21 anni e un gran sogno: scrivere! Questa sono io, Chiara.
Curiosa, dinamica e amante della moda. Sempre in cerca di nuovi outfit e style da copiare.
Adoro viaggiare: ho vissuto 11 mesi a Newcastle in Inghilterra e qualche mese a Bruxelles e questo mi ha permesso di incontrare culture e style diversi, di aprire la mente e allargare i miei orrizzonti.
Ora studio Management a Padova, ma tra una lezione e l'altra mi piace abbandonare la Facoltà e lasciarmi trasportare sulle vie principali ad ammirare la vera moda, quella che per me è arte e non si trova solamente in passerella-
Sono una blogger convinta che le vere modelle siano le donne di tutti i giorni, studentesse, mamme, precarie, impiegate, avvocate... Donne che nella società moderna cercano di farsi sentire attraverso un abito, un accessorio.
Da sempre, infatti, la moda è il miglior mezzo di comunicazione e di rivoluzione, ci basti pensare ai rivoluzionari francesi, agli hippy, alle femministe che per prime hanno osato indossare i pantaloni per rivendicare la parità tra i sessi.
Penso di essere la blogger che Grazia cerca, leggo spesso IT FASHION e in particolare il sottocanale "Street Style". Pochi giorni fa, leggendo l'articolo "Street style da New York" ecco l'idea: certo la gente adora vedere gli outfit e i looks di modelle e attrici famose ma se per una volta fossero donne qualsiasi ad ispirarci? Questa è la sfida che vi lancio!

Jimmy Choo I love you!

Hello dear shopping addicted,

I was reading my old posts when suddendly I realized I've nevee written about my favourite stylist: Jimmy Choo! He is my idol, I've been dreaming a pair of Jimmy since I was a child, not for nothing I used one of his best creation as cover of my blog...

Two years ago, when I was in London I went to Harrods and I pretended to be a rich daddy's girl who wanted to buy a really expensive pair of shoes made by Jimmy and for the first time I felt as Carrie Bradshaw that in the telefilm "Sex and the City"! I was dreaming when the shopping assistent woke me up and I had to think up an excuse to not buy the shoes.

But tasted the heaven I wanted more and more, so I went to Bond Street, I entered in the Jimmy Choo boutique to try another pair and have an other dose of what became my droug: Jimmy' shoes!

Since then I promised myself I would have bought a pair of them as soon as possible, two years are passed and I still don't have them, but God 400£ are not so easy to find out!

The right moment will arrive, for now I just see the new creation of this artist on the feet of the most important actresses and women in the world: Michelle Obama, Naomi Watts, Jessica Alba, Beyonce...

For the new collection the designer use one colour in particular, the Orchid one, symbol of the spring that is coming an of the femminility. Lots are the material used: leather, suede, glitter fabric, metallic leather...

Lots are the different style which Jimmy offers, too: Biel is perferct for women who like femininity and strong colours, Daxen for a fashion cowgirl style, Delhia for strong women, Kalpa to be always chich and Marion for a traditional and an elegant choice: here the pictures, enjoy it!

Ciao a tutte voi amanti del fashion,

rileggendo i miei post passati mi sono resa conto di non aver mai pubblicato nulla sul mio fashion designer preferito: Jimmy Choo! Lo adoro da quando sono bambina e non a caso è proprio una sua creazione a fare da logo al mio blog!

Ho sempre sognato di possedere un paio di Jimmy Choo e di sfoggiarle ai miei piedi.

Due anni fa, quando ero in Inghilterra, sono andata da Harrods e fingendomi una figlia di papà ne ho indossato un paio, ho chiuso gli occhi e per un attimo mi sono sentita come Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City: fantastico! Purtroppo a svegliarmi dal mio sogno è arrivata la commessa e ho dovuto inventarmi una scusa per non comprare le scarpe. Ma dopo aver provato per la prima volta quel brivido nell'indossarle non ho saputo resistere, sono corsa nella botique di Jimmy Choo che si trova a Bond Street per un'altra dose di quella che sarebbe diventata la mia droga.

Da allora sono passati due anni e non ho ancora un paio di Jimmy tutte mie, ma sapete 400 € non è un prezzo molto accessibile...per il momento mi accontento di sognare ad occhi aperti ed invidiare le star (Michelle Obama, Beyonce, Naomi Watts, Jessica Alba...) che indossano la nuova collezione dello stilista.

Collezione ampia e caratterizzata in particolare dal color Orchidea, simbolo di femminilità e della primavera che si sta avvicinando. Moltissimi i modelli e i tessuti utilizzati, tutti d'altissima qualità: pelle, camoscio, glitter...

Jimmy offre una vasta scelta che soddisfa ogni donna: Biel è la scarpa perfetta per chi vuole essere chic ma vuole osare allo stesso tempo, Daxen per uno style da cowgirl alla moda, Kalpa se si vuole essere eleganti e sempre impeccabili, Delhia per donne forti e sicure di sè ed infine Marion per chi ama lo stile semplice ma alla moda.

Sweet Valentine

Hello shopping addicted,

today is the 13th of February..so? So...tomorrow is Saint Valentine's day, the lovers' day.

What do the luxury brands offer for this day?

Prada suggests for the occasion a pair of hearts leather cufflinks for him, and a orange bag made with love for her.

Louis Vuitton created a capsule collection, a whole jewellery collection. The collection includes collier, rings and bracialets. The collier is unisex and it is the perfect present for her and for him.

The french Maison offers for her a port- monnai Coer, a little leather heart pochette in Monogram Vernis, glossy and in a red romantinc nuance.

Talking about love and hearts I have obviously to show you the Tiffany ideas for this Saint Valentine's day: a luxury collection of rings and necklace with hearts pendents and lockers in lots of versions, with diamonts or withuot, made of gold or of silver: wonderful!

Totally diffent the gift idea by G.H. MUMM who offers the possibility to create a love cocktail using Champagne (Cuvèe Rosè) and ribes for an unique experience.

Lots are the ideas for this Valentine, but remember: love is not only for one day and you can't prove it with jewellery or gift but only with your heart.

Ciao a tutte voi amanti del fashion,

oggi è il 13 febbraio..e quindi...domani è San Valentino, il giorno degli innamorati!

Andiamo subito a vedere assieme le bellissime proposte delle piu' grandi maison del lusso per quest'anno.

