<p>The first photo is the Lake of the Ozarks in early May in early morning looking south from Little Buffalo Cove. Second is a view of the old house site. The septic is to the left and the drilled well is in the rear. Third is a view of a small year around creek on the south end of the property that flows into Little Buffalo Cove in the background. Fourth is a view of the shoreline from the south end looking north.&nbsp; Fifth is of the portion west of the road with a view of the cove barely visible in the center background. There are some wet spots on the west side of the road in the spring. Sixth is of the creek on the south end with Little Buffalo Cove in the background. Seventh is of Little Buffalo Cove taken from the mouth of the creek with The Lake of the Ozarks to the left. Eighth is another view of Little Buffalo Cove. Ninth is a plat map of the lots for lease. <p>This unique spot is the only one like it that I have. It has electric, a drilled well, septic and is quite large (about two acres)WITH OVER 250 FEET OF LAKE FRONTAGE. </p>
<p>AREA:</p>
<p>The land is on Little Buffalo Cove on the north side of Lake of the Ozarks on Little Buffalo Road about 17 miles southeast of Stover, Missouri, 20 miles from Versailles or about an hour from the Kansas City area. Access is good as you are only about a half mile off a paved road. The area is fairly private with only about a dozen houses on this cove </p>

<p>For those asking how to find this lot. I have STAKED the lot.&nbsp; Directions from the west side of the El Vado dam follow: continue driving on HWY 112&nbsp; 1.2 miles west to CR322. Turn right on CR322 (Lakeshore   Rd). Drive about 0.73 miles and note the SHARP right turn. About&nbsp;20 feet after the sharp right turn, and&nbsp;well before the next left turn, stop and look to your left.&nbsp;One of the corners (marked with an orange striped stake) should be visable (note, the front boundry is about 156 feet wide).&nbsp;The lot goes back all the way to the base of the mountain and than up to the crest.&nbsp;(Yes, it really is that BIG!). <br /></strong></p>
