Melissa and I both appreciate all of the people that visited and participated. As we normally do, we went over our goals and what we want to do this year and I had a lot of mixed emotions about the blog. I really enjoyed helping other people see that flipping houses is really within their reach. The other side of it was that it just took so much time and energy. The site could have remained up but would quickly go stale. In order for me to completely follow through with my decision, I just had to take it down. If I didn't, I would continue to feel like I need to do something with it.
