I am writing to concur with my Organization for Responsible Tourism colleague, Vivian Trill, and wonder why the international media don’t have a really hard look at what John McAfee is really running from:  the corrupt Belize government and the way it “disappears” people it finds troublesome. 

Instead of conducting Entertainment Tonight-style streeters with San Pedro Belize citizens, asking what they think of John McAfee, why don’t they interview the many citizens who have demanded and not received justice from the Belize government, it’s police or its courts?

Why don’t international media stop interviewing unreliable observers like Tamara Sniffin who runs a yellow rag of a newspaper, The San Pedro Sun, a publication that consistently demonstrates a grasp of English usage and basic grammar as tenuous as its grip on basic principles of journalism?

Why don’t they ask how many minors have been sent to Hattieville Prison where they remain to fend for themselves by selling themselves for survival?

Why don’t they ask any cab driver to take them to a San Pedro Belize ficha bar where girls and women, victims of Belize’s human trafficking superhighway, are on offer in involuntary prostitution while the police, some of them in full uniform, hang out in plain sight?

Why don’t international media look for the real story here?  It’s not about McAfee and his flight from Belize authorities; it’s about a culture of corruption that would find any sane citizen or expat in flight if they were a person of interest to the corrupt Belize government. 

Ask my client, James Frederick Jensen.  Friend of Diana Bond and the Organization for Responsible Tourism, James Fredrick Jensen, knows first hand the danger of not paying the right people, of being set up and then enduring remand in Hattieville Prison, all on trumped up charges that were later dismissed.  His life is in danger, still hunted by people the Belize government continues to help.

What are the advantages of continuing to protect Robert P Martin since he’s already been outed publicly and indisputably for willful wrongdoing against James?

Is it that the terms of his contract with your firm make it more expensive (and not just in dollar terms) to cut him loose? What’s his mojo with you guys anyway?

What happens when more news media start poring over the vast evidence against Robert P Martin, with more to come, available online, all of it posted according to by-the-book cyber protocol? Much more evidence to follow.

How will your hired SEO firm answer this cyber cannon with their resources, clearly demonstrated to be of pop gun caliber? 

After a time, will it really matter what’s on the first pages of search engines when this Robert P Martin matter moves from the digital to the Charleston chattering class?

Hundreds of e-mails, letters and other forms of communications between all the parties have been collected by various means over the last four years.

Introduction
My wife Janis and I owned a Liquor Business on the Island of San Pedro. Janis and I met Penny and Robert at the time they owned the Pink Motel on the Island of San Pedro. We became social friends.

My wife Janis Died from a Brain Aneurysm after attempts by Belize Health Partners a hospital in Belize City in June of 2008. Robert and Penny flew to Belize for Jan’s final service read by Tamara Sniffen.

Bupa Health Care of Miami refused any coverage and I was left with a 256,000 BZ bill.

In September of 2008 Belize Health Partners took legal actions in Belize to collect the bill. The Attorney that represented Belize Health Partners was Godfrey Smith.

Robert Martin flew to Belize and became active in the US to attempt to force Bupa to honor the contractual agreement Janis and I entered into.

Robert Martin by the form of a Letters on your firms Letter head confirmed that he Robert  Martin had retained the services of an attorney in Miami Bill Thompson.

As the case moved forward in Belize my Attorney Fred Lumor became desperate for proof that a case was pending in Florida. This was critical to have the Belize Supreme court hold my case till such a time that the Florida case would be filed.

On February 14, 2009 Robert P. Martin again on your firms Letters head addressed my Attorney’s concerns about the progress of Attorney Bill Thompson and his actions on my behalf. The letter was three pages in Length and with great detail.

This letter from your Firm and Robert P. Martin was then delivered to the Belize Supreme Court as evidence that Bill Thompson and the firm of Bailey and Wyant had actions pending against Bupa Health Care in Miami.

We now understand that Bill Thompson while he exists and in his own statement had no involvement through Robert P. Martin and or the Firm of Bailey and Wyant to represent my claimed case against Bupa in Miami. That no actions was ever taken on my behalf by Thompson, Martin and your firm as detailed in a number of communications.
Robert Lied.

After my wife’s death Tamara Sniffin introduced me to Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose who owner American Crocodile Education Sanction. Robert always the business idea person became engaged.

I invested 50,000 BZ to open a Liquor Business with Vince and Cherie Rose which opened in the fall of 2008. Adiferous wines and Liquors.

At the same time Robert and Penny formed the Belize Economic Education Ecological Development Fund which the Roses, Penny, Robert and me were to be partners. BEED was formed as a Delaware Corp which I described above.

