We will be conducting a recruitment exercise in Bangkok for Flight Stewardesses. If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to receive your application:
· Thai citizen
· Females who are at least 158cm in height
· University graduate
· Proficiency in English (Minimum TOEIC score of at least 600 or TOEFL score of at least 500)
· Preference will be given to candidates who are able to speak foreign languages or are experienced in customer service.

Training

If you make it through our rigorous selection process, you will undergo about 4 months of training. On successful completion of training, you will commence flying duties.

2. ถ้าภาษาอังกฤษไม่ดีจะเป็นแอร์ได้ไหมคะ?

เริ่มแรกน้องๆที่รู้ตัวว่าภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยดีก็ต้องเริ่มต้นเตรียมความ พร้อมตั้งแต่ในส่วนของภาษาอังกฤษที่เป็นในส่วนของToeicก่อนเลยนะคะ ถึงแม้ว่าเข้าเรียนครั้งแรกๆ จะดูเหมือนกับมันเร็วไปนิดหนึ่งแต่ว่าทางสถาบันก็มีการปูพื้นฐานให้อยู่แล้ว เพียงแต่น้องเข้าเรียนประจำอย่าขาดหายไปภาษาอังกฤษของน้องก็ต้องพัฒนาขึ้น แน่นอน และถึงสอบ Toeic ครั้งแรกไม่ผ่านก็ไม่ต้องเสียใจ เพราะทางสถาบันยินดีที่จะให้กลับมาเรียนซ้ำได้อีก โดยที่ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทะเบียนอีก เพราะว่าข้อสอบ Toeic ก็ค่อนข้างยากเหมือนกันสำหรับน้องๆที่พื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยดี พี่เชื่อมั่นว่าถ้าน้องๆตั้งใจที่เรียนเข้าเรียนทุกครั้งและพยายามทบทวน บ่อยๆ ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจหลักสำคัญในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ผลคะแนน650คงไม่ไกลเกินไป แล้วหลังจากที่น้องได้คะแนนToeic650คะแนนแล้ว น้องก็ต้องมาดูที่การสนทนาของเราเป็นอย่างไรบ้าง ถ้ายังออกเสียงไม่ถูกต้องก็อาจจะต้องเรียน Conversation กับอาจารย์เจ้าของภาษาอีกนิดหนึ่ง เพื่อจะได้ฝึกในส่วนของการออกเสียงหรือสำเนียงให้เหมือนกับเจ้าของภาษา เพื่อเอาไปใช้ในส่วนของการสัมภาษณ์งานในขั้นต่อไป

3. ในการเตรียมตัวก่อนที่จะไปสมัครงานทางด้าน Air Hostess - Steward จะต้องเตรียมตัวอย่างไรบ้าง? และทางสถาบัน Inter Academy จะมีการเตรียมความพร้อมช่วยน้อง ๆ อย่างไรบ้างคะ

ตรง นี้นะคะทางสถาบัน Inter Academy ของเราจะมีการเตรียมความพร้อมให้น้อง ๆ ทุก ๆ ด้าน เริ่มแรกเลยนะคะเราจะต้องเตรียมความพร้อมตั้งแต่ในส่วนของภาษาอังกฤษหรือดู ที่ผล Toeic กันเลยนะคะถ้าน้อง ๆ ที่ยังไม่มีผลคะแนน Toeicก็ต้องมาเตรียมความพร้อมกันในส่วนของตรงนี้กันก่อนเพราะค่อนข้างที่จะ สำคัญ เนื่องจากบางสายการบินถ้าไม่มีผลคะแนน Toeic ยื่นก็ถือว่าคุณสมบัติไม่ครบถ้วนก็ไม่มีสิทธิในการเข้าสัมภาษณ์นะคะ หลังจากที่น้อง ๆ มีผลคะแนน Toeic แล้วนะคะ ทางสถาบันก็จะมีการอบรมในส่วนของการสัมภาษณ์งานทางด้านสายการบินโดยตรงซึ่ง น้อง ๆ ก็จะได้เข้าอบรมในหัวข้อดังนี้

" อัศวิน อิงคะกุล" ขยายไลน์ธุรกิจ ทุ่ม 10 ล้าน เปิด "มิราเคิล ไฟลท์ แอดเทนแดนท์ อคาดิมี" สถาบันฝึกสอนแอร์โฮสเตสแห่งแรกของไทย รับธุรกิจการบินขยายตัว ดึงอดีตลูกหม้อระดับบริหารการบินไทย 3 คนร่วมทีม หวังผลิตป้อนแอร์ไลน์ต่างชาติ-โลว์คอสท์ แอร์