Prada offre per lui una bellissima versione "love" di gemelli in pelle nera a forma di cuore, e per lei la versione arancio di uno dei modelli piu' in del marchio, cucita a mano con amore.

Louis Vuitton ci sorprende con una vera e propria collezione di gioielli in oro e argento formata da collane, anelli e bracciali rigidi decorati dalla presenza di piccoli lucchetti preziosi simbolo della promessa eterna tra innamorati. Le collane sono unisex e sono un perfetto regalo sia per lui che per lei.

La maison francese offre anche la romantic version del port-monnai Coar, il portamonete a forma di cuore, in pelle, versione Monogram in vernice rossa, azzeccatissimo per un San Valentino passionale. Anch'esso è impreziosito da catenina e lucchetto.

Parlando di questa festa di certo non possiamo non nominare una delle luxury griffe piu' importanti: Tiffany. Il brand ci stupisce con una collezzione di collane e bracciali con pendenti a forma di cuore e lucchetto, in argento, in oro con diamanti o senza: a voi la scelta!

Carnival chic

Dear followers,

in Venice today it's snowing, it seems that the weather wants to make a joke for the Carnival!

But it won't be the snow to stop such a big show, nothing can do it...people are always so happy during this period maybe because for few hours they can be someone else, someone they would like to be.

Even the stars love to dress themselves in silly way and enjoy the Carnival, let's see togheter who had the best idea that maybe we can copy next year!

Mariah Carey went to a party with a lovely honey dress decorated with real yummy biscuits, she was accompanyed by her husband Nick Cannon that transformed himself for the event in a chocolate bar: so sweet!

The model Nina Dobrev and her friend and actress Kayla Ewell decided to imitate their idol Johnny Depp dressing as Willy Wonka and Jack Sparrow, really nice idea, but we prefer the real one, sorry...

But because the Carnival is one of the favourite events for the children I can't not show you how the stars dressed their kids: one of my favourite is the idea of the american actress Busy Philipps who, with her daughter, became the Disney pixie Tinker Bell.

But what about the whole family Spelling? Few years ago Tori dressed as a chich peacock, an inusual wife for a Dean Mcdermott Wolverine version, version which probably enchanted their son who wanted to be a Marvel hero as his dad! Not for the violence the little lady of the family who chose a classic princess dress...

What can I say anymore? Go out, enjoy the last day of Carnival, in spite of the weather, dress up and smile..because maybe what we love of Carnival is not the possibility to be someone else but the chance to be ourselves for real at least for one day..

Ciao a tutte voi amanti della moda,
oggi a Venezia sta nevicando, sembra, infatti, che anche il tempo voglia fare uno scherzo per il Carnevale! Ma niente fermerà la grande parata, niente potrà fermare lo show...
Tutti sono sempre così felici durante questà festività, forse perchè per alcune ore possono fingere di essere qualcun altro.
Perfino le star colgono l'occasione per travestirsi e divertirsi e a volte ci stupiscono per le idee divertenti e originali che hanno. Andiamo, quindi, a vedere i loro migliori travestimenti degli anni passati, per trarne spunto assieme.
Mariah Carey è andata ad una festa, qualche anno fa indossando un vestitino color miele a cui erano stati cuciti dei veri biscotti, accompagnata dal marito Nick Cannon che per l'occasione si è trasformato in una barretta di cioccolato: che dolci!
La modella Nina Dobrev e la sua amica ed attrice Kayla Ewell hanno deciso di rendere omaggio al loro idolo Johnny Depp vestendosi, una da Willy Wonka e l'altra da Jack Sparrow, molto carine ma io sinceramente continuo a preferire l'originale..

E poichè il Carnevale è una delle feste preferite dei bambini non possono mancare i migliori travestimenti dei figli delle star, cominciando con la bellissima figlia dell'attrice americana Busy Philipps che assieme alla mamma si è trasformata come per magia nella fatina di Peter Pan: Campanellino.
Originale anche l'idea della famiglia Spelling: Tori veste i panni (o le per meglio dire, le penne) di un pavone sexi, originale moglie di un Dean Mcdermott versione Wolwerine, versione molto aprezzata dal figlioletto della coppia che ha voluto copiare il padre. Niente violenza, invece, per la piccola lady di casa che ha preferito un vestitino in tulle da principessa.
Idee molto originali, che potete copiare e il successo vi sarà garantito!
Che altro posso dire? Uscite, vestitevi, divertitevi e sorridete perchè forse ho capito solo ora che il motivo per cui amiamo questa festa non è la possibilità che ci offre di diventare qualcun altro, ma la chance di essere veramente noi stessi anche solo per un giorno, senza paura di pregiudizi altrui.

during the last few months I had enough time to think about my life, about what makes me feel good and what doesn't..
Everybody lives sad moments, but everybody knows they will pass.. The important thing is not to lose the hope and the smile.
Women have to believe in themselves and "dress the confidence", that's the right way to feel strong and sexy at the same time. Who is the man who likes insecure woman? There isn't!
Try to imagine Madonna without selfconfidence..it's impossible she needs it as she needs botox!
Or think about all the important women of the world (of the past and of the present): Marilyn Monroe, Michelle Obama, Margaret Thatcher, Anna Wintour and I could go on and on....
Women who are united not only by high fashion taste but by high confidence as well!

durante gli ultimi mesi ho avuto abbastanza tempo a disposizione per pensare alla mia vita, a cosa mi rende felice e cosa invece non lo fa...

Tutti vivono momenti tristi, ma tutti sanno che questi momenti passano prima o poi, l'importante è non perdere la speranza e il sorriso.
Siate sicure di voi stesse, vestitevi di sicurezza! E' questo l'abito giusto, l'abito che vi rende forti e sexi allo stesso tempo. A che uomo piacciono donne insucure? A nessuno!
Provate ad immaginare una Madonna che non crede in se stessa, è impossibile..ha bisogno della sua forza interiore tanto quanto ha bisogno del botox!

Cruciani Macramè Bracelets

yesterday afternoon I went to do some shopping in Cittadella with my friend Martina and we went to Hobbs to look for a nice purse. We haven't find the one we wanted but we found somethingelse to buy: a fashion macramè bracelet by Cruciani.
Luca Caprai is the mind behind the brand who likes to transmit through his art traditions and valors. He says "Things that for a generation are luxury, for the next one are needs".
The phenomenon of the Cruciani bracelets was born during the summer of the 2011, when in a Cruciani boutique in Forte dei Marmi queues of costumers arrived to have these colourful accessory. Soon the phenomenon extended to all the world and the bracelets became a must have!

