I was very surprised our formal prime minister Said Musa came as well.
The gallery is by the harbor, and people could enjoy food, beverage, art and night scenery all at once.

]]> These are the illustration for introduction pages I did for the book, Food of the Gods – Eating vegetarian in Belize by Dr. Rosita Arvigo. The final copy of the book will be black and white; I thought it would only make sense for me to do the illustration in monochrome so I can get enough variation of values into my drawings in the first place. I find it a bit challenging to paint fruit in black and white, since the most recognizable feature of a fruit – color is not present. Hence the proportion, the shape and texture must be done well for them to be distinguishable among one another.
