late achiever. I had taken O level 4 times before passing as a private candidate. By then I was already 23. Compare to my peers which are 19 when they go college, I was already 4 years late. My interests are computer and graphic design, but my mum had always wanted me to do accountant for career prospect. In the end I had compromised by taking up civil engineering. That time I thought civil engineer can design building, obliviously I was wrong. I do not know what happen to me, suddenly I became very focus and objective driven, I quickly jump from a grade E student to a grade A student, I even got sponsorship for my education and grant entry to local U. I mean nowadays degree grad is not that uncommon but for my standard, I think I manage to surprise a good couple of people.

Present

Currently I am working off my bond with my company. SembCorp, a water recycling company. I was assign to project development where we manage the construction schedule and stuffs. It’s a good company however, I realize I do not have the passion to move along this career path. Being a late achiever never get to me and bring me down, instead I was graced the opportunity to take the long way and meet a diversified group of people. It trained me to see things from a different perspective.

This year I met with an unfortunate event. I used to ride a motorcycle. I got all my licenses revoked for drink driving so I was forced to sell away my motorbike. I had to retake my Class 3 driving and current still doing my Final Theory Test. For better or for worse, this could be the only reason that I quit riding. Just like the Iphone tagline: “It changes everything.” My whole lifestyle had to change drastically, I mean I had been riding for 5 years already. So not used to taking public transport.

Luckily, this unfortunate events didn’t literally "kill" me but instead had made me stronger. I am blessed with an optimistic personality, I always get to see the bright side of everything. Every mistake that I had made was a lesson well learnt. To me, learn from mistake is the most efficient way of learning. Hence my motto in life is : ”If you never made any mistake, you have learnt nothing new”

Future

So moving forward, I am still in the progress of orientating my direction in life. My inspiration is to be like Steven Job or Donald Trump. They are all the big players in the top earning millionaire. A common trait is that they are both a great sale man and a great entrepreneur . Actually I am quite inspirited by those you sees selling brooms outside NTUC. They stand there speaking assertively like a stand-up comedian, it's so fun to watch. I think toastmaster can help me to become an extrovert speaker like them. I am planning to start a small handphone business and of course I wish to end up a person like Steve Job.

So to wrap up, I am enjoying my moment now. I am glad I when through all the ups and downs, the right decisions and the bad one. I believe in what I had done in the past made me who I am today. And I am very proud about myself task far. I was thinking of a good way to end off with a nice conclusion. It will not go too far off by using famous quotes. So… I would like to end my speech with an anonymous quote from my facebook “The richest person is not the one who has the most, but is the one who needs the least.” Thanks you.

Recommend to watch English sitcom like "How I meet your mother". Do not refer to notes too often.

Doing Table Topic

Yesterday went for second session of toastmaster, schedule were as usual. Prepare speeches to evaluation to table topic. I guess the only involvement was the self introduction and table topic. Second session but I have been volunteering table topic for both session. Something to be proud of. People were saying I am very courageous and motivated to learn.
I drink too much coffee that afternoon, getting all rowdied and restlessed. Butterflies in stomach and heart pounching really fast.

Table topic was hard. Question : “If music are to be in human voice, it shall not exist in the first place”. I don’t think I understood the sentence then and till now I don’t think I quite get what it is trying to say.

I always got those hard and irrelevant topics, where I can’t apply my experience in life. So had to threw out trash. I think I didn’t do as well as the previous attempt, I rate myself 6/10. I construct was all over the place, idea were not conise and lack the punch line. I had 13 false-filler where 5 were “eh/ah” and 3 “so” etc. Displayed nervousness was 8/10. Bernard said he didn’t sense that I am nervous. I didn’t know whether to believe him or not.

I am going to crash other club with Bernard and Sam soon. I have to wait for 2 more months to do my first project. I am glad I paid for the membership and did 2 table topic, show that I am committed to improve my public speaking. All of the best of being MC for Lilian’s wedding 

Workplace interpersonal skill at MIS

Attended the "workplace interpersonal skill" workshop at MIS. Special thanks for the trainer Celiecia, for being so motivating and encouraging. She helped me to open up and unleashed my true nature.

