While the general rule of thumb is that collectible bottles are collected and priced empty, it seemed a very good question for our collectors. What do you think? When you purchase a collectible bottle is it worth more to you, less to you, or the same if it is full? I was going through a bunch of old boxes in the attic today, and i found, what i think to be a VERY VERY RARE MISPRINT canister of a Brand New Full Vintage Avon Bayberry Room Freshener 7 oz. bottle, that the label was printed upside down, and was never used. The label is not paper, but is printed directly on the can. This was a red figure of three carolers. Every year I would display it a Christmas time and the scent would fill the room. I still have the wax figure but the scent is almost gone. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what that scent is?

Avon steins are limited editions, and were numbered sequentially (in other words each stein has a unique number). Avon does not publish the total number made of any stein (to our knowledge at least), and we've found no indication that a higher or lower number is of any significance.
