You can do 3 or all of the exercises; 15 to 20 minutes session  2 or 3 days a week.</p><p><iframe

For first 2 weeks , do as much as you can for 30 or 40 seconds; then rest 1 minute.  Do another 30 seconds; rest 1-minute. Do another 30-seconds.</p><p>For 3rd week and forward,  increase the exercise time (but keep the 1-minute rest).</p><p><strong>What do you think?
