Welcome to my blog. I&#39;m Sabrina and I am taking a fitness course at school. Our assignment is to keep a personal diary online about how we feel about the course and our personal goals for when we&#39;re done.&amp;nbsp;Last week we had a fitness test where we do a multitude of drills and test ourselves in many areas (i.e. balance, agility, speed, hand-eye co-ordination, etc.). Then, near the end of the year, we do it again and compare to the beginning hoping that through all that we&#39;ve worked that we&#39;ve improved.&amp;nbsp;For this week, we are working in the weight room&amp;nbsp;and are learning about the&amp;nbsp;different muscles in the body. My main focus this semester is to work on my agility and speed to help me improve in soccer.