Differents are the meanings of the differents bracelets. The four-leaf clover one is the symbol of the fortune. ieri pomeriggio sono andata a fare shopping con Martina. Siamo andate da Hobbs a Cittadella per un portafoglio, lì non ne abbiamo trovato uno che ci soddisfasse ma abbiamo trovato qualcos'altro che ci ha incuriosito e colpito e che abbiamo comprato: il bracciale in Macramè di Cruciani.
Luca Caprai è la mente che si nasconde dietro a questi accessori all'ultima moda, accessori che vengono venduti con l'intento di trasmettere i valori e le tradizioni di una famiglia da sempre nel campo del cucito.
"Quello che per una generazione è un lusso, per la generazione successiva è una necessità" è il motto dell'imprenditore italiano che fin dagli inizi dimostra di saper cio' che vuole.

Il boom dei braccialetti si ha nell'estate 2011, quando nella boutique Cruciani a Forte dei Marmi si registrano code per 60 giorni consecutivi di clienti che vogliono accapparrarsi il bracciale piu' in del momento. today I want to talk about bags, the best accessories for a woman after men!
"A bag doesn't have to fit and it doesn't have to be comfortable" said Lulu Guinnes and she was absolutely right! You can buy lots of them and still they won't be enough!
Let's go and see together which are the ones who did the story of the Fashion.

How can we not talk about the most popular bag in the world: the amazing "Chanel 2.55" (the name is from the date in which the bag was born 2-02-55)
It was designed by Coco to be similar to the French soldier's shoulder bag. If now it is a classic 2.55 in the 1955 was something completely new: Coco believed modern women shouldn't be encumbered by a hand-held bag and she decided to produce this fantastic diagonally hand-stitched bag which is nowdays with her updated versions still one of the dreams of the women all around the world!
Another legend? The Kelly bag by Hermes. Lanched in 1950 and named after the film star Grace Kelly (who was famously photographed with one) the Kelly bag can change hands only for huges sums of money.

Other important woman, other important bag... In 1995 to remember Lady Diana Dior decided to create the Lady Dior. The pattern is the classic one of the french maison which remembers the favourite sofa of the stylist. To make the bag chicher some charms with the letter D-I-O-R was added. One of my favourite!
In the 1980 Prada try to find a right combination of fashion and style for the women who love to be pratic introducing the backpack by Prada. The lines of the logo remember the closures of the trunks that the stylist used to produce his first suitcases. With this creation Mario Prada wants to prove that style can be sportiv and he obviously succeded.
The last one of the top 5 is of course the L.V. trunk! Vuitton gave her the name "Speedy" in onour to all the people who during the 30s decided to travel all around. Loved by Audrey Hepburn and Sophia Loren is approachable by not only the Hollywood stars but by all of us with only 500 euros.
Good price for a piece of history but be careful to the imitations!

oggi voglio parlarvi di borse, l'accessorio piu' importante per la donna dopo l'uomo!

Borse, ne puoi acquistare moltissime e ancora non sono abbastanza...
Ma andiamo a vedere quali sono le borse che hanno fatto la storia dagli anni 50 ad oggi!
Come poter non iniziare con la storica, inimitabile Chanel 2.55. Creata da Coco sull'esempio delle borse a tracolla dei militari francesi. Negli anni 50 fu una vera e propria innovazione in quanto fino a quel tempo le borse non venivano appoggiate alla spalla ma bensì portate a mano come le nostre pochette da sera. Il nome, non molto fantasioso deriva dalla data in cui è nata la borsa (2-2-55), data dalla quale per molte donne il mondo della moda è cambiato. Ancora oggi è una delle piu' desiderate e ancora oggi la maison francese continua a riprodurre nuove versioni della 2.55, ottenendo enormi successi.
Altra legenda? La Kelly bag by Hermes. Lanciata nel 1950, prende il nome dalla star holliwoodiana Grace Kelly (famosa la foto che la ritrae con la borsa). Borsa raffinata ed elegante che passa di mano in mano solo in cambio di grosse cifre di denaro.
Altra donna importante, altra borsa importante...Nel 1995 in onore di Lady D nasce "Lady Dior". Con lo stesso disegno classico delle altre Dior (che ricorda la poltrona preferita dello stilista) è resa elegante ed unica dall'aggiunta di charms scintillanti: le lettere D-I-O-R.
Nel 1980 è Prada a regalarci una signora borsa, o meglio un signor zainetto! La maison italiana decide di fondere l'eleganza con la comodità creando lo zaino Prada. Le linee del logo ricordano molto le chiusure utilizzate dallo stilista nella creazione delle prime valige del brand che donano alla borsa un tocco di raffinatezza. Mario Prada vuole provare a noi donne che si puo' essere fashion ovunque anche mentre si scala una montagna e ci riesce.
A chiudere la nostra top 5 troviamo il bauletto L.V. Chiamato "Speedy" da Vuitton in onore di tutti coloro che negli anni 30 si sono dedicati ai viaggi e alla scoperta del mondo. I'm so happy because in less then 5 days I'm leaving... I'm going to Darlington for two weeks!!!

Back to England for holydays: amazing!!!! But obviously now I have a big problem: how can I take all I need to the Uk using only a suitcase that can't weight more then 15 kilos?

After a (ponderate) study I have reached the solution! First of all you need to put inside the essential things such as shampoo, soap, make up, medicines and towels.

After it's the underwear time: bras, slips, socks and a pijiama.

Now we arrive to the difficult part: the choice of the clothes...The rule is to evitate to take with yourself the stuff you won't use so here the fashion-essential clothes list:

-a pair of high heels for your night out (black, easy to match)

-a pair of every-day shoes

-two hookies for the cold evenings

-three t-shirts (one of them to use in disco)

-two long cardigans and a short one

-a skirt

-a pair of leggings

-two pair of jeans

-a dress

-a bag

-accessories such as rings, necklaces, bracialets, scarf...

Mixing right you will reach the perfect different outfit everyday using the same things but in different ways...

