looking to buy a property to let or as a holiday home is always a good way for investment for a long term but its always good to do some research before purcashing a property on what places could attract holiday makers and the places that are near the property as holiday makers would prefer a place for relaxation, good restraunt and shopping places near the property as holiday makers wouldnt want to stay inside all day.

When asking for buy to let mortgage the mortgate provider would ask for the property to be insured where the property would need a land lords insurance which would cover the property when tenants are living in the property becasuse the property is going to be used as a holiday home it would have furnitures and other facilities provided for the holiday makers in this case the content would definitely need to be insured so holiday home owners need to purcase contents insurance.

Inspecting the property

The holiday owners that are giving the home to lett need to inspect the property regularly usually when the tenants are ready to move out the tenant would need to be told of the inspection 48 hours before the visit just so that everything is how it was when it was given to the holiday makers and if the property is unattended be sure to check it regurlary and keep it well maintained.

The apartments are situated in the center of resort, 30m from the beach, and have a nice view of the bay. Four parking places, barbecue in the backyard. The apartments are completely new, built in the year 2011.
House Andjelic is distinguished by its excellent position directly by the sea, just a few steps away from the main beach in the center of resort.