Sucess in a way I built rapports with everyone including the trainer. I felt appreciated. Some of the remarks were as followed.

These are small annoymous notes circulating at the end of lesson for reflection and they made the whole course worthwhile.

The night didn't end here. Being so motivated, I went to Toast Master queenstown division the second time. Back to back, enroll a member and took up Table topic for the night. Straight away present can.

So the impromptu topic was; What is the different between a wild beast and an evil friend. Wild beast endangered your life while evil friends endangered your soul.

Surprisingly, my "ah" counter was no bad at all. Perfect score for "ah/eh". Couple of "em", "so" and repetitive words. Overall, grading 6/10. I did okie but not great.

A small reunion talk as I bumped into Maggie for spear Coy. Maggie is a guy so Liping do not worry :)

I always have a thing for oldies. Some songs will just trigger my sense of nostalgia, just like a time machine sending me back to the past. While listening to my favorite oldies, time stops and I will have the moment to smell the flowers or appreciate small little things around me.

Song 总要在雨天 brings me back to age 5. To marina square bowling ally with mum, dad, 4th uncle and aunty. I still remember the arcade game vougely. The sandwhich and coffee, like I still able to taste them right now. Although I do not deny all sandwhiches and coffee tastes similar.

Saturday late night - X-men

Saturday night was great. For so long we didn't have the chance to walk each other side by side and talks on topic that randomly comes to mind. Its an romantic Saturday night.

Met at 10pm at summer set 313, walking just aimlessly to and fro. Could have met qinghe they all, but in the end still decided to spend with each other. Walk 20 minutes to Cathay to look for 24hours starhuck and endes up watching X-men. Show ended at 3am and we had green tea latte while playing bug village on ipad.

Cab home and spent somemore quanity time together and installing other games on ipad and iphone. Haha. I enjoyed this Saturday night.

It has began. Killing spee for GSS. We went Isetan to CK tang to Metro to OG to Center pt to 313 to Wistma to Taka. And start all over again.

We had a full head to toe overhaul. Its revolutional, and its gonna change everthing, again :)

Today we went to get our Coffee fix at Robert Timms. Now it officially became my top favorite, superceded Breado.

Today ma yan last day. That my bench mark for 1 year in Sembcorp. We just part ke wen not long ago. My days are nearing.

Me and clp went to eat westen at Mignon, Taka today. Tempting. So long since i last have my fillet. When was it? Oh when i was in bendigo :)

Today is the first day of GSS 2011. Need to stack up my closet :)

Collaboration of the past May '11

You know what? I going to call it the "collaboration" from now on. Its getting harder to keep me with my blog, so I am going to blog using the "lump sum" basis. It will be labelled as "collaboration". Now, I will keep it real short and sweet;

Didi, Ethan's GF came to town

Ethan's GF all the way flew from Korean to Singapore, and they are now travelling to and fro each other country on a 3 month basis. This time around Didi is sticking around for 1 and a half month here. We are please to show her around Singapore.

First trip, we travel her to JB, Liping having breakfast at Woodland center and latter they took picture at the custom check point.

Taken in City square's starbucks where we had our donuts as tea break.

Second trip went up to MBS for shopping. It will be the very first experience for all of us. And basically, its like shopping at Paragon. We can only do window shopping. I remember I had tea break at one of the cafe and it costs me 20buck for a cup of coffee and some cakes :(

Third trip, went to long beach at East coast, to fix my craving for crabs.

The crab is around 800g that costs us $46/kg. The claws are big. However, I recommend the coffeeshop near Ethan house. Their crab there is almost as big or not bigger than long beach :)

When to Tawandang, Didi is an extreme drinker. Being a Korean, its no big deal since their sake there is cheaper than water.