Some examples? For a shopping afternoon you can wear jeans, t-shrt, cardigan and shoes, for a dancing night you can use the same pair of jeans of before, a fashion t-shirt, a nice necklace and a pair of high heels!

Do you prefer to wear a skirt? Wear it and match it with the same t-shirt you have used in the afternoon!

Sono veramente contenta perchè fra meno di 5 giorni saro' a Darlington, di nuovo in Inghilterra ma per godermi una vacanza di due settimane e non per lavoro!

A minare la mia contentezza è pero' il problema della valigia..come farò a far stare in un trolley che non puo' superare i 15 kg tutto il necessario?

Dopo uno studio (ponderato) sono arrivata alla soluzione, soluzione che voglio condividere con voi perchè potrà esservi utile nei vostri viaggi futuri!
Innanzitutto dovete mettere in valigia le cose essenziali come ad esempio shampoo, sapone, trucchi, medicine e un asciugamano.
Passiamo poi alla biancheria: slip, reggiseni, calzini e un pigiama. Ora pero' vi è la parte piu' difficile, quali vestiti portare. La regola da seguire e' quella di evitare di portare con se vestiti che poi non utilizzeremo, quindi ecco qui di seguito la fashio list dei vestiti da portare in valigia:
-un paio di scarpe con il tacco per le tue notti in discoteca (nere se possibile, in modo da abbinarle con facilita');
-un paio di scarpe che puoi indossare tutti i giorni;
-due felpe pesanti in caso di freddo;
-tre t-shirt, di cui una piu' elegante per le tue serate in disco;
-due cardigan lunghi e uno corto;
-una gonna;
-due paia di jeans;
-un vestitino;
-una borsa;
-accessori vari come ad esempio collane, anelli, braccialetti, sciarpe e foulards...

Mixando nel modo corretto otterrete sempre l outfit perfetto da indossare, usando pochi capi resi unici e diversi da abbinamenti differenti e dall'uso degli accessori.
Qualche esempio di outfit? Per un pomeriggio dedicato alla shopping potrete indossare un paio di jeans, una t-shirt, un cardigan e le vostre scarpe da ginnastica...Se invece dovrete andare in discoteca allora potrete utilizzare lo stesso paio di jeans usato nel pomeriggio, una t-shirt elegante abbinato a tacchi alti e collana!
Preferite le gonne? detto fatto...basterà abbinarela t-shirt con la gonna e il gioco è fatto...
Insomma piu' di 100 outfit in una piccola valigia!

Hello fashion lovers,

the cold is back! It's not yet the time to go out wearing miniskirt.....isn't it? Oh c'mon Chiara of course it is! And the cold it's a really good excuse to wear a pair of fashion tights!

You can wear lots of different pair of them (of course not togheter!): colourful, total black, transparent, with the line in the back (my favourite)...ecc.

At the begining, in the Middle age , only the men used to wear them, but now it's one of the most sexy and provocant clothes in the women's wardrobe!

The best mix, in my opinion is: t-shirt, cardigan, high waisted skirt and transparent black tights! In England the girls go to school wearing this outfit: a fashion uniform!!!

Who said uniform are boring?

Ciao a tutte voi amanti della moda,

il freddo è tornato e l'estate sembra non volersi avvicinare! Non è ancora il tempo di indossare minigonne..oppure mi sbaglio? Ovvio Chiara, certo che potete...anzi, dovete approffittando di vestire calze superfashion!

Se ne possono trovare a milioni, i modelli sono infiniti, ci sono le classiche trasparenti, total black oppure coloratissime, a fantasie, ricamate e le mie prefetite: quelle con la riga sul retro!

Nel Medioevo le calze erano un indumento maschile, successivamente sdoganato, in particolare con l invenzione del nylon..Oggi sono uno degli accessori piu' in che non puo' mancare nel guardaroba femminile.

Il migliore abbinamento per un look da tutti i giorni secondo me è dato da gonna nera a vita alta, t-shirt, cardigan e ovviamente calze nere trasparenti! In Inghilrterra è proprio questo il look delle teenager che usano questo outfit come uniforme a scuola....chi ha mai detto che le uniformi sono noiose?

Home made beauty mask

HOME MADE BEAUTY MASK

What you need:
-a lemon;
-a bit of salt;
-an egg;
-a little bit of olive oil.

What to do:
First of all you need to squize a lemon in a empty bowl.
Put the salt in the juice and mix it.
Add an egg and mix this as well with the juice.
Pour a little bit of olive oil to make the juice a little bit more thick.
Put the bowl in the fridge and wait few minuts.
Finally use this cream, spreading it on your face. Wait for 15-20 minuts and then take it off with hot water and a sponge.

Result: your skin will be smooth and fresh: WOW!
All of this without spending money in a beauty farm!!!!

MASCHERA ANTI-IMPERFEZIONI FATTA IN CASA

Cosa ti serve:
-un limone;
-un pizzico di sale;
-un uovo;
-dell'olio d'oliva.

Cosa devi fare:
Spremi il limone e versa il succo in una terrina;
Aggiungi un pizzico di sale e mescola affinchè quest'ultimo si sciogli;
Rompi l'uovo e mescola il tutto per bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo;
Versa un goccio d'olio fino ad ottenere una certa intensità e fai riposare il composto in frigo per qualche minuto.
Infine spalma le crema sul viso (in particolare sulla zona T) e lasciala agire per 15-20 minuti, dopodichè togli il composto con una salvietta e risciaqua il viso con acqua tiepida.

Risultato: la pelle risulterà immediatamente piu' liscia e profumata. Il limone avrà agito restringendo i punti neri e l'olio d'oliva avrà ammorbidito la pelle evitando un'effetto secco...
Tutto questo senza spendere soldi in beauty farm, risparmiando e comodamente sul divano di casa!!! WOW!

the last time I have written a post it was such a long time ago....That's because there are too many fashion bloggers and everybody writes the same things....I don't wanna be boring...I felt so upset because not a lot of people was reading my blog...and suddendly I stopped... Am I crazy? No, only a bad month... And that's really strange because I had everything from my life: family, friends, love and clothes!!!
Tonight I had a dream, I have dreamed about me in a fashion store talking about fashion...and when I got up I felt as I needed to write again and I'm doing it! I spent one minute tinking what I could have written and I got the answer really quickly...to find another time my love for the fashion I would have had to write down my definition of "Fashion".
Clothes maybe were born to protect us from the cold or from the hot weather, but now it's not like this anymore. Fashion is art! With a t-shirt, a pair of jeans you can do the Revolution!

