NYTimes wrote that Mr. Yang, 39, faces enormous pressure as he decides whether to try to rescue the company from the clutches of Microsoft, or accept the bid and watch Yahoo become part of Microsoft’s arsenal in its no-holds-barred brawl with Google.

Microsoft already has MSN and Live, so there is no reason for Microsoft to buy Yahoo for search engine reason. In this case, MSN and Live performance is just looks alike Yahoo, especially from the lay-out and contents of the web.

It’s better for him to buy Google instead, if Mr.Gates wants to be the number one in search engine industry.

2. Microsoft’s Gates worry about Googlelization?

That just good to be truth, but if I am Bill Gates, I should be worry about Larry Page and Sergey Brin team for their nice googlelization performance, with their products like google’s satellite, Google Adwords or even Google Adsense, and with their combination with Feedburner, Youtube and Myspace.

3. Microsoft wants yahoo’s income from ads?

No make sense, but yahoo has just lost their biggest piece of cake from advertisement revenue, because of the spreading of their biggest competitor, Google Adsense.

4. Microsoft wants Yahoo’s asset?

If Microsoft really wants Jerry Yang’s assets, including their workers, Microsoft already do better with their headhunters to recruit another competitor’s team.

Seems like Microsoft just tries to recover the news about a lot of bugs come from their Windows Vista, and this news has been cast to change public’s attention from arguing Vista.

6. Gates conspiracy with Jerry Yang?

This probability is in doubt, because yahoo stock price has just increased up today. A lot of people want to buy yahoo stocks, because of this rumor. Then Mr. Yang should consider pays Gates for this publication.

This is my point of view, not as an internet expert but this is just view from Andie Wicaksono, as an architect. I think the world has just become comely with the one word, not globalization but googlelization. At the beginning, I just know Google as a search engine. But today, Google is not just search engine, it becomes the pills as you can get addicted when you know it. Google become the most popular search engine today, beating Yahoo in providing informations to search about anything. They just combining fun and serious way with job to create their products in their Google labs, like Google analytics, Google gadget, Google maps, Google earth, and Google books. There are many more of their products I don’t describe here.

In financial sector, Google also spreading their wings with google finance, providing latest information about stocks, quotes, and financial news and reviews from all over the world. Also the Google adwords, that can make you or your sites became more popular and gain more traffics with placing of your ads there, and don’t forget about the magnificient of google adsense, yes, this is one of their products that can make most of the web developers and web designers going crazy, wake up in the middle of the night to add their content and developing their site, to place in the ads to gain more of what they call: passive income, money, money, money.

Google become the main aspect of people’s live, it just like a desease, a virus, that can make you fall in love with. They just spreading everywhere, not only in this planet but Google goes to the moon by launching their satellite there. I think Google will become : the next Microsoft, the king in information and technologies. Oil price today has just increase nowadays, despite of how good is the market review in economic sector. The factor of this is not only from increasing demand of the industrial sector for oil consumption, the increasing volume of the automobiles in the streets, but also because of the lack of the new oil resources in all over the world. We know that industrial sector is the most wanted person in charge of this situation, but we also need those people to continuing our live. Imagine that someday -and I think that this will be happen soon- we cannot going nowhere because there are no gauge in gas station, or can you watch the health channel, celebrity show, rockstar tour or a soccer game with a ballpoint? or, can you live with just a candle in the dark because the power plant cannot distribute more electricity?
How do you think you can handle this situation, expanse to the new land to gain more oil plant? make another war of the world? killing the people, so that it will be decrease in oil demand? outsourse oil industries to the Martians? the trying to tell all over people in the world to consume less energy?
This is about the time to change the situation, and in my opinion, This is the home work for all of us. I think that we should try a new source of the energy. Increase the research to find a new energy, better than oil. A better investment today will be a good value for tomorrow.
