After quickly selling out three preceding phases, FIne Line Homes launched the newest phase of the popular Autumn Ridge community in Lower Paxton Township. 

Autumn Ridge is a quiet rural community complete with walking paths with split rail fence runs.

Our 72-page plan guide includes informative articles on the steps of building a home, the unique value of Fine Line’s approach, and photo examples and illustrations detailing all 54 of our available home plans. Each of our home plans is listed with the layout of the home and a visual example of the exterior through a combination of photography and architectural renderings. Our goal in creating this guide was to offer something that had a beautiful magazine feel with captivating visuals while also providing something that gave buyers a user-friendly approach to exploring our home plans. 

Marketing Professional of the Year 

Sam Spurlock, Fine Line’s Web Designer, handles many priorities for the company, including ongoing maintenance and development of Fine Line’s website, graphic design needs, project management tasks, and leading the team’s social media content generation. In her social media work, she has generated a multitude of content ideas, including customer photo contests, holiday themes, staff happenings, and customer stories. Through the end of 2022, Fine Line’s Facebook visits increased 144% over the prior year.

Meet Erica Baum!

Erica is our New Home Expert in our Harrisburg office. To get to know her a little better, we asked a few questions about her work with Fine Line & her personal life. 

Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING FOR FINE LINE?

A: I have been with Fine Line Homes for two years. 

Q: WHAT EXPERIENCE DID YOU HAVE BEFORE COMING TO FINE LINE?

A: I worked in Kitchen & Bath Design and sales & showroom management for over eight years.

Q: WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE ANYONE LOOKING TO BUILD A NEW HOME?

A: Meet with more than one builder and come to Fine Line! I love the transparency in sharing our building process and how we differ from others. Allowing customers to make a well-informed decision is empowering. 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING FOR FINE LINE?

A: My background prior to design was in human services. I have a passion for helping others and love being able to do that at Fine Line Homes. Walking clients through the exciting process of building their future home is positively rewarding. 

Q: IF YOU WERE TO BUILD A HOUSE WITH FINE LINE, WHICH PLAN WOULD YOU CHOOSE & WHY?

A: That’s a tough one because I love so many! My top choices are the Knoxville (Two-Story), Rutherford (Ranch), & Oakridge (Cape Cod). I like the concept of first-floor bedroom(s) and an open floor plan with lots of storage.

A:  I have been known to kick butt on the shuffleboard table!
