Day 7 and Day 8 were peaceful. I studied two books: EZ Solutions Math Review: Algebra GMAT and EZ Solutions Math Review: Arithmetic GMAT. I learned some handy tricks in the Arithmetic book.

On Day Six, I experienced a reality check. I took Practice Test Two GMATPrep. I was hoping to score about 600. Unfortunately, my score was dramatically lower than my expectations. I only scored 550.

Day 5 confirmed nothing. I decided to complete Quantitative Questions 143 through 163 in the Official GMAT Guide. I missed 3 questions. Unfortunately, I struggled with three other questions that I did not miss. I did not bother to celebrate the hallow victory.

Day 4 was lackluster. I focused on studying math rules instead of many practice problems. Math has become my obsession. I really do not want to sleep.

Day 3 was a disaster! Fortunately, my ego is strong enough to endure a bad day. I focused on the Verbal Section of the GMAT. Usually, I do fairly well on the practice tests and practice problems.

Day two was slow. I decided to take only one timed practice Math Test for the GMAT. I chose Data Sufficiency Test Two on Kaplan 2008 Premier Program CD. The test consisted of 20 multiple choice questions, and I was allowed 25 minutes to complete the test.

In my opinion, reviewing math basics can only help to enhance my test taking skills. Honestly, I need to focus on the math portion of the GMAT; it is my weakest area.