Robert was anxious to develop BEED. The reason the Roses had used a group named Friends of Belize. This Group raised over 23 million dollar and now owned 20,000 acres of prime land along the coast of Punta Gorda Belize. Bob envisioned the same with his claimed connections in West Virginia.

Robert Martin to test this idea donated $20,000 us through friends of Belize with The Roses receiving the funds.

Friends of Belize are under Federal Tax investigation for violation of the 501 (C) they operated.

During that period of time I was developing a co-operative for processing Coffee and Chocolate in Punta Gorda again Robert invested $50,000 US. That is what was detailed in the wire transfer submitted to the US Federal Reserve.

We move forward to the end of 2009.

Robert and Penny now became involved in a deal outside of my interested to purchase more land in Belize. Penny had placed $25,000 as a deposit. An investor was to put up the balance that investor fell through. Penny and Robert wanted me to make up the short fall. I did not. The reason, at this time I knew Robert had lied about all facts in my Bupa case.

In March of 2010 I was arrested and detained in Hattieville Central Prison by a claim by Robert P. Martin that I had stolen the $50,000 which was to be used in a land deal with the Roses. This is the same wire transfer registered with the Federal Reserve that stage with them was to be to lease land for a coffee plantation not for the purchase of land. The attorney that represented Robert P. Martin was Godfrey Smith the same attorney Robert with the aid of my Belize Attorney was to defend me from in the case with Belize Health Partners and Bupa Health Care.

The day I was arrested in Belize Tamara Sniffen turned the media against me with the Aid of Robert P. Martin and the Roses.

I appeared in Belize Supreme Court 16 days after I was detained and and was granted Bail due to the opinion of the Supreme Court Justice that no evidence existed to support the charges.

During the time of my Bail hearing and walking from court I was served with a Civil Action by Vince and Cherie Rose claiming the time I was in Punta Gorda establishing the Liquor Business I was actually staying at the Crocodile Sanctuary as a paying Guest. Claiming I did no pay the bill for those guest services. The Belize Attorney representing the Roses Godfrey Smith.

The Roses sold off the Inventory of the Liquor Business in Punta Gorda and kept the money.

After my bail I retained an Attorney in Miami for a shared fee would continue to take Action against Bupa. Robert P. Martin contacted said firm and though various claims and my arrest in Belize the case was dropped.

As my now criminal case was held over Robert P. Martin appeared at one of the hearings. He was arrested and held until such a time Godfrey Smith had Robert released. 

I left Belize due to the corruption and the fact that I would never have a trial that would not have a pre determined result. This I was told by the Judge and Chief Arnold whom I paid for records and correspondence they had access to and not myself.

I left Belize for my home in Honduras.

Days after I left a wanted poster was distributed on-line and other means produced by Tamara Sniffin at the San Pedro Sun. E-mail and Facebook sites were set up by Vince and Cherie Rose, Tamara Sniffin and Robert Martin. I was e-mailed this poster by Godfrey Smith copied to the above parties.

The poster claimed I murdered my wife, had been involved in Prostitution and numerous other claims. A $10,000 US bounty in Central America is like waiving a million dollars around. I was now hunted.

Shortly after this poster was on-line an event occurred where in the San Pedro Sun posted on there web site the name of whom they thought was a person who new my location.  An individual from Belize contacted the person claiming to know my location. That person seeking me entered Guatemala was detained and gave information as to why he the person was in Guatemala. He was sent by Godfrey Smith to take me by any means. But not back to Belize. I was in Honduras.

I have since returned to Canada. In Canada I found help from a Journalist from Macleans Magazine and other media sources she has relationships. With her help these facts have been documented as what is known Proof of Story. I am no longer alone and on the run from Robert and the Roses. If anything happened to me many know the true story.

This summer I decided to use the internet to tell my story. Publishing documents and letters from your Firm the Roses and others supporting my claims of the events I have described. Cherie Rose started a blog about me a few pages, a Facebook site claiming I was in Guatemala. Those events then forced me to place more the documents on-line. 300 are left to post at this time.

This week a person within your firm or an SEO or Hacking service started attaching my sites telling my story. Over the last few months your Firm has started creating blog and sites to keep my articles from appearing on the first pages of Google.

I assume two facts, you either know nothing about this, or you do. I hope you make the right choice with your decisions from this point forward as many eyes are on your Firm waiting to see your actions about Robert P. Martin.

I just finished reading the latest John McAfee claims about Belize On BETA BEAT, McAfee is moving downward in news media coverage from CNN to Beta Beat. My name is James Fredrick Jensen and I lived in Belize. Lived is the key word.

John I talked e-mail while he was in Guatemala Immigration Detention Center in Guatemala City.  A lonely weekend prior to John being Deported to the waiting arms of the Guatemala Media. I hoped John would tell all about Belize Corruption from a detail point of view.

