<p>&nbsp;30 +/- acres for sale. </p>
<p>This property is the land left over from a sub-division and is free from all the restrictions of the sub-division and road association, which is highly coveted. I bought it in 1994. Current taxes are about $250 a year. You can pretty much build and do whatever you want on the property. There is a convent item that you have to provide a 1/2 acre piece of land for a picnic area, for the residents of the street, you can locate it anywhere you wish. Currently it is the pink path in picture #1, obvious the pink area is way more then an acre. The 1/2 acre was tagged off years ago, I imagine the deer ate the tags by now.</p>
<p>The property abuts other land and you have access to the lake by driving down the road and launching at the public dock. During winter time you can see the lake from the property because though the property is fairly flat (use to be a potato farm), it is at the top of a hill. Might make a good place for a cell phone tower too. About five acres are cleared (the fields) the other is wooded. Lots of deer and wild life.</p>
<p>There is a natural spring that is capped with a cistern and during the spring small fish swim upstream on some of the smaller brooks on the property.</p>

<p>The above area view, your property would be the end of the upper cul-de-sac where it says entrance road. Plus, that cleared area on the aerial photo is the cleared lower blue block on the map plat.</p>
<p>The meadow behind the thin row of trees at the upper left is on the<br />
property. As is the area around the cul-de-sac.<br />
On the first map it is inside that big blue square on the right and is<br />
the small section on the left. See that little house carved out of the<br />
trees on the upper left on RT23, that is the boundary of the property<br />
that is wooded on my lot and is your neighbor. Basically the trees from<br />
Indian Heights Drive tree line to that lot are mine. That part of the<br />
property goes about 900 feet from Indian Heights Drive to the house<br />
lots on Rt23 and follows RT23 900 feet. That is the part of the lot<br />
that contains sugar maples that use to be tapped.</p>

<p>It was surveyed and pinned and I walked the land and found them and marked them on the plat map, I think I might have the older GPS coor. somewhere for each pin. </p>

<p>It is basically all the property at the end of the cul-de-sac and you have a sixty foot wide path from the road to the property at the lower blue area between lots 9 &amp;10. So, you could built houses at the top of the property and have yours at the bigger 20 acre area and use the 60 foot path as a driveway.</p>
<p>When I bought this property, on a hand shake I promised not to split it up, that agreement would have to be in writing to whoever I sold the property to. I think I would add in a maximum of three houses.&nbsp; I originally bought this to build a summer camp and moved too far away to do that anymore.&nbsp; The concern is I do not want to have someone wreck the &#8220;feel&#8221; of the area by turning it into a stripped-cleared junkyard or something.</p>

                                        County is the third-largest county in<br />

                                        today power the Trident and Peacekeeper<br />
                                        missiles and NASA&#8217;s space shuttles. Box<br />
