Bucket Elevators

The more you have to move grain from bin to bin, the gentler it needs to be treated. That’s why we offer a variety of bucket elevators with working capacities reaching 20,000 BPH. Head-end features include curved design to minimize impact and two-piece shroud design for easy access. At the foot, you’ll find easy-to-clean boots and pulleys and can add optional up-leg, down-leg or flanged boot hoppers. Both ends are protected by weather and rain proof shaft seals. Between them, double-legged trunking features connector plates, inspection ports, and track-welded seams for greater durability.  

Grain Cleaners

Flaman Grain Cleaning & Handling has a variety of grain cleaners, such as air and screen cleaners, clean to seed cleaners and dockage cleaners. We also carry grain cleaner parts.

Our 16’, 24’ and 32’ NECO mixed flow dryers are among the most efficient grain drying units available. Both single and multiple-burner dryers feature individual temperature settings over each burner. Easy-to-use, easy-to-read touch screen navigation provides tracking, graphing, and control over steeping, sweating, full heat, or heat and cool drying options. Optional remote access via smartphone or computer is also available.

Screenless operation saves plugging downtime, mixed flow optimizes grain quality, even cooling and heating maintains kernel consistency, and overall efficiency cuts fuel costs by 20-30%.

Support Structures and ladders

Our support structures and ladders don’t just get you where you need to go, they get you there slowly. Whether you’re climbing up to do some maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting or climbing down from a service or inspection job, you’ll be safe on expertly designed, OSHA-approved ladders, stairways, and catwalks. Features like grip stair tread and galvanized or powder-coated construction.

Walinga Ultraveyor

Our Walinga Ultra-Veyors move grain safer and easier with a pneumatic blower system, eliminating the need for portable augers or elevator legs.  These flexible units move from 400 to 2100 bushels per hour yet are gentle on your commodities and run virtually dust and damage free. That’s thanks to Walinga’s efficient airlock package design.

Maintenance is rarely required but is safe and easy to perform as all filters, belts, lubrication points and working parts can be accessed from the ground. These systems are easy to install, expand and operate. The sensor-controlled Smart Flo variable frequency drive system reduces energy costs and bulk damage, while the super hardened SRT blower provides years of durability.
