Valerie,

It is hard to believe that it is almost a month since we closed on our
house. It was a never ending process that was beginning to feel like there
was no end to the demands being made, but it did close. It closed due the
extra effort put into it by you and your team of experts.
Dani and Chris were great to work with, and unfortunately Dani ran into too
many issues with this sale.

I wanted to submit a letter to the editor at the Arizona Daily Sun, but they
do not accept letters from non-subscribers. I really think it would be a
benefit to the community of Doney Park and Timberline to know that their
property does have value and can still be sold for a profit, and people do
not have to lose everything. However, this is also that kind of information
that the county would not put out. They want the tax revenue.

Wendell and I will always be grateful to you and your team for all you did
for us. Right now we are living in an apartment in North West San Antonio,
and getting to know the area.
We are looking forward to someday owning are own home here and having a much
quieter life.

I have to tell you I'm rolling on the floor laughing from your email. I am so glad that I have met you all. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and it has been such a pleasure to work with you. EVERYONE I talk to cant believe that we have sold our home so quickly and have made money in the deal as well. As far as I am concerned there is no one better to hire in Flagstaff to sell a home than Top Producers. I am not embellishing when I say that I must mention your name at least three times a day in conversation with various people in town. First and foremost, I want to thank all of you for your hard work and dedication in selling my parcel in Lockett Ranches. I had my parcel listed with another agent for over a year and did not have any luck selling my parcel. As soon as I hooked up with Flagstaff Top Producers, my luck began to change. An immediate valuation was done and I adjusted my selling price accordingly. I found out that with the other firm, my parcel was priced behind the market and not in front of it. Linda and I tried to sell our house in Ponderosa Trails off and on as a FSBO for the past two years with no success. And we're no neophytes at this, having sold 7 previous homes this way. We finally listed with a local brokerage and still had no offers during the listing period. Then we turned to Valerie Caro of Flagstaff Top Producers and had a purchase offer within 3 days!
