I like the brown rice bowls from Costco the only negative is that it goes in the mircorwave :(&lt;br /&gt;
I have not wanted to cook my whole pregnancy, but I'm trying to say to myself what I tell my Fit 2 Wed girls.&lt;br /&gt;

Somethings don't matter if I feel like it or not. If you don't feel like working out you don't just not workout (well I hope you don't).&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="background-color: #fff2cc;"&gt;I&lt;span style="background-color: yellow;"&gt;f I did everything I felt like, I would not like who I was or what my life looked like&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: yellow;"&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;b&gt;Sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do at the time,&lt;/b&gt; but there will be&lt;span style="color: magenta; font-size: large;"&gt; delayed (or immediate) gratification&lt;/span&gt; later.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I encourage you to think about those things in your life that you know you should do, but don't do because you don't "feel like it".&amp;nbsp; It is something that you will be happy you did later?&lt;br /&gt;

Anyways...back to the stir fry...so sometimes you just have to do what you can.&amp;nbsp; I normally enjoy cooking but not now, so I'm trying to eat as nutritious as I can while taking some short cuts (fish already marinated, brown rice already cooked).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stir fried broccoli, spinach, &amp;amp; carrots added brown rice and Mahi Mahi.&amp;nbsp; Would have been better with chicken tasted weird with fish.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I think it can be easy to fall into bad habits or excuses after a period of time of real reasons. Ex. If you had an injury, its better now but still haven't gotten back to working out.&lt;br /&gt;
For me, I could not cook at the beginning of my pregnancy cause I could barely open the frig without getting grossed out by the smells or the smells of food cooking, but now I don't have that problem as much, but it is easy for me to stay in that same pattern of avoiding the kitchen.&amp;nbsp; I still don't love it, but I can do what I can do make an effort now.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

I thought I bought a lot with stocking up with 3 at a time, but then I went to my friends house and her whole top shelf was full of the Fage greek yogurt.&amp;nbsp; Then I felt better about my stock pile. Way cheaper to buy it at Costco.&lt;br /&gt;
I stopped eating this about a year ago, but since being pregnant I just love yogurt and it makes me feel good.&amp;nbsp; Watch out though if you have any dairy allergies you want to avoid this. &amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

I like to mix yogurt, blueberries (sometimes other berries or banana) and bran flakes (Trader Joe's or Natures Path)&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;When juicing I recommend always organic, but if all else fails I think juicing conventional farmed is better than no vegetables. I've been guilty of not buying produce to juice because its not organic, but I think vegetable juice is better than no juice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;It was so fun being their with the kids while I'm pregnant cause they are all about the belly. It's so cute the kids would kiss my belly at night and say "good night baby Jedi".&lt;br /&gt;
Dan was shooting a nerf gun at Allie (3 yr old) and she starting rubbing her belly and told him he can't do that because she has a baby in her belly and he needs to be careful. &amp;nbsp;So funny.&lt;br /&gt;
They would also play that their babies were pregnant too. &amp;nbsp;It was so cute.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;So thankfully I've been back to my regular self of craving a salad daily. &lt;br /&gt;
However, they are not quite the same as I used to have. One of my favorites is something I would NEVER eat before = ranch and croutons with mixed greens and romain. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I'm not saying I recommend this, BUT if you don't like salads maybe starting by adding some things you do like can help. &amp;nbsp;I feel like getting greens in someway is better than no greens at all.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;I had a hell of a time finding a crouton that doesn't have partionally hydrogrenated oil though. I can't believe it's almost 2012 and they still allow that. &amp;nbsp;This was the only brand at my grocery store I could find that did not have it and had the least ingredients. I think I will resort to making my own after this. &lt;br /&gt;

My nephew Nathan had two green apples on his Christmas list and was so excited to get them. &amp;nbsp;Although, he also wanted a chocolate donut from Albertsons, I was so happy to see the apples on the list. &lt;br /&gt;

It's hard to believe Christmas is over and 2011 is ending. &amp;nbsp;I think this was the first year I can remember keeping my New Year's Resolution the whole year. Every year, I used to make one of my resolutions to floss daily, but that always gets broken after the first few days.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;However, this year is was to be more intentional about spending time with friends and family and I'm happy that my actions reflected my intentions. I used to live my life so busy rushing from one thing to the next, my mind always thinking about what I have to do, distracted by something, or anticipating the next thing. &amp;nbsp;The best thing for me has really been to be fully present and to remember what is most important in life. &amp;nbsp;I want to be rich like my grandma by making time for my friends and family.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I encourage you to call a friend or family member you haven't talked to in a while, or to plan some quality time with those you love. &lt;br /&gt;

2. I think &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: orange;"&gt;spinning classes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; are God's gift to pregnant women. &amp;nbsp;They are fabulous for a great workout and low impact on joints. &amp;nbsp;As your belly grows, just raise the handle bars up to be able to keep on spinning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

3. Somedays I can do plank (or modified plank) no problem and other days it is just too much, so I do something else. &amp;nbsp;You know your body best and it might change day to day based on where the baby is positioned at that time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

I've been loving Fage Greek yogurt with banana slices for my post-workout snack.&lt;br /&gt;

Since being pregnant I've fallen in love with bubbalicious gum. &amp;nbsp;Yes...the kind you probably had when you were in elementary school. &amp;nbsp;I'm still laughing at this awesome bouquet Dan made for me for my Birthday with Bubbalicious gum packets in it. &lt;br /&gt;

I used to do this a lot this summer and stopped and now started up again. &amp;nbsp;I like to make a few salads at a time to have on hand in the frig. &amp;nbsp;I eat way more salad when it is already prepared. &amp;nbsp;If you need to get more greens in I recommend doing this for sure. &amp;nbsp;I also love my those little containers from the Container Store because they don't leak.&lt;br /&gt;

Some of you have been asking about what pre-natal vitamins I recommend. &lt;br /&gt;
I recommend &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: purple;"&gt;New Chapter Pre-Natal Vitamins &lt;/span&gt;because they are food based. I love that the ingredients have things like blueberries and spinach. However, they didn't make me feel that great and they are pretty expensive and you have to take 3 pills. &amp;nbsp;They do go on sale at Sprouts and Henry's and I would stock up on them then.&lt;br /&gt;

I switched to &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: purple;"&gt;Super Nutrition Simply One prenatal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, which is also a food based vitamin. &amp;nbsp;I buy them at Barons and they are a good price. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I really recommend &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: magenta;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Omega Mom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, which is a fish oil that is approved for pregnant and nursing women. &lt;br /&gt;