We can learn from the History: women from all around the world weren't allowed to wear trousers because this type of cloth was a man-cloth...but they decided to wear it to show they could have been same of the men, or maybe better! And what about the miniskirt? another women revolution!
If fashion is revolution, I must go on with my blog because fashion needs me!

l'ultima volta che ho scritto sul mio blog è stato troppo tempo fa...il problema è che ci sono sempre piu' fashion bloggers, che pubblicano post su argomenti ormai già trattati, diventati ripetitivi...
Cosi' di colpo mi sono sentita di non continuare a scrivere, no, non perchè sono pazza...forse solo a causa di un brutto periodo...cosa molto strana avendo tutto cio' che desisero dalla vita: famiglia, amici, amore e vestiti!
Questanotte pero' la svolta (se cosi' la possiamo definire)....ho fatto un sogno...ho sognato di me di fronte ad un pubblico numeroso che parlavo di moda e ne parlavo cosi' appassionatamente da appassionare tutta la platea! Così stamani, quando mi sono alzata, mi sono sentita ispirata, mi sono sentita che dovevo accendere il pc e scrivere...scrivere di moda, spiegare cos'era la moda per me: moda è arte!

Certo, forse inizialmente i vestiti sono stati creati per proteggere i nostri avi dal freddo o dal caldo afoso, ma oggi non è piu' cosi'. Un abito puo' fare la Rivoluzione.
La storia insegna: le donne non potevano indossare pantaloni fino qualche decennio fa, ma poi si sono ribellate, durante la guerra hanno saputo dimostrare che anche loro potevano fare lavori fino a quel momento definiti "per soli uomini", hanno liberalizzato un capo maschile rendendolo unisex, un gesto che non pochi hanno definito rivoluzionario! Per non parlare della minigonna simbolo di libertà femminile che ha fatto scandalizzare i maschilisti ben pensanti degli anni 60!
Se la moda è quindi una rivoluzione io devo continuare a scrivere il mio blog, a fare la mia parte di lavoro, perchè la moda ha bisogno anche di noi fashion bloggers!

Rock top nail lacquer (cracked nail polish)

Hello shopping lovers,

today I went to one of the biggest fashion mall near my city "Il Grifone" to have an interview with the italian brand "Motivi". I was so excited that I arrived 1 hour and a half before the interview...I didn't know how to spend the time, without becoming more and more nervous so I did what everybody does inside a shopping mall: shopping!
I went to Kiko Milano, a really famous brand of cosmetics where you can find everything you need for your make up! I decided to buy some nail polish (Kiko has lots and lots of different colours!)...
Looking at the different polishes I finally decided to buy the white rock-top nail lacquer. What's that?
It's a type of polish you have to use on the top of another nail polish and as you will use it, it will start breacking making a rock effect! The result is amazing because your nail will look as they come out from a beauty farm!

I bought the white coulor because it's really easy to match with all the other nail polishes I already have.

To buy it I spent a little bit less then 5 euros.

I was so happy but still It was too early for my interview so I decide to go to H&M (in the same shopping mall) and there I found out this brand has got Rock - top nail lacquer and the price was better then the one in Kiko (a little bit more then 2 euros)! I was furious but soon I calmed down because in H&M they have only 2 colours of this type of polish (grey and black) and I didn't like them...

Happy, finally, I went to my interview...but this is another story...

Ciao a tutte voi amanti della moda,

oggi sono andata in uno dei centri commerciali piu' famosi della mia zona "Il grifone", dove dovevo tenere un colloquio di lavoro per il brand italiano "Motivi". Troppo eccitata per il colloquio sono arrivata con un'ora e mezza di anticipo. Non sapendo come far passare il tempo senza diventare sempre piu' nervosa, decisi di fare quello che tutti fanno all'interno di un centro commerciale: shopping! Mi sono diretta quindi, da Kiko Milano, uno dei migliori brand d'estetica nel quale puoi trovare tutti gli accessori necessari per creare il tuo make up perfetto. Ero intenzionata ad acquistare uno smalto, in quanto Kiko possiede veramente una varietà davvero ampia di smalti, di diversi tipi e tonalità. Alla fine ho optato per un articolo del tutto innovativo: il rock-top nail lacquer. Questo smalto ha la caratteristica di creparsi e dare un effetto "parete rocciosa" all'unghia se steso sopra ad un altro smalto precedentemente applicato, il quale sarà visibile in sottofondo.

L'effetto è a dir poco fantastico, e con questo tipo di smalto le vostre unghie sembreranno appena uscite da una beauty farm!
Contenta del mio acquisto, ma ancora decisamente troppo in anticipo per recarmi al colloquio, ho deciso di andare a fare un giretto per H&M (presente nello stesso centro commerciale). Li ho scoperto che anche questa azienda della moda fast fashion vende Rock top nail lacquer ad un prezzo pero' piu' competitivo rispetto a Kiko (poco piu' di 2 euro). Arrabbiata, sono riuscita a calmarmi solo rendendomi conto che erano disponibili solo due colori di questo tipo di smalto (il nero e il grigio) ai quali non ero interessata...
Di nuovo felice, finalmente mi recai al colloquio..ma questa è un'altra storia.

Ora tocca alla figlia Lourdes, con il suo nuovo marchio "Material girl" dallo stile rock di strada, ricordarci che nel 2012 le ragazze non sono diverse dagli anni precedenti, che si guarda ancora al portafoglio, sopratutto se di secondo nome fai Ciccone.

Come volto della campagna pubblicitaria del marchio la giovane Lourdes ha scelto Taylor Momsen, già famosa dopo aver partecipato ad alcune stagioni della serie "Gossip Girl". Il suo stile un po' dark e trasandato è perfetto per rappresentare il brand.

A soli 14 anni la piccola Ciccone vuole dimostrare al mondo che non è solamente la figlia della regina del pop ma che ha del talento proprio e che riesce a cavarsela da sola senza l'aiuto della mamma.

Certo, sul fatto che sarebbe riuscita ad arrivare allo stesso livello pur abitando in un appartamentino con madre disoccupata e padre operaio ho i miei dubbi, di sicuro sarebbe stata piu' felice e amata.