นายอัศวิน อิงคะกุล กรรมการผู้จัดการ โรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น เปิดเผยว่า โรงแรมมิราเคิลได้ขยายธุรกิจใหม่ ด้วยการเปิดตัว สถาบันฝึกสอนการเป็นแอร์โฮสเตสเอกชน เต็มรูปแบบแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย หรือ "มิราเคิล ไฟลท์ แอดเทนแดนท์ อคาดิมี" (Miracle Flight Attendant Academy -MFAA) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บริเวณโรงแรมหลุยส์ เทเวิร์น ซึ่งเป็นโรงแรมในเครือของกลุ่ม

ทั้งนี้ทางสถาบันได้ดึงอดีตลูกหม้อของบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด(มหาชน) 3 คน เข้ามาร่วมในการจัดตั้งสถาบัน คือ นายวรเทพ จิระเดชวงษ์ อดีตผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ฝ่ายพัฒนาและสนับสนุนการตลาด นายประสงค์ เพียรพานิช อดีตผู้จัดการประจำเที่ยวบิน และนางจุฑามาศ สีดานุพนธ์ อดีตผู้จัดการกองพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการบนเครื่องบิน เข้ามาร่วมงานด้วย โดยแต่ละคนมีประสบการณ์ด้านนี้มากกว่า 34 ปี ทำให้ สถาบันมีบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นอกจากนี้ยังมี ห้องฝึกจำลองหรือเคบิน ในเครื่องบินเหมือนจริง ด้วย

ในการจัดตั้งสถาบันขั้นต้น ใช้งบดำเนินการราว 10 ล้านบาท โดยเปิดรับนักเรียนหลักสูตรละ 20 คน ใช้เวลาเรียน 8 สัปดาห์(ประมาณ 2 เดือน) ค่าเล่าเรียน 4.5 หมื่นบาทต่อคอร์ส คาดว่าปีนี้จะรับได้ 3 รุ่น 60 คน โดยรุ่น 1-3 รับประกัน การมีงานทำ และประกันเงินเดือนขั้นต่ำ 1 หมื่นบาท โดยจะได้รับการฝึกอบรมในโรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ ก่อนเดินทางไปดูงานบนเที่ยวบินในประเทศด้วย

ทั้งนี้จะเริ่มมีการรับสมัครผู้สนใจในเดือนสิงหาคม และจะเริ่มเปิดสอนในเดือนกันยายน สำหรับคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร คือ มีอายุไม่เกิน 25 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สอบโทอิคได้คะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่า 600 คะแนน มีความสูง 160 เซนติเมตร ขึ้นไป โดยจะตรวจสอบมาตรฐาน และคุณภาพของผู้รับการอบรมอย่างเข้มข้น

สำหรับในช่วงแรกสถาบันจะเน้นการรับสมัครสุภาพสตรีก่อน เพื่อผลิตบุคลากรป้อนให้แก่ สายการบินต่างชาติและธุรกิจสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำหรือโลว์คอสท์ แอร์ไลน์ ในประเทศ ที่กำลังขยายตัว ทั้งนี้เนื่องจาก แอร์ไลน์ต่างชาติจะรับลูกเรือเพศชายน้อยมาก

" หากไม่นับห้องฝึกจำลองของแอร์ไลน์แล้ว ห้องม็อค-อัพ ของสถาบันมิราเคิลถือว่า สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุด เพราะเราได้ลงทุนจำลองเหมือนห้องของเครื่องแบบแอร์บัส ซึ่งขณะนี้มีบางแอร์ไลน์ติดต่อสนใจมาใช้บริการของเราแล้ว" นายอัศวิน กล่าว

หนึ่ง ในอาชีพในฝันของสาวๆ ก็คือแอร์โฮสเตสที่มีหลายๆ คนมองว่าเป็นอาชีพที่คอยดูแลและให้บริการกับผู้โดยสารเครืองบิน และ “ซูยุ ยุวนารถ วิระชะนัง” ที่เพิ่งจะเข้ารับปริญญาบัตรไปเมื่อไม่กี่เดือนก่อน เธอกำลังจะก้าวไปเป็นแอร์โฮสเตสของสายการบินแห่งหนึ่งและเธอมีประสบการณ์ ส่วนตัวกว่าจะได้เป็นแอร์โฮสเตสมาเล่าสู่กันฟัง...

