Qualcomm has Announced Snapdragon 675, a mid-range smartphone SoC with Triple Camera Support

Annual 4G-5G SUMMIT in HONGKONG, Qualcomm has announced a new chipset Qualcomm's Snapdragon 675, a mid-range smartphone SoC with better gaming performance and Triple Camera Support.

In August Qualcomm announced a new chipset in their 600 series the 670 chipset and now they did a slight upgrade to 670 chipset with the announcement of new Snapdragon 675 chipset.

The new 675 chipset features new 4th gen Kryo 460 CPU with 8 cores in which 2 are performance and 6 are efficiency. 2 performance cores are Cortex A76 based cores with 2GHz and remaining are A55 based efficiency cores with 1.75 GHz. 675 is built on 11nm technology which is first time appearing on Snapdragon chipset.

675 chipset is almost 30% faster compared to 670 in game launching, music launch, browsing and also in many more features.

In the graphics portion, Snapdragon 675 comes with new 6th gen 612 Adreno GPU so it can give a smoother experience to Gamers. It can launch games 30% faster.

In-camera department, Snapdragon 675 provides better performance with a triple camera than today's smartphones with a triple camera.

Snapdragon 675 supports Qualcomm quick charge 4+ which can charge smartphone up to 0-50 % in 15 minutes. Through this, the midrange smartphone can compete with flagships in charging speed.

Because there are lot of similarities in Redmi Note 4 and Redmi Note 5. In Redmi Note 5 you get 18:9 screen ratio while as in Redmi Note 4 you get 16:9 screen ratio. In Redmi Note 5 they give you a better camera experience than Redmi Note 4.

Otherwise, why you spend your money and get same features.

Both the devices have same processor and also runs MIUI 9 based on Android Nougat. Both devices have same design from backside.

Websites of universities including IIT Delhi, DU, AMU hacked by Pakistani hacker group

On Tuesday, Official websites of four Indian universities including IIT Delhi, Delhi University, Aligarh Muslim University and IIT BHU hacked by a pro-pakistani hacker group.

They wrote abuses about Indian armed forces and Indian government on the landing pages of the website and they wrote message related to Kashmir and also put some videos.

The hacker group code name ''PHC Pakistani l33t w4s h3r3'' hacked IIT Delhi website (www.iitd.ac.in).

The hacker group said it has not stolen or deleted data of IITD bit was a delivering a message to the Indian government and the people of India.

"Greetings Government of India, and the people of India. Do you know what your so-called heroes (soldiers) are doing in Kashmir? Do you know they are killing many innocent people in Kashmir?" the same message on both sites read.

"Pakistan Zindabad," it says in fluorescent green at the bottom, with the page displaying two videos of the army's alleged brutalities in Kashmir and the protest of the people over it.

WHAT THE MESSAGE READS

"Do you know they have raped many girls? Do you know they still are raping girls in Kashmir? How would you feel if your brother, sister, father and mother gets killed? How would you feel if someone rapes your mother or sister? Won't your life and your families be destroyed? (sic)," it added.

"This hack is in response to Code-Man's hack of railways.gov.pk (http://www.zone-h.org/mirror/id/29230257?zh=1) and in the solidarity of innocent Kashmiri people being killed by the Indian Army. Thank you, Regards - PHC (sic)," it says.

The websites of most central universities are managed by the state-run National Informatics Centre.

New beta version of WhatsApp's Android App now include a major feature: Video calls. The new free video calling feature appears to be available only in the latest WhatsApp beta version for now , couldn't access it until updated my app, but this indicates wider rollout may be on its way soon.

Now, the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android (v2.16.318) shows the video calling feature. Interestingly, rumors had earlier indicated that the video calling feature might be first officially rolled out to iOS and then to Android.

Now that the Android beta version already has the video calling feature, it looks like Android users are in for luck and could make video calls before their iOS friends.

WhatsApp’s video-calling feature is one that has been anticipated for quite sometime now, and once this launches it could give the app a significant edge over other messaging rivals. The video-calling feature is currently available on Snapchat, Facebook Messenger, Hangouts, KakaoTalk, Viber. Of course,Skype remains one of the leading options for video-calling for many users.

But WhatsApp’s video-calling will be revolutionary in many ways. For starters, WhatsApp has close to 1 billion monthly active users, claims to be totally end-to-end encrypted and we’re assuming that given their obsession for privacy, they will extend the same to their video-calling feature. WhatsApp could effectively ruin the game for Google’s single-purpose app Duo, which only does video calls at the moment.