Certo il bel calciatore ha sempre amato mettere in mostra muscoli e tatuaggi in campagne pubblicitarie (una delle ultime quella per Emporio Armani), ma ora David supera se stesso decidendo di disegnare una linea d'intimo in collaborazione con il brand del fast-fashion H&M!

9 modelli tra slip, boxer, pigiami, t-shirt e pantaloni lunghi intimi saranno disponibili in 1800 negozi in tutto il mondo dal 2 febbraio prossimo(in Italia sara' possibile l'acquisto on line dal 9 febbraio).

H&M dichiara che si tratta solamente dell'inizio di una lunga collaborazione tra il calciatore e il brand svedese.

Lo spero proprio...lo so, non sono un ragazzo e quindi la cosa non dovrebbe interessarmi molto....ma.....l'idea di vedere David in underwear è davvero allettante!

But, that's not a thing which can havevAndrej Pejic, an australian model with serbian origins. Andrej is notable for his extreme androgyny and his ability to successfully model both male and female clothing.

In the Paris fashion shows of January 2011, he walked both the men's and women's shows for Jean-Paul Gaultier and the men's shows for Marc Jacobs.

He was born in 1991 (only 3 days before me...we should party togheter next year!) and he has been able to transform the handicap that can be a girly look in a successful weapon!

Every stilyst now would like to have him on the catwalks because of his capacity to be men and woman both with style and beautiful results!
In the last months Andrej was targeted by the journalists of all over the world after his advertising campaign for HEMA. For this brand the model weared a push up bra!

Nato nel 1991 (solo pochi giorni prima del mio compleanno....potremmo fare un party assieme l'anno prossimo eh?) è stato capace di trasformare quello che poteva essere un handicap, i lineamenti femminili, nella sua arma di successo!

Gli stilisti di tutto il mondo firmerebbero carte false per vederlo sfilare nelle loro passerelle!

Nel mirino dei giornalisti, ricevendo, pero', numorese critiche, si è trovato negli ultimi mesi, dopo aver prestato viso e corpo per la realizzazione di una campagna pubblicitaria del brand HEMA.

Nelle foto Andrej posa in versione femminile indossando un reggiseno push up, il messaggio della HEMA giunge quindi chiaro e forte...se il risultato del reggiseno è straordinario su un ragazzo, immaginate se indossato da una ragazza!

Diesel: let us pray!

Hello dear readers,

I know it's ages I'm not writing in the blog but it was Xmas time...Can be this a valid escuse??? I don'think so....but now I'm back and with a lot of fashion news!
I want to start the 2012 talking about one of my idol: Renzo Rosso, the creator of the Diesel brand which is the most famous jeans brand in the world!
Why do I wanna talk about him? The idea comes from one of the Xmas presents I've received.

I'm talking about a little gadget that Renzo sent to all the most important costumers, in particularly to all his vip friends and to some of his staff. In all the world there are only few copies of this gadget and I can say I have one of it! Curious to know what I'm talking about?

It's a red candle..but of course not a simple red candle...we are talking about Renzo Rosso and we all know that all he does is amazing and extraordinary.

The candle was inside a spray can on which there was written "Let us pray". A really good words joke that can be read "Let's spray" and refears to the can, but it can be read as it's written refearing to the hiden candle (sandalwood aroma).

To whish a peaceful and happy future is the present from Renzo, and to whish a fab new year to all of you readers is this post!

lo so, e' un eternità che non scrivo ma era Natale.....puo' essere questa una scusa valida? Non penso, ma mi faro' perdonare, promesso! Sono tornata e con moltissime nuove news dal mondo del fashion!

Voglio iniziare questo nuovo anno citando uno dei miei piu' grandi idoli: Renzo Rosso, creatore del marchio Diesel, marchio di jeans piu' famoso e venduto al mondo.
Perche' proprio di lui? Beh, diciamo che l'idea mi è venuta dopo aver ricevuto un fantastico regalo di Natale.

Sto parlando di un piccolo gadget che Renzo ha voluto far recapitare a tutti i suoi amici (vip compresi)e ad alcuni collaboratori del suo staff aziendale. Pochissime le copie in tutto il mondo e io posso vantarmi di possederne una!

Curiosi di sapere di cosa si tratta? E' una candela profumata al sandalo, ma ovviamente, trattandosi di un regalo del genio del jeans che mai è banale, non si tratta di una semplice candela.

Infatti quest'ultima si nascondeva all'interno di una bomboletta spray sulla quale era stata stampata la scritta "Let us pray". Gioco di parole a dir poco eccezionale che puo' trasformarsi in "Let's spray" e fare quindi riferimento alla bomboletta spray, o essere letto testualmente "Let us pray" facendo cosi' riferimento al valore spirituale della candela nascosta.

Un bel pensiero con il quale Renzo vuole augurarci un futuro di serenita' e pace, fortuna e amore, invece, vi auguro io con questo post!

dopo quasi 3 mesi passati a Bruxelles, capitale europea, sono tornata in Italia (e questa volta dicono sia per sempre!).

Non vedo l'ora di poter passare una settimana bianca in montagna, ma purtroppo sul fronte metereologico non è prevista neve....solo pioggia!

Ma non per questo mi disperero', anzi, cogliero' l'occasione per indossare i miei Hunter. Stivali eleganti in gomma che non solo riparano dall'acqua ma ti rendono cool allo stesso tempo!
Quando mio nonno era un bambino gli stivali in gomma venivano usati solo per lavorare sui campi e venivano prodotti solamente in un unico colore: verdastro...
Ma oggi la musica e' cambiata, ve ne sono di diversi modelli e in diverse fantasie.

the winter is here and every day it is colder...we already have red noses, colds and iced feet...

Ei, wait a moment....My feet aren't cold at all!!! Why? Because I have a pair of Ugg Australia which are made from warm soft sheepskin. I love them but this year I would like to change them...
Not with a new pair of Ugg but with a pair of Mou!
I'm not talking about the snob football coach Mourinho, girls...I'm talking about a shoes brand:)
This handmade boots are made from premium material such as sheepskin leather and hooked wool, and the company trumpets ethical and ecological values.
They are a better-looking version of Uggs with added eco credentials.
Lots of stars have already got a pair of them: Gwyneth Paltrow and Sarah Jessica Parker cannot stay without them and we all know that have very good taste in shoes subject!