'แอร์โฮสเตส' อาชีพนี้เป็นที่ใฝ่ฝันของสาวๆหลายคน อาชีพที่มันดูไกลและยากซะเหลือเกิน เราเองก็เป็นคนหนึ่งที่มีฝันเหมือนกันนะ ฝันจะเป็น แต่มันดูสูงจัง..ไม่กล้าไต่เลย แต่แล้ววันหนึ่งเหมือนจังหวะหรืออะไรก็ไม่รู้ หลังเวลาการทำงานปกติหมดไป....

เพื่อนร่วมงานกลับโทรฯ มาบอกว่าให้ไปช่วยเซ็ท อัพ บู๊ทที่งานๆ หนึ่งแทน เพราะ รถติดมากมากันไม่ทัน สภาพตอนนั้นคือจำใจไปจริงๆ (ฮ่าๆๆๆ ก็มันขี้เกียจนี่) แต่ถึงอย่างไรเราก็ต้องไปก็งานของบริษัทที่เราทำงานนี่นา พอไปถึงก็มีบูทของร้านอื่นๆ อีกหลายบูท และ
มีอีก 1 สายการบิน! แล้วก็จังหวะดีอีกแล้วที่เราต้องไปเป็นสต๊าฟฟ์ ช่วยเล่นเกมส์ของบูทสายการบินนี้เข้า...ก็เลยเป็นที่มาของแรงผลักดันไปเป็น “แอร์ โฮส สะ เตส” โดย "พี่นุช"ผู้ใจดีที่ดูแลบู๊ทนั้นน่ะสิ บอกกับเราว่าเราทำได้ เราเป็นแอร์ฯ ได้ ให้เราลองไปสมัครที่สายการบินเขาดู

ตอนนั้นก็ยังไม่ได้คิดไรหรอก แต่กลับมาคิดแล้วคิดอีก ลองปรึกษาคนๆหนึ่งดู ก็ดันสนับสนุนเต็มที่เลย (เอ..ไล่เราไปไกลๆเปล่าหว่า) ก็เลย..เอาวะ ลองซักตั้งก็ได้ไม่เสียหายอะไรนี่ เรารีบไปจัดแจงนัดสอบ Toeic, ถ่ายรูปที่คิดว่าสวยได้สุดๆแล้ว... จากนั้นก็ไปส่งใบสมัครกับพี่นุช ก็ได้รับคำตอบมาว่า ต้องรอก่อนนะ ประมาณปีหน้า(ช่วงนั้นประมาณ พ.ย.)

ไม่เป็นไรปีหน้าก็ปีหน้า ไหนๆก็มาทางนี้แล้วนี่สักหน่อยละกันโดยลองเปิดไปดูที่เวป ไทยเคบินครู ดอทคอม ก็เป็นเวปสำหรับคนอยากเป็นแอร์ฯ โดยเฉพาะเลย มีประกาศรับหลายที่เหมือนกันเราก็ลองไปหลายที่นะ ทั้งส่งอีเมล์และส่งจม. ส่วนที่เป็นแบบเดินเข้า(Walk in)ไปตอนเขาเปิดรับอย่างเป็นทางการเนี่ยะ....ยังไม่ได้ไปสักที่

มี อยู่ที่หนึ่งคือ Royal Jordanian รับสมัครแบบเดินเข้าไปสมัคร ก็ดุ่มๆ เดินเข้าไปเลย เสื้อเชิ้ต กระโปรงยีนส์..ประมาณฉันมั่นมากกก แล้วที่ปรากฏในสายตาเรานะ โอ้วววว...!!!คนอื่นๆ ที่เข้าไปสมัครแต่ละคน แต่ละนาง... เขาเรียบร้อยมากๆๆๆๆ สวมเสื้อสูท... แล้วดิฉาน...ล่ะ

ด้วยความละอายเราก็เลยเผ่นกลับบ้าน ไว้มาใหม่อีก 3 วันไปใหม่ (กะถอดใจแล้วแต่หลายแรงเชียร์ถีบส่งเหลือเกิน) ก็ไปยืนรอเป็นชั่วโมงเลยนึกว่าสัมภาษณ์แต่เปล่าเลย แค่ส่งใบสมัครเท่านั้นเอง หลังจากนั้นเราเลยกลับมาหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสายการบินนี้และระหว่างนั้นก็ไป สมัคร TG ด้วย แล้วก็สอบติดก่อนด้วย คือทาง Jordan เงียบหายไปเลยตอนนั้นคิดว่าเขาคงไม่เอาเราแล้ว... คิดแบบนั้นจริงๆ

