Do these exercise once or twice a week but no more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To burn fat do 20-30 minutes of HIIT cardio 3 times a week. These two things, resistance training and cardio, will get you on the right track to tight glutes and thighs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Some great "diet" advice would be:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. Stay away from processed food&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Avoid white bread&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;3. Eat potatoes sparingly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;4. Limit carbs after 5pm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;5. Get plenty of fiber&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;6. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;7. Make sure and get your protein (1 gram per lb of boby weight)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;8. Don't skip breakfast&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;9.