The boots are available in different colours (my favourite one are the blue ones), highs and looks!
They are not so cheap but if you take care of them using the right waterproof prodocts you can keep them for years...it's the best investemnt you can do!

Ciao a tutte carissime lettrici,

l'inverno e' arrivato ed ogni giorno e' sempre piu' freddo, i nasi diventano rossi, i raffreddori arrivano e i piedi si congelano...Ei un secondo....i miei piedini sono belli caldi! Come mai? Perche' non esco mai senza i miei Uggs Australia! Li adoro ma quest'anno ho voglia di cambiare, di sostituirli con un paio di fantastici Mou.
No, ragazze, non sto parlando dello snob ex allenatore dell'inter Mourinho, no....sto parlando degli stivali Mou!
Stivali lavorati a mano, utilizzando materiali come pelle di pecora e lana pregiata rispettando comunque l'ambiente. Insomma si tratta di una versione piu' glamour degli Uggs e piu' ecologica.
Stars del calibro di Gwyneth Paltrow e Sarah Jessica Parker non possono piu' farne a meno e sappiamo tutte che loro in materia di scarpe sono esperte, insomma un esempio da seguire!
Gli stivali sono disponibili in diversi colori (i miei preferiti sono blu), altezze e look!

Unico svantaggio e' il prezzo (superiore ai 200 euro), ma se li tratterete con cura, utilizzando i prodotti waterproof adatti vi potranno durare anni..insomma e' un investimento da fare assolutamente!!!

Hello dear readers,

before leaving home to come here in Brussels I promised my dad I would have saved some money... I'm doing it but because I'm a shopping addicted I can't stop shopping and it is really hard try to not buy new stuff even if I don't really need it... so I made a deal, not with my dad, I can't make him change his mind, but with myself...: if I can't buy new clothes but I want to have new outfit I will buy only cheap and fashion accessories! They have the ability to make your clothes look different and they are not so expensive if you go in the right shops!

This year the "owl style" is really on fashion, popolar as well the necklace with anchors or empty bird cages as pendant. It's like all the young generation want to show her will to escape from the modern world, to remove the anchor which doesn't let her sail and discover the real world, to leave the cage that imprisons her...

Somethimes we forget that behind every cloth, every pair of shoes, every accesorie there is a hiden meaning, something that the stylist wants to say....something that we as well, wearing them, want to say to all the other people!

Ciao a tutti voi amanti della moda,
dovete sapere che quando sono partita per Bruxelles, ho promesso a mio papa' che avrei messo da parte un po' di soldini...beh diciamo che mi sto impegnando a mantenere la mia promessa ma e' così difficile per una shopping addicted come me fare a meno di acquistare nuovi capi, anche quando non ne ho realmente bisogno.
Ho riflettuto parecchio sul problema e ho trovato la soluzione: visto che non posso concedermi il lusso di acquistare abiti nuovi ogni settimana ho deciso che per far sembrare i miei outfit innovativi e sempre diversi posso investire i miei soldi in economici accessori.

Collane, bracciali, anelli che hanno la capacita' di trasformare un abito vecchio in uno nuovissimo senza dover spendere chissa' che capitali.
Quest'anno molto di moda sono le collane che hanno come pendenti ancore, gabbiette d'uccelli vuote e civette... e' come se la nuova generazione di giovani volesse trasmettere la propria voglia di evadere dalla gabbia del mondo moderno, la propria voglia di levare l'ancora e salpare per mari sconosciuti, la propria voglia di volare liberi e di fare nuove esperienze...
A volte ci scordiamo che la moda non e' solo qualcosa che ci protegge dal freddo, o qualcosa di carino da vedere, a volte dietro a molti capi c'e' una storia, un messaggio e sta a noi coglierlo.

Hello shopping addicted,

today I want to talk about one of the must have of all the seasons: the sheath dress!
"La petite robe noire" was born in the 20s thanks to Coco Chanel, one of my idol.
She wanted to create something that had to make women look sexi and strong at the same time and she did it!
Perfect in every situation: a party, a date (even the first date), a premiere, a cocktail with the friends...
It's the most versatile cloth you can have in your wardrobe. I have one and I use it really often but it looks everytime new and different depending on the accessories I wear with it.
For esample I wear it on the 24th of September for the 8plusgoals events in Brussels. It has got gold floreal decorations and I decided to combine it with a black lovely blazer and a pair of high stiletto.

The result was absolutely amazing and perfect for the occasion.
Everybody always says I look beautiful with it and I always answer to the compliments with a big smile and a "Thank you" but all we know that the real "Thank you" should go to Coco!

oggi voglio parlarvi di uno dei must have di tutti i tempi: il tubino.

Conosciuto in tutto il mondo come "la petite robe noire" nasce negli anni 20 grazie ad uno dei miei idoli: Coco Chanel.
L'obiettivo della stilista era quello di riuscire a creare un abito femminile e accattivante allo stesso tempo, che dire...missione compiuta!
Perfetto in ogni occasione e' l'abito che tutte dovremmo avere nel nostro guardaroba. Lo si puo' indossare per un primo appuntamento, per recarsi a lavoro, per partecipare ad una premiere o per un cocktail con le amiche.
E' un capo del quale non riesco a fare a meno e che porto ovunque vada in valigia. Lo sfrutto moltissimo ma ogni volta appare diverso in base a ciò che ci abbino.
E' stato il mio outfit anche per l'evento "8plusgoals" del 24 settembre a Bruxelles. Mi e' bastato abbinarlo ad un blazer nero e ad un paio di decolte' per un risultato mozzafiato!

Hello shopping addicted,
how did you spend the weekend? Hope enjoying yourselves as I did. Infact my last weekend was absolutely amazing, wonderful, it was wow. That's because I went in the centre of Brussels and I did the Modo percours. What's the Modo percours? It's a percours that lasted 3 day that permit you to discover the creations of the new belgique stylists.

The theme of the Modo Parcours 2011 was ‘Statement’. « Statement » in the sense of notification, a message of creation, of taking positions …
The Fashion Trail exposed more then seventy participants, a mix of young talents and known designers in the Brussels fashion design. All installations were made in an artistic way and in harmony with the place which was occupied, whether the designer exhibit in his own shop or he/she had been invited to exhibit in a private or unexpected place. Some of the designers were working together with other forms of art such as graphic artists, sculpture artists, photographers, dancers and actors…
It was absolutely amazing and I had the possibility to touch (I wasn't really allowed) some of the creations, to discover new talents of whom I will talk in my blog this week. People who has got art inside their heart and deserve my respect.