เราเลยไปตรวจร่างกายของ TG ก่อน เอาวะ! อย่างน้อยฉันก็ก้าวมาถึงฝันละ ตรวจร่างกายเสร็จ ทาง Royal Jordanian โทรฯ มาให้ไปสัมภาษณ์นัดวันเวลาเรียบร้อย อาการเครียดก็บังเกิด เพราะ ดันเป็นสายการบินที่อยากทำมาก และก็ได้แรงสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่จากคนๆ นั้นทุกอย่างจนถึงวันสัมภาษณ์

ในวันสัมภาษณ์ของสายการบินนี้เนี่ย ถ้าใครสัมภาษณ์ผ่านเขาจะให้แฟ้มสีขาวมาเลย ด้านในเป็นเอกสารรายละเอียดและสัญญาประมาณนี้ เราไปรอสอบ 4 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง..ฮือๆๆ ท้อเลย เพราะ เห็นคนถือแฟ้มออกมาน้อยมากๆ ได้แต่คิดว่าเขาตัดสินยังไง? เราจะฟังรู้เรื่องหรือเปล่า? แล้วคิดอื่นๆ อีกจิปาถะมากมายอยู่ในหัว

จน ถึงเวลา.... เราเดินเข้าไปอย่างมั่น ชั่งน้ำหนัก วัดส่วนสูง (ไม่ผอมและอ้วนเกินไป ถือว่าโอเค) จากนั้นกรรมการก็ให้เดินไปใกล้ๆ เป็นการตรวจดูใบหน้า ดูสิว ดูกระ ดูฟัน งงเหมือนกันว่ามาประกวดนางสาวไทยปล่าวหว่า?? แล้วก็เริ่มคำถาม...

เกร็งมากยิ่งเป็นภาษาอังกฤษสำเนียงอารบิกยิ่งไปกันใหญ่ตอบได้มั่งไม่ ได้มั่ง แต่คิดว่าดีที่สุดที่คัดสรรไปแล้ว มีให้พูดฝรั่งเศส (เพราะใน Resume บอกว่า Fair Speaking in French) แล้วก็มีให้ร้องเพลง (เออ..ไม่เครียดดีแฮะ แต่ทำไมร้องแล้วเสียงสั่นจังหว่า) กรรมการจะถามรายละเอียดทั่วไป ถามด้วยว่าต้องไปอยู่ที่นู่นนะ ครอบครัวว่ามั้ย? คิดถึงบ้านจะร้องไห้เปล่า? ประมาณนี้ล่ะ

เราก็ตอบๆไปสักพักเขาก็...อืม พรุ่งนี้บ่าย 3 ว่างมะ ถ้าว่างก็จะให้เอกสารไป ตอนนั้นเรายิ้มแฉ่งแบบหน้าที่บานอยู่แล้วเนี่ยยิ่งบานเข้าไปใหญ่ แล้วเราก็บอก..."Yes, sir" กำลังจะก้าวไปดูเอกสารแต่
กรรมการอีกท่านดันเปลี่ยนใจบอกไม่ให้แล้ว ไม่ว่ากันนะ ขอบคุณมาก

ตอนนั้นนี่..อึ้งๆๆๆๆๆ...ได้แต่ยิ้ม (น้ำตาตกใน) ก็เลยบอก "ขอบคุณค่ะ ดิฉันยินดีรับทุกคำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการค่ะ" แต่ในใจมันร้องไห้นะ เฮ้อ! หันหลังเดินจะถึงประตูอยู่แล้ว
กรรมการเรียก...Stop!! We're kidding. We've just wanted to check your controlling your temper.... (หยุดก่อน เราล้อเล่น เราแค่ต้องการทดสอบคุณว่าคุณจะควบุมอารมณ์ของคุณได้ไหม?)

