Delete Web History completely from your Google account

As you all know, Google gets information on every web activity when you are logged in.You could search for the history from your Google account page and Select Web history.

Some may don't need to show off their web history, so here's the solution.Just go to your Google Accounts page and there you see My Products, Just Click Edit next to My Products and there you see so many options where you can Delete Complete Google account.

Or just for direct access,Click here to delete your Google Web history completely and it requires you Log in and password needed for confirmation. Just mark the Option before password section.

Web history section is completely removed and no longer you have access unless you resume again from your Accounts page.

New Unread mail feature from Gmail labs and shortcuts

As Google introducing a lot more features for Gmail labs and the recent one is Mark Unread feature that helps you to read the messages later.

Usually if there are lots of reply messages and more messages threaded in a single one, If you are just upto a first one and if you gotta Read them back, then this option mark unread from here via Gmail Blog will helps you continue them later.

Just Go to your Gmail labs feature here and Enable this lab feature and that's it ..

Here you could see this one on right corner where you could make Unread from here..as it says so..

Just Check the shortcuts where you can Mark Unread or Read a message...For this You must Enable the shortcuts in the same above Gmail labs feature...

If you are on a message, Just use the shortcut to go for any option...

Shift + i ==== Mark as read

Shift + u ==== Mark as unread

Just after using this, It automatically comes to Inbox.

Report Offensive Images to Google

As Google has been making image technology Swirl from labs it has started to add an option in it's Google Images page "Report Offensive Images" to prevent some relevant images being showed in SERP.

As 2 days back some offensive images of Michelle obama is shown on Google image search results and google has apologized for this and released the following statement.

And you could Report Offensive images that could be examined by Google, since search displays are random and they cant do with this.

It doesn't require any Google authentication to remove the Offensive images as required for promoting the Site in SERP. just any one, if they see any Offensive images, select those images on check boxes and report them ...thats it ....The Images goes out of the search..

May be Google takes to it's consideration and displays relevant one.

[How to] Remove Thumb.db file

This is the simple trick to remove Thumbs.db files that will you could see in PC.

Thumb.db is is a cache of the current picture in that directory.to remove it go for following

Open Windows Explorer or My Computer

Go to "Tools".

Open "Folder Options".

Go to "View".

Check for "Files and Folders"

Make sure you check "Do not cache thumbnails"

Now the thumbnail file will be removed from your computer once you do this thumbs.db file will be never created.

As Google looks for making it's search still more easily accessible and delivering accurate search results for the users and as it makes site hierarchies in it's search results. So what's this?? and what for??.

With the Site hierarchies showed on it's search,For Ex Google Enginnering you could see Google Jobs as one of the search still a lot more for a clear view you could see the hierarchy URL for Google Jobs as "www.google.com/intl/en/jobs/lifeatgoogle/". As you go through the hierarchy URL you could see the archive pages where your search ends up or the exact page you gonna land.

This rather displays the archive URLs and not the exact URL say "http://www.google.com/intl/en/jobs/lifeatgoogle/englife.html" and you could understand from the archive pages say "jobs" and "life at google" whether you mean the exact search you want to land up and you could go for other search.

Check this search result for How to make granola and you could see the search in hierarchical URL.

The root domain will always show. If the site's hierarchy is deep, Highlighted area to represent skipped categories:.

Google labs with another new experimental work,Google Image Swirl has been rated most within 3 days as all must have a try on it.OK, now i come to the point, As you have a view on Google image swirl you could have understand as it organizes image search results into groups and sub-groups, based on their visual and semantic similarity and presents them in an intuitive exploratory interface.

You could have a try on some of the searches. Try this query for apple where you could see the similar image categories across the web in thumbnails and click them it swirls into cluster of images as you could see the second screen- shot here for the search Query "taj mahal".

It also gives the dynamic view of images as you move through your cursor on it.This groups images based on Picasa's Image search and the previous experiment from Google labs known similar images.
