DIY : Sock Donut

Have you ever heard about "Donuts"? Aren't they so tasty? the chocolate one ? yyuuumm <3 oops sorry lets get back to the point. Donut here is not the one you girls just love to eat, it's the one you girls would love to put on your hair after this tutorial ;). Yes you get me right, this is the tutorial for hair donut using SOCKS!

Lets get started!

Items needed: an old socks and a pair of scissors.

Tips:

Match your socks with your hair color.
You can take more than one socks according to the thickness of donut you want.

Directions:

1. Grab a sock and a pair of scissors.

2. Cut the toe of your sock. Basically you just need to cut the one inch of the toe area of your socks.

3. Now, start rolling your socks till the end and you are done before you know it.

(You can add another socks to first one if you are planning to make a thicker donut).

This is one of the most easiest DIY ever. Try this tutorial at home and trust me you gonna thank me for saving your 200 bucks.

Side Pull–Through Braid

My favourite hairstyle this summer is Side Pull-Through Braid and the reason is it's very easy to make. Ok, Do you know how to make a ponytail? if yes , there you go you are a pull–through braid expert now ;).

So, to make this braid, all you need to invest is 5–7 Minutes.

Lets get started. !!

Items needed: Hair Brush, dozen of small hair elastics, Clip, bobby pins(optional), Hair spray(optional).

Directions

1. Grab small portion of hair from the side (whichever side partition suits you) and tie it in a simple ponytail using a hair elastic.

2. Clip your first ponytail up and make a second ponytail by grabbing another small section of hair from left and right side under the first ponytail.

3. Remove the clip from the top ponytail and divide it into 2 halves.

4. Bring the second ponytail up from between the 2 halves.

5. And add another section of hair from the left and the right side into the 2 halves to make it a third ponytail. By this time you will be able to see your first inverted heart.

6. Now bring the second ponytail back and divide it into 2 sections and Clip the 3rd ponytail up to keep it out of your way. Just like 3rd and 4th step.

7. Add another section of hair with the 2 halves you divided in the 6th step and tie it with a hair elastic.

8. Continue in the same manner untill you reach to the end of your ponytail and secure all the left over hair with a final elastic band.

9. This is the last but the most important step where the actual magic begins. Pull out the both sides of the braid in a very gentle manner. This will help your braid look volumious, wider, messier and ofcourse beautiful.