เหอะๆๆ.เกือบยิ้มไม่ออกตอนนั้นนะ อยากกระโดนโลดเต้นเลย...แต่ก็สงบเสงี่ยมไว้..แล้วก็เดินไปฟังคำอธิบายของ เอกสาร ที่ต้องไปเตรียมมาส่งให้พรุ่งนี้..ก่อนออกจากห้อง กรรมการก็แซวว่า...อย่าลืมไปฝึกร้องเพลงภาษา Jordanนะ เขาจะรอฟัง....จ๊ากกกก...ว่าไปนั่น....อิอิอิอิ

เดินยิ้มแบบหุบไม่ลงออกจากห้องมาพร้อมๆ กับตอบคำถามนับร้อยจากเพื่อนๆ ที่นั่งรอสัมภาษณ์และรับคำแสดงความยินดีจากเพื่อนๆ (ที่ไม่เคยรู้จักกันมาก่อน อืมมม สร้างมิตรภาพได้ดีจังเลย เรารู้สึกดีมากก และก็อวยพรเพื่อนๆไปด้วยเหมือนกัน) แล้วก็ออกจากที่นั่น พร้อมกับความรู้สึกดีใจมาก

อีก ไม่กี่วันข้างหน้าเราจะก้าวไปอีกขั้น ไปในอีกสังคมที่เราไม่เคยเจอมาก่อน ทุกอย่างคือการเลือกของเรา ด้วยอะไรหลายๆ อย่างที่ดีๆ ที่เราจะเป็น แม้จะรู้ว่าทำให้เราต้องห่าง ห่างมากถึงมากที่สุด (มีโอกาสกลับประเทศไทยเดือนละครั้งมากสุด2ครั้ง ครั้งละไม่เกิน 3 วัน) แต่เราก็จะพยายามต่อไป ใครอีกคนจะรู้ไหมว่าเราไม่อยากห่างจากเขาเลย

อีกมุมหนึ่งของอาชีพ "แอร์โฮสเตส"
หลายคนอาจจะเคยฟัง เคยรู้เกี่ยวกับความเลิศหรูของอาชีพ “แอร์โฮสเตส” กันแล้ว เราเชื่อว่าทุกคนมองภาพของอาชีพนี้เหมือน “อาชีพในฝัน” เลิศหรู ฟู่ฟ่า ได้ไปเที่ยวไหนต่อไหน ที่สำคัญได้เงินมากมาย มีเงินเก็บเหลือเฟือ แต่ลองมาดูอีกมุมหนึ่งของอาชีพนี้กันดูบ้างว่าบางที สิ่งที่คุณ ๆ รู้ ก็ไม่ใช่ทุกคนเสมอไป

ตอนแรกเราก็คิดว่า เราคงเป็นคนที่โชคดีคนหนึ่งที่ได้มี “โอกาส” เข้ามาทำใน “อาชีพในฝัน” เราพยายามที่จะสมัครแอร์มาปีครึ่ง รวม ๆ กันแล้วกว่าจะได้มาเป็นแอร์ ก็สมัครมา 20 ครั้งพอดี (แต่ถ้านับถึงปัจจุบันนี้ ก็ร่วม ๆ 50 ครั้งแล้ว) หลายครั้งที่ื้ท้อ หลายครั้งที่เหนื่อย แต่แล้วความ “อยากเป็น” ก็ชนะความเหนื่อยได้เสมอ

วันที่ทางสายการบินโทรมานัดให้ไปตรวจร่างกาย ความรู้สึกเราบอกไม่ถูก เหมือนลอยได้ เหมือนฝันไป นี่เราจะได้เข้ามาทำอาชีพในฝันแล้ว อาชีพที่เราพยายามไขว่คว้ามาตลอด แม้ว่าตอนนั้นจะมีหลายเสียงในบ้านเราไม่อยากให้เราเข้ามาทำ เนื่องจากว่า ข่าวค(ร)าวของที่นี่ไม่สู้ดีนัีก และพวกเรายังต้องจ่ายเงินเพื่อเป็นค่าเทรนเองอีกด้วย (ซึ่งก็มากอยู่) โดยที่เงินจำนวนนี้จะไม่ได้คืนเลย เมื่อเทรนเสร็จ และในระหว่างเทรนพวกเราก็จะไม่ได้เงินเดือนใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น นั่นหมายความว่าพวกเราใช้เงินซื้อค่าเทรนนั่นเอง แต่เราเชื่อว่าหลายคน ณ ที่แห่งนี้เมื่อมาเป็นเราในตอนนั้น ก็คงตัดสินใจเหมือนเราคือ “เดินหน้า” เพื่อความฝัน

