April 23, 8 p.m. at First Church

Town Hall for Hope is your opportunity to sit down with people in your community for a nationwide town hall meeting led by Dave Ramsey. Thousands of venues across the country will host the event, broadcasting Dave's live presentation. In the opening half hour, Dave will offer straight talk about the economy, recession, foreclosures and more. He'll carefully explain where we've come from, where we are now, and what we should be doing with our money during this time. Then, Dave will spend an hour answering your questions live!

We'll take questions by phone, email, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and more! Check out the Get Involved page to see all the ways in which you can join in the conversation! And remember, this is a free event!

Upper Room Service, Thursday, April 9, 7 p.m.
This traditional service of communion and foot washing echoes those last moments the first disciples spent with our our Lord before his betrayal and crucifixion. Participate in or observe this worship experience.
 
Good Friday Tenebrae Meditation, April 10,  12 & 7 p.m.
 Candles, darkness and drama tell the story of Christ's final hours and prepare our hearts for Easter.
 
Easter Weekend services
Saturday: 6:00 7 p.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. (sunrise), 9:30 a.m., & 11 a.m.
 
 
KidZone
Saturday: 6 p.m.
Sunday: 9:30 & 11:00 a.m.
Children 3-10 years will have a special Easter program in the KidZone Chapel.

The Safe Shelter in Benton Harbor needs help Thursday, December 11, tidying, organizing and cleaning up its new facility. First Church is serving the survivors of domestic violence a Christmas lunch on Friday, so our goal is to have it all done by then.

In addition, the Safe Shelter is looking to recover some wooden dining room chairs. Can you help?