Buongiorno shopping addicted,

come avete passato il weekend? Il mio e' stato assolutamente fantastico, eccezzionale, wow, incredibile!
Questo perche' ho avuto la possibilita' di partecipare ad uno degli eventi piu' popolari del mondo della moda a livello europeo: il percorso Modo. Di cosa si tratta? Di una caccia l tesoro tra le varie botique del centro di Brussels nelle quali sono state esposte per l'occasione le nuove creazioni di stilisti gia' conosciuti e stilisti emergenti.
Piu' di 70 i partecipanti che hanno esposto i propri lavori all'aperto o all'interno di spazi privati in maniera artistica, elaborata e supercreativa, ma in armonia con il paesaggio.

Alcuni dei designer hanno collaborato all'allestimento di stand utilizzando varie forme d'arte: graffiti, sculture, fotografie immense. Altri ancora si sono appoggiati ad aiuto di attori, modelle e ballerini.
Il tema di questa 11esima edizione e' stato "Statement". "Statement" nel senso di ideoligia, presa di posizione, modi pensare e vivere la vita. Moltissimi quindi gli aforismi e le frasi utilizzate dagli stilisti per descrivere le proprie opere d'arti.
Come ho gia' detto e' stato fantastico poter partecipare a tutto cio, poiche' ho avuto la possibilita' di ammirare e toccare con mano (non avrei potuto) crezione fantastiche di designer nelle quali vene scorre arte pura. Molti di essi mi erano sconosciuti, ma ora che gli ho scoperti ho deciso di pubblicare in settimana alcuni pezzi su di loro in modo tale da presentarveli.

the scariest night of the year is coming ... have you already decided who or what you are going to be?
I'm quite sure I will be a cat woman! High heels, leather leggings, black top and cat mask: a classic easy to make without spending lots of money just using what is inside my wardrobe..
If you haven't decide yet you can take some examples from the past Holliwood stars' costumes.
What do you think about Kid Kardashian pirate costume? Sexi and spooky at the same time! You can easily reach the result using normal winter leather boots, a black skirt, a lovely shirt and of course a pirate hat:)
Anne Hathaway transformed in a tiger last year for Lanvin halloween party using simply a leopard chich suit obteining a wonderful result!
More fantasious the idea of Kelly Osbourne and Luke Worrall that decided to become egg and bacon for the prove of an inseparable combination (not so insaparable after all...)

But the best one in my opinion was Christina Aguilera who with her little son Max decided to wear a spooky bones suit to transform themselves in two sweet skeletons.

Carissime amanti della moda,

siete pronte per la notte piu' spaventosa dell'anno? Halloween e' alle porte e noi dobbiamo decidere in fretta in cosa o in chi vogliamo trasformarci!
Io saro' una cat woman per l'occasione, risultato semplicissimo da raggiungere utilizzando solamente capi che gia' possiedo in guardaroba. Mi bastera' abbinare un top scuro a leggins in pelle e completare il tutto con decolte' nere laccate e maschera da gatto:)
Se non avete ancora le idee chiare provate ad ispirarvi ad alcuni costumi indossati dalle star di Hollywood gli anni passati. Che ne pensate del vestito da piratessa di Kid Kardashian? A dir poco fantastico ed anche in questo caso vi bastera' mixare alcuni must have che troverete nel vostro armadio (stivali in pelle da ginocchio, gonna nera, camicia in pizzo) ed aggiungerci un cappello da pirata!
Anne Hathaway, invece, ha indossato in occasione della serata organizzata da Lanvin nel 2010 una tuta leopardata trasformandosi cosi' in una leonessa chic!

Diversi e originali Kelly Osbourne e l'ex fidanzatino Luke Warral che per provare la loro inseparabilita' si sono trasformati in uova e bacon!
La migliore resta, pero', secondo me, Christina Aguilera che con il piccolo Max ha indossato un costume da scheletro ottenendo un risultato piu' dolce che spaventoso!

Tintin premiere in Bruxelles

yesterday night was a busy night here in Brussels. The city where Tintin, the ginger hair detective was born long time ago has accomodeted the premiere of the new 3d film directed by Steven Spielberg.
The movie director discovered Tintin in the 1981 when his film "Raiders of the Lost Ark" was compared to something called Tintin. He decided to do some reaserches and then he thought the books would have made fantastic motion pictures. The movie will be in the cinema soon and I'm quite sure it will be a success.
It will be the first of three movies (Tintin and the secret of the unicorn) and it will achieve not only the young audience but it will be a movie for all the ages! I'm sure that lots of parents who have read the books when they were younger will be happy to watch the movie with their children...
Waiting the ufficial release of the movie I wil walk in the capital admiring Tintin murales and watching Tintin libraries' windows shop. All rthe city is celebrating this movie and so do I.

Ciao a tutti amanti della moda,

ieri e' stata una gran giornata qui a Brussels, infatti la capitale belga ha ospitato la Premiere del nuovo film in 3d di Spielberg "Tintin and the secret of the unicorn". Il film si preavvisa un successo, il primo di una trilogia annunciata che porta l'investigatore dai capelli rossi re dei fumetti sul grande schermo.

Tintin nasce proprio qui in Belgio anni fa e non a caso la capitale e' stata scelta per ospitare il lancio del film.

Spielberg decide di dar vita a questo fumetto per, non solo un pubblico giovane, ma anche e sopratutto per quei genitori che potranno portare i figli al cinema e intrattenerli con racconti di nostalgia sui loro tempi passati.

Il regista scopre Tintin solo dopo che, nel 1981 il suo film "Raiders of the Lost Ark" viene paragonato alle avventure del giovane detective ramato. Non serve sottolineare che la grande mente seppe riconoscere subito la possibilita' di trasformare i libri in film.

"Tintin and the secret of the unicorn" e' gia' nelle sale belghe e sara' presto visibile in tutte le sale del mondo. Aspettando con ansia il momento in cui anchio andro' a vederlo mi accontento di ammirare i murales raffiguranti Tintin che dominano la citta' e le vetrine delle librerie vintage piene delle sue avventure.