วันที่ได้เข้ามาเทรน ณ สายการบินเล็ก ๆ ในไทยสายการบินหนึ่งนี้ ดีใจมากกกก... ตื่นเต้น ทำอะไรไม่ถูก “นี่เราทำได้หรือนี่?? นี่เรากำลังจะได้ปีกแล้วหรือนี่??” ฝันไปต่าง ๆ นานา ใช้เวลาเทรนไม่นานมาก ประมาณ 1 เดือน หลังจากนั้นพวกเราก็นั่งรอ นอนรอ เพื่อที่จะได้บิน โดยพวกเราใช้้เวลารออีก 1 เดือน (นั่นคืออยู่บ้านเฉย ๆ ไม่ได้เงินเดือน ไม่มีเงินใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น) วันที่ได้บินวันแรก... ตื่นเต้นดีใจกันมาก พวกเราทำงานด้วยใจ ทำเพื่อตอบแทนโอกาสดี ๆ ที่ได้รับมาแม้ว่าหลายครั้งจะได้เงินเดือนช้าบ้าง ได้ Flight pay ไม่ครบบ้าง แต่พวกเราก็ทนกันมาได้ตลอด

มาช่วงหลัง ๆ บริษัทฯ เริ่มไม่จ่าย Flight pay แม้กระทั่งเงินเดือนก็เริ่มจ่ายช้าไปเป็นเดือน จนกระทั่งเริ่มมีการทยอยจ่ายเงินเดือนเป็นงวด ๆ เชื่อกันมั๊ยค่ะว่าพวกเราไม่ได้ flight pay มาตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาแล้วค่ะ เงินเดือนก็ได้ครบมั่ง ไม่ครบมั่ง จนตอนนี้ดินพอกหางหมูขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ยอดเงินก็เฉียดครึ่งแสนแล้วค่ะ แต่จนบัดนี้พวกเราก็ยัง “ทน” กันอยู่ เพราะความหวังอันริบหรี่ว่า เราจะได้เงินก้อนนั้นคืนมา เงินที่มาจากหยาดเหงื่อแรงงานของพวกเรา เงินที่พวกเราทำงานด้วยใจ...

หลายคนอาจจะคิดว่าทำไมพวกเราไม่ประท้วง หรือสไตร์ทกันดูบ้าง แต่ผู้บริหารท่านว่าอย่างนี้ค่ะ “ถ้าคุณไม่บิน บริษัทก็ปิดเท่านั้นเอง และพวกคุณก็จะไม่ได้อะไรเลย แต่ถ้าคุณบิน คุณก็ยังมีความหวังที่จะได้เงิน” ฟังดูเจ็บมั๊ยค่ะ?? หลายคนที่ทนไม่ได้ตอนนี้ก็เริ่มทยอยกันออกบ้างแล้ว คนที่อยู่ก็ต้องทนกันต่อไป บางทีอาจจะพูดได้ว่าพวกเราอาจจะอ่อนแอเกินไปมั๊งค่ะ ยอมให้เค้ากดขี่... แต่เราก็เป็นแค่คนธรรมดาตัวเล็ก ๆ คนนึงไม่มีอำนาจใด ๆ บางทีเราก็รู้สึกเหนื่อยกับเรื่องแบบนี้เกินไปจนไม่อยากจะทำอะไรก็ได้...

ทุกคนในอาชีพนี้รู้ดีค่ะว่าลำพังเงินเดือนพวกเราน่ะไม่เท่าไหร่หรอก แต่อาชีพนี้ทุกคนอยู่ได้เพราะ flight pay แต่เชื่อมั๊ยค่ะว่าลูกเรือที่นี่อยู่เพราะเงินเดือนจริง ๆ ค่ะ เงินเดือนอันแสนน้อยนิด เพราะพวกเราไม่รู้เลยว่า flight pay ของพวกเราจะมีโอกาสได้จับมันมั๊ย ภาพเบื้องหน้าที่เห็นเราเดินลากกระเป๋าเฉิดฉายใน Airport ดูสวยงาม แต่เบื้องหลัง... ไม่ใช่เลยค่ะ

เราแค่อยากให้หลาย ๆ คนลองดูดี ๆ นะค่ะก่อนที่จะมาทำอาชีพนี้ (เราหมายถึงลองดูตัวบริษัทดี ๆ) พวกเค้าไม่ง้อพวกเรานะค่ะ เพราะใคร ๆ ก็อยากเป็นแอร์ด้วยกันทั้งนั้น หากพวกเราประท้วงออก พวกเค้าก็เปิดรับแอร์ใหม่ก็เท่านั้นเองค่ะ ง่าย ๆ อาชีพนี้ดีค่ะ เรายอมรับว่าเรารักอาชีพนี้มาก ทุกครั้งที่เราไปบินเราดีใจ เรา Happy แต่บริษัทกลับไม่รักเราเหมือนที่เรารักเลยค่ะ...
