I hate the internet service provider right now, since most of the time the internet connection is very slow or worst, no internet connection available. I always called their operator service for assistance, and they maintained in reasoning that it is maybe because of the quality of my computer. I checked the system on my computer but, I see no reason that the internet connection will disconnect or become slow due to system failure of my computer. I told them that when I called them for assistance, after a minute, the connection will resume and become stable for a day. But after two to three days, the connection will become slower and lost again and again. I really hate when there is no internet connection, since I do online jobs, online games like online poker and other online stuffs.

Their services are not worth it for they promise to give a reliable internet connection for their promotional package. I hope they will do what they need to provide to their clients. I think they should look into the standard of providing customer satisfaction.