Some facts for the Media and Readers to consider about John McAfee claiming that Belize is a Terrorist Threat to the US, Hezbollah Camp and Zeta Cartel. Please is a transport Country for drugs heading to Mexico. The go-fast boats they are called regularly run outside the reef along the Belize coastline. That is a fact.

Ask any local on the Island of Ambergris Caye and the Town of San Pedro. Often fuel barrels drift ashore from these boats as they need to loose weight. And sometimes a few bales of Cocaine come washing ashore to the town of San Pedro.

A few years ago the Police Chief of San Pedro found murder scene north of San Pedro and Millions in Cocaine. Belize never quite tells the world what happens to the Cocaine they find. 

The Zeta Drug Cartel has no interest in operating in Belize. New media check that out.

Okay Hezbollah Camp in Belize. Okay John McAfee this is a country with about 300 thousand people. Half of which are Amish living in the western mountains of Belize. 80 to 100 thousand people live in Belize City. A Hezbollah Camp training terrorists. That would be noticed and yes I think the Belize Tiger Unit would be all over this one.

What Belize does offer as a fact is a way to move millions of dollars around the world and to hide your business transactions. I mean one of the biggest Law firms in Charleston West Virginia has used the banking system I have described below. Hot dog Attorney Robert P. Martin used one or all of the banks listed below to move money around for the firm. Buying broken down resorts on the Island of San Pedro most well know is the Pink Hotel or Motel. Robert P. Martin purchased this fallen down mess for about $450,000 cash. Not sure where he got the money but he used a bank listed below. Then he sold the Motel for abut the same and used CAYE INTERNATIONAL BANK LIMITED (CIBL) to move the money around. Just under a million dollars cleared and vanished.

Now followers of John McAfee and Media types ask some questions?????

Alex Jones from http://www.infowars.com/ has a planned interview with John about the evidence John McAfee has from John’s computer intelligence operation he ran in Belize. Capturing key strokes etc. I think the world media has finally cooled off on McAfee. John has yet to show evidence that is credible. We will see what the Alex Jones show exposes from the McAfee files.

Hattieville Central Prison Belize

Belize Past President Musa sold the Belize Central Prison to a claimed none profit organization. The Kolbe Foundation. Which still from what I understand is considered a massive human rights violation. I spent three weeks and four days as a guest of Hattieville Central Prison in Belize.

Kolbe Foundation’s describes a number of programs for inmates. Those in on immigration charges are on remand where they are locked down for 23 hours a day in a concrete box. In some cases the box is shared by as many as ten other women, with no bathroom facilities — only a bucket. Prisoners are let out of their cage for 30 minutes a day to showers in salt water. The human trafficking victims are thrown together with women detained for everything from murder on down.

My experience in Hattieville Central Prison Belize was bad. A white guy stuck in a Unit with 170 CRIPS AND BLOODS who follow the US GANGLAND CULTURE. Some in our block had money. They had a TV, special food and other needs acquired by the guards. My view of the Human Rights violation was all through this cell block. Some never changed on remand for as long as three years. All without every seeing a court room. Or the corrupt attorneys that represented them just stopped when the money ran out. 

At 7:00 at night we were locked down and guards left us to the night chained and padlocked into out cells. That is when the party started. Plastic cups on strings moved drugs and food in a highly organized fashion between cells. Pot was abundant every night and music. Every night.

The food well it came in a wheel barrow wheeled around by inmates. Bread and Tea for the morning and maggot filled rice and beans at lunch. Oh plates napkins come on readers. The inmates scooped the food from a wheel barrow into what ever inmates had to hold the food. You ate with your hands. In the corner of each cell was a plastic bucket meaning your toilet. Which was emptied once a day. I was lucky because I was special I was in a 10 by 6 foot cell with 3 other inmates. Some cells had 12. The smell by morning.

Bathing if one can call this in Hattieville Central Prison how can I describe this? Each morning we were let out of our cages and allowed 30 minutes to bath. Envision a bath area with toilets with no seats. Shit everywhere and shower stalls out of concrete with a plastic pipe from which came smelling dirty water. 

Corruption is throughout the prison. I had money placed in an account each week to buy  stuff from the Prison ran store. You were only allowed 40 Belizean Dollars a week. They the prison felt this would control the spending on drugs. Not I would pay one of the Inmates to use his name on the sheet to get money from the office. Then another inmate would be paid to get the money from the Office. I shared my cigarettes and extra food with many in the Cell block.

You have no means unless you have money to reach the outside world by the few pay phones that were in the Cell Block bosses area or office. Most have no money and are forgotten by the System. Then again Kolbe Foundation role is to keep that prison full to make that daily head count paid by the Belize Government, as they say more is better.

It was hard at first the only white guy, soon you just fit into the system and pay your way to survive. The day I left Hattieville Prison I had my money account drained and shred this will all I could. I left everything in the cell, cloths everything to be taken by the inmates.

Who cares right it is a Prison people are there because they committed a crime. No they are in the hands the Kolbe Foundation to keep that prison full which it is.

Over Christmas and new years John McAfee was quiet, the world media cooled down and as a New Years gift to the Media McAfee told the world he was about to reveal to the world his investigation into the corruption John so feared in Belize. John I was disappointed with this announcement of “John McAfee Pimped Out 29 ‘Pillow Talk Masters’ to Spy on Belize: Here’s What He Found” Okay as we have seen no one took the bate or covered the story.

In Belize City a man known as the Expeditor

In Belize if you do not have a work visa or other residence status every three months you need your passport stamped. A hassle like most I used Ruben he would come to San Pedro take the passport and others and go to the Capital in Belize to the head of Immigration and get your stamps updated. Once my work Visa was approved I had no need as I had legal status. That said when I fled Belize Rubin took me to a place in Souther Belize were in my Passport was stamped leaving and then entering Honduras.

Something John McAfee should have attempted. Ruben took care of John McAfee as Belize’s latest millionaire in country 1 month,  John McAfee is a resident.

Ruben explained to the extent of his services. He took a prisoner out of Honduras took this person to Belize, new passport and safe passage to Panama.

Ruben 601 3265 he wants to leave Belize back to his homeland Guatemala.

How far reaching is the corruption within Belize Immigration, far reaching, well understood, but never reported. Take for example the San Pedro Sun Newspaper publisher Tamara Sniffen. Tamara knows full well that many Ruben’s exist in Belize it is part of business, not Belize Corruption.

In my time in San Pedro I new the head of Immigration for the Island well, his name was Sheldon a giant of a man. Most disliked Sheldon if your were the ones in need of getting your passport stamp the office would have strange houses and you stood outside in the heat. The new building is better. Sheldon ran a clean ship which was as best he could do under the corruption around him.

When I returned from my visit at Hattieville Prison to San Pedro. I saw Sheldon on a street within days. We stopped and talked he told me I do not believe what they were saying about me. About that time a reporter from the San Pedro Sun Newspaper showed up and asked Sheldon if I was being arrested. Sheldon barked back I am talking to my friend get out of here.
 
Like all go things Sheldon’s failure to work within the Belize Immigration Corruption he was moved on.

John McAfee to tell all about Belize Corruption

Soon after what will be a News Years Celebration around the world John McAfee took a break and will return to the media with his facts and documentation about the level of Corruption Belize hides behind as this developing country attempts to hide its dirty little secrets.

Belize’s Corruption takes many forms, Human Trafficking is a big one as the Island of Ambergris Caye and the local authorities of San Pedro Belize look the other way on hundreds of young girls are trafficked into this Island Paradise for the single purpose to be sold off to SEX tourists that flock to the Island Paradise.

The corruption is so wide spread the the San Pedro Sun Newspaper owned by American Tamara Sniffin as well looks the other way. The San Pedro Sun Newspaper could take a stand on the issues of San Pedro instead the publisher of the San Pedro Sun Newspaper Tamara Sniffin protects those she feels have something to hide.

I know Tamara Sniffin well, she spoke at my wife Jan’s service on the beaches of Ambergris Caye. Tamara helped plan the service for me James Jensen. Months later she turned her Newspaper the San Pedro Sun against me and used it to hide facts about what lead to my wife Jan’s death. Corruption.

Tamara Sniffin introduced me to Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose who conduct business under a DBA called ACES, American Crocodile Education Sanctuary once of Punta Gorda Belize. I invested heavily in Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose resort, Crocodile Education Sanctuary and a none profit called the BEED Fund.

The BEED Fund or  The Belize Economic & Ecological Development Fund. The fund was organized under the Laws of the Untied States by a Charleston West Virginia Law firm of Bailey and Wyant PLLC. The Attorney of record for establishing this fund was Robert P. Martin with the aid of his girlfriend at the time Penny Fioravante. As documents indicate I James Fredrick Jensen was a director of the The BEED Fund. Was is the key word. Since that time with Tamara Sniffin full knowledge the fund operated incorrectly. On the BEED funds web site it is clearly stated that “ A minimum of 90% of our Donations go directly to the Organization”. The organization is the life style of Vince and Cherie Chenot Rose of ACES, American Crocodile Education Sanctuary. That in itself is a violation of the laws around a 501 C non profit.
